This study aims to determine the effect of competence and supervision on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the research.Testing the first hypothesis to determine whether the competence of employee work productivity, the tcount value is 7,476 and the ttable is 1,292 (ttable value n = 77), so it can be seen that if the criteria match tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , meaning that there is an influence of competence on employee work productivity. The second hypothesis testing is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work productivity. The results obtained tcount value of 11.809 and ttable is 1.292 (ttable value n = 77) so it can be seen that if the criteria are in accordance with tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a supervisory effect on employee work productivity at PT Xylo Indah. Primary of Musi Rawas Regency. The third hypothesis is to determine the effect of competence and supervision on work productivity. Obtained the value of Fcount of 70,986 and Ftable of 3.12 This shows that Fcount> Ftable and also sig of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be seen that the effect is significant. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of competence and supervision on employee work productivity.

Abstract- Indonesia's fast-growing digital payment industry is encouraging the emergence of new players. In a highly competitive industry and accompanied by COVID-19, e-wallet service providers compete to attract consumers and seller partners to use their services. This study aims to examine the effect of service innovation (SI), service delivery (SD), and customer satisfaction (CS) on customer loyalty (CL) of ShopeePay e-wallet users in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. This study uses a quantitative method with non-probability sampling, namely judgment sampling, in which respondents are users of ShopeePay e-wallet service in Indonesia. Samples analyzed was 303 respondents with questionnaire data collection technique. The results shows that SI and SD mediated by CS, and CS itself has a positive and significant effect on CL of ShopeePay users in Indonesia. These findings indicate that ShopeePay Indonesia needs to develop SI and SD that meets customer needs and expectations to achieve CL. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian mengenai analisis kesalahan penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru sebagai sinonim pada mahasiswa tingkat III tahun akademik 2015/2016 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan apa saja yang terjadi pada pembelajar bahasa Jepang dalam menggunakan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru sebagai sinonim, mencari penyebab terjadinya kesalahan tersebut, dan upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat III tahun akademik 2015/2016 Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik one shoot model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba furu adalah 26,67%, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba kudaru adalah 68,55%, kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba oriru adalah 58,52%, dan kesalahan terhadap penggunaan verba sagaru adalah 59,99%. Faktor – faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai penggunaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru dengan tepat, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai fungsi verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru, dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai persamaan dan perbedaan verba furu, kudaru, oriru dan sagaru.  Kata Kunci : Sinonim, Furu, Kudaru, Oriru, Sagaru, kesalahan, analisis kesalahan  ABSTRACTThis study is about the analysis of error regarding the use of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru by third years students of DPBJ FPBS UPI 2015/2016. The purpose of this study was to determine any errors that occur when using synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru in on Japanese Language learner. The method used in this research is descriptive type of survey with the instrument in the form of objective test and questionnaire. Data collection was done by using one shoot models. The sample of this study is the third years students of DPBJ FPBS UPI 2015/2016, with a sample of 60 people. The result of this research shows, the error of use of furu verb are 26,67%, the error of use of kudaru verb are 68,55%, the error of use of oriru verb are 58,52%, and the error of use of sagaru verb are 59,99%. The cause of error on the use of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru are the lack of understanding of the use, lack of understanding of the differences, a lack of meaning and function of Japanese synonym furu, kudaru, oriru, and sagaru. Key word : Synonym Furu,Kudaru,Oriru, Sagaru, error, error analysis

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, respondents' responses and sub-variables that influence training and human resource development on work productivity held in PT. Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia through questionnaire data. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with primary and secondary data through statistical analysis. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to get perceptions of the training that was followed. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of training and human resource development held at PT. Indonesian Maritime and Logistics Education has an effect on the work productivity of participants by 3.75 and is categorized as quite high in its implementation. Therefore, the training provided to the participants should produce a reliable workforce or human resources compared to the disciplines of each employee in order to achieve the company's goals.

