This research is focused on Batik businessmen or craftsmen in Banyumas Regency, to examine the improvement of HR competency towards performance and sustainability achievement. This study uses purposive sampling technique and there are 52 samples collected. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that partially knowledge has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability, skills does not affect Performance, but affect Sustainability. Ability has a significant effect on Performance and Sustainability. The variables of knowledge, skills, and abilities have 43,4 % effect on performance and have 48,2 % effect on sustainability. The results of the study indicate that batik business and craftsmen have the potential to develop and to manage HR competencies in a more directed and more optimal manner. HR competency has a strategic role in creating performance which will ultimately be a sustainable competitive advantage

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase behavior in Bang Kopitiam Café and Resto in Palu City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers who have visited Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto at least 2 times. Sampling technique is accidental method, with sample of 90 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis tool is multiple linear regressions method. The result shows that consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence repurchase behavior of consumers in Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto Palu City.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh serempak dan partial kepuasan konsumen terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen di Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengunjungi Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto minimal 2 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah linear regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen secara serempak dan partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen pada Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto di Kota Palu.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.

This study examines the problems of the success of culinary businesses that have not been done much, especially during this covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage on the success of culinary businesses in Jakarta. To achieve the success of the culinary business, a competitive advantage strategy is needed by increasing the competence of business actors and financial governance. The object of this research is culinary business in 10 culinary center locations in DKI Jakarta with a selected population of 1,216 culinary entrepreneurs and a total sample of 257 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel 8.80 . program. The results of this study prove firstly that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence and financial governance together on the competitive advantage of culinary businesses is 82%, while the remaining 18% is the influence of other variables. While the second is that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage together on business success is 86%, while the remaining 14% is the magnitude of the influence of other variables. The most dominant variable influencing business success is the competitive advantage variable variabel.

  Abstract   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Price Perception , Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.   Keywords:  Price Perception, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

The purpose of this research is to retest the relation between customer satisfaction, switching barrier, brand trust toward customer retention due to differences between the results from Ranaweera and Prabhu (2003); Dimyati (2015) and Marasabessy et al. (2014); Ullah et al. (2015). This research employed the sample of millennials who have been using IM3 for at least 6 months (coming from Surakarta with the number of 160 respondents) and were taken by the purposive sampling technique. This research used three variables namely dependent variable, independent variable and intervening variable. The employed research method would be the quantitative method. The employed data analysis tool is SEM AMOS version 21.0. The result of this research indicated that all the direct relations had a significant influence. Customer satisfaction and switching barrier affected the brand trust significantly. Customer satisfaction and switching barrier affected customer retention significantly. It was identified that the indirect relation between brand trust as an intervening variable and the customer satisfaction as well as switching barrier had no impact on customer retention.

This study aimed to find out 1) what is the influence of service quality to switching intention to Bank Panin customers of Sungai Penuh City? 2) the extent to which the effect of customer satisfaction on switching intention on customer Bank Panin Sungai Penuh City? 3) the extent of the influence of service quality to switching intention either directly or indirectly? 4) the extent to which customer satisfaction satisfaction  of  customer service to switching intention either directly or indirectly? The population in this research is Bank Panin customer period 2016. hence got sample size 51 customer with accidental sampling, sampling technique. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at alpha level of 0.05. Based on the result of research indicate that service quality has no significant effect to switching intention, customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect to switching intention.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of location, interest rates, services and promotion of community decisions in taking credit. The population in this study were all PD credit customers. Semarang City BKK BPR Branch Gayamsari as many as 218 customers (Data As of December 2017). While the samples taken were 70 people. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant influence between the location of community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between interest rates on community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between services to community decisions in taking credit, There is a significant influence between promotion of community decisions in taking credit. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between location, interest rates, service and promotion of community decisions in taking credit

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in Consumer Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The population in this study is a Consumer Industry Companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 17 companies with 4 years of observation to 68 observations. The data analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has no effect on company value, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value and dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on company value. Debt to equity ratio and profitability can explain the value of the company value by 62.7% while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other variables. Suggestions for company value to be able to pay attention and regulate as well as possible the level of utilization of the profits obtained and the determination of dividends to be distributed to investors in making decisions related to increasing company value.
