Under the background of big data era, great changes have taken place in the education management of colleges and universities with the application of big data, and the trend of education management informatization is increasingly obvious. Therefore, in the wave of big data, the education management work will also undergo earth shaking changes. Colleges and universities should also keep up with the trend of the times, optimize and adjust the education management work, ensure that the student management work can meet the management needs of the era of big data, effectively improve various education management work, and provide better and better services for students. Starting from the introduction of the connotation, characteristics and value of big data, based on the development status of university education management in the era of big data, this paper mainly analyzes the great significance of big data to the innovation of university education management and the challenges it faces, and finally analyzes the specific path of big data in university education management innovation.

The development of information technology has spawned a new type of demand and management analysis model of big data. The value of data is vividly reflected in the contemporary era, and all walks of life have devoted great energy to the construction and use of informatization. The object of college education and management is the group of college students who are most closely connected with contemporary trends. Their thoughts are active, their state is changeable, and they are very sensitive to external stimuli. Such an educational situation has greatly increased the difficulty of educational management in colleges and universities. This article takes the big data research as the breakthrough point, focuses on the promotion and innovation of contemporary college education management informatization, and strives to improve the college education management informatization system by solving existing problems. The innovation of this research is to use big data technology as the starting point for improving the current stage of the education informatization work of colleges and universities, through the combination of data analysis and the latter, to realize the comprehensive informatization innovation of education management. The study used questionnaire surveys to investigate and interview some students and related managers in 5 universities in the province and conducted an objective assessment of the construction of educational management informatization in these universities and found that these five universities have common problems in this field. Research experiments have found that among the five representative universities in the province, the service awareness of education administrators is not above the fifth level. This shows that in the big data environment, the quality of education administrators cannot be ignored.

The purpose of this article is to perform in-depth research and analysis on the artificial intelligence coordination and optimization mechanism of college counseling student management using big data technology. This study places the collaborative ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the context of big data, and by analyzing its basic connotation and changes in the real situation, it explores the development progression of colleges and universities making full use of big data resources to cultivate a collaborative education model, which is conducive to promoting colleges and universities to cultivate a whole staff, whole process, and all-round accurate ideological education and value-led services and to shape excellent young college students with comprehensive growth. The first is to scientifically build a multilevel linked big data management platform for counselor professionalization construction, plan the technical architecture of the organizational platform, build a cloud database of counselor career files, and extract valuable information and data from the organizational activities at the macrolevel and personal activities at the microlevel with counselor professionalization construction activities; the second is to realize the integrated application of information resources for counselor team construction. The second is to realize the integrated application of counselor team construction information resources, visualise and accurately analyze and evaluate the counselor group’s focus on career development and individual counselors’ feedback on career capacity construction, and improve the overall construction, personalized education management level, and self-improvement development ability. Fourth, in the professionalization of counselors, attention should be paid to the scientific selection and prevention of risks of big data application, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of data and leakage prevention and control, etc.

Violation of discipline by students may have a direct impact on the school spirit and academic atmosphere construction of colleges and universities and is becoming a hot issue which is brought to public attention. Survey and analysis have been conducted on violation of discipline by students of Petroleum and Natural Gass Engineering College from such three aspects as type of discipline violation, type of punishment as well as education background of students being punished so as to better adapt to the student management work under new situation and timely and accurately grasp the trend of student discipline violation in current stage. The paper aims to analyze and explore the reasons of discipline violation by students of Petroleum and Natural Gass Engineering College and its inherent law through deep analysis on both subjective factors and objective factors leading to disciplinary offence. Corresponding precautionary measures and countermeasures have been put forward to reduce and even avoid the occurrence of disciplinary offence by students.

To achieve the goal of quality education requires that education management be able to collaborate with all the elements in the education system. That educational management is linked to the management of learners in which it is both management and the accomplishment. Home-management systems are still using conventional means and place more emphasis on developing intelligence in the narrow sense and giving less attention to the development of the creative talent of learners. Whereas creativity aside from good self-development the self-educated is also a need for self-realization as one of mankind's highest needs. The current education arrangement should be worked to provide special services to learners who have creativity as well as different incentives for education to be better directed.

Big data analysis has penetrated into all fields of society and has brought about profound changes. However, there is relatively little research on big data supporting student management regarding college and university’s big data. Taking the student card information as the research sample, using spark big data mining technology and K-Means clustering algorithm, taking scholarship evaluation as an example, the big data is analyzed. Data includes analysis of students' daily behavior from multiple dimensions, and it can prevent the unreasonable scholarship evaluation caused by unfair factors such as plagiarism, votes of teachers and students, etc. At the same time, students' absenteeism, physical health and psychological status in advance can be predicted, which makes student management work more active, accurate and effective.