When humans pray it will have an impact on changes in their character, including changes in behavior, and reflecting the character of Christ in his life. When humans have a change in character that means he has love in his life that affects himself and others. Evidence of love that is possessed by humans through the life of prayer for changes in their character, that is, with humans, likes to help their fellow students. Have mercy on people who need help when other people have trouble because when humans have had a change of character it will be able to be seen once from their daily lives and humans always have positive thoughts because humans know that God is the source of inner strength his life. This study uses a quantitative method of correlational description of data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, data analysis techniques using correlational quantitative methods. The results of this study, namely; The first hypothesis "It is suspected that the level of boarding life in the student dormitory of the STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang is in the medium category or" 70% "is rejected because the value obtained is 76.126%. The second hypothesis "It is assumed that the level of character formation of the STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Semarang is in the moderate category or ≤ 75%" because the value obtained is 81.65%. And the third hypothesis "It is assumed that there is a positive influence and in the medium category between boarding life on the formation of the character of the STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang" accepted because the coefficient value obtained is 0.441 which is positive and in the medium category.

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of mindset, job evaluation and leadership patterns partially on ASN performance, to know and analyze the influence of mindset, work assessment and leadership patterns simultaneously on performance ASN and to find out among the mindset variables, work assessment and leadership patterns that have a dominant influence on ASN performance at the Batu Mandi District Office in Balangan Regency. The population and sample in this study were 31 sub-district   employees. The data processing technique used is a quantitative method with the application of SPSS multiple regression analysis. The first hypothesis testing is known that the mindset, work appraisal and leadership pattern partially on the ASN performance. The second hypothesis testing is also known that the mindset variable, work assessment and leadership pattern simultaneously on the ASN performance in Batu Mandi District Office Balangan District and in the third hypothesis testing the mindset variable that has a dominant influence on ASN performance at the Office Batu Mandi District of Balangan Regency. This paper analyzes Latvian school experience within the Innovative School program organized by Microsoft Latvia.  A research has been done in one of the schools in Latvia, Kurzeme Region with the aim to find out the understanding and willingness of teachers, students and parents to implement innovative school ideas at their school. The quantitative method of data collection questionnaire has been used to do the research. The survey revealed that the focus in creating the innovative school model should be on the improvement of teachers’ qualifications, their foreign language and information technology skills; 47% of students’ parents consider it appropriate to introduce teaching of the third foreign language at elementary school to improve the learning content/curriculum. Keywords: innovative school; school of the future; essential guidelines for innovative school development.

<p><em>The Nagari Manggopoh community has a tradition of commemorating the day of one's death which takes place on the third, seventh, fourteenth, fortieth, hundredth, and thousandth days, but the community does not yet understand the educational values. The focus of the research is educative values </em><em></em><em>in the tradition of commemorating the day of death, and their implications for strengthening Minangkabau traditional values. The object of this research is the Islamic community in Nagari Manggopoh that carries out a tradition of commemorating one's death by analyzing the educational values </em><em></em><em>contained in it. The population in this study is the community who carry out the tradition of the commemoration of death. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews, then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, with inductive, deductive, and descriptive methods. </em><em>The results of this research showed that there were some educative values contained in the tradition, namely sociological, cultural and cultural educational values, historical, and leadership.</em><em></em></p>

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

This study aims to determine the Tourist Perception of Bokori Island Tourism Object in Bokori Village, Soropia District of Konawe Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this study were tourists visiting attractions Bokori Island. Traveler sampling in this study set out in the quota sampling 50 respondents, in this study the sample collection technique by accidental sampling.Methods of  data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Questionnaire data analysis in this research is the analysis presented in the table percentage and distribution. Based on the results obtained show that, according to the perception of tourists attractions of the Bokori Island (1) appeal to the average score - average rating of 3.31 with the perception of being in either category, (2) accessibility with a mean score - average of 3.40 with the perception of tourists are in good category, (3) visitor facilities with a mean score - average rating of 3.12 with the perception of being in either category, (4) infrastructure with a mean score - average 3.53 with the perception of tourists were in the excellent category, (5) security with a mean score - average of 3.24 with the perceptions of visitors are in good category, (6) the promotion with a mean score - average of 3.32 with the perceptions of visitors are in either category. Thus the perception of the overall rating showed a mean score - average rating of 3.32 with the perception of being in either category.
