Reflecting on the phenomenon of stock market movements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this study was appointed to examine the effect of the effect of liquidity, solvency, and Economic Value Added (EVA) on market reactions in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and types are categorized in explanatory research. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2019. Determination of the sample to be tested in this study using a purposive sampling method and obtained 36 companies. Secondary data were obtained from the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistant of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study showed that all exogenous variables positively and significantly influenced endogenous variable (EVA and Market Reaction). Research findings enrich previous studies on understanding market reactions and their impact on the development of corporate financial strategies in Indonesia.

This research was intended to examine the influences of Accounting Conservatism and Economic Value Added toward Equity Valuation on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this research were Accounting Conservatism and Economic Value Added. This research used secondary data that was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange official website, which has been published in 2011 until 2013. The technique that was used to gather the sample was purposive sampling and there were 18 companies. Which all sample (N) in three years was 54 samples. Those 54 samples would analyse further in this research.  The method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of t-test showed that the first variable, accounting conservatism, had a negative and significant effect to equity valuation. The second variable, which was Economic Value Added, showed a positive and significant effect to equity valuation. The result of f-test accounting conservatism and Economic Value Added showed that both of them give simultaneously and significant effect to equity valuation.   Key Words:      Equity Valuation, Price Book Value, Accounting Conservatism, and Economic Value Added

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, peluang pertumbuhan dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan mengamati dengan mengunjungi metode analisis data Pusat Informasi Pasar Modal (PIPM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial, variabel profitabilitas dan peluang pertumbuhan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, growth opportunities and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data in this study were obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses secondary data by observing by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) data analysis method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that: partially, profitability and growth opportunities variables had a positive and significant effect on firm value, while leverage had a negative and significant effect on firm value.

This study aimed to describe and compare the company's financial performance as measured by the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) is a new approach which assesses the company's financial performance by taking into account the expectations of donors, particularly shareholders and creditors. Financial Ratios and analysis to assess the company's financial situation in the past, present and future. The research object is a cigarette company listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 - 2014, that are PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur, Tbk. This type of research is comparative descriptive, while the data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Results of financial ratios calculation fluctuated every company each year. In the EVA calculation are the average of 2012 - 2014, PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk has the highest EVA value, then PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, hereinafter PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk and last PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur, Tbk. EVA is always positive (EVA> 0) in 2012-2014 means that the management company is able to create economic value for shareholders, and of course the company's financial performance is also good.Keywords: financial performance, financial ratios, EVA

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance and market value of the manufacturing companies. The sample consists of manufacturing companies, which are consistently registered, in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010-2012. Intellectual capital was calculated using value added intellectual coefficient (VAICTM). The main components of VAICTM are physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU) and structural capital (STVA). Financial performance is measured using Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Shares (EPS). Market value is measured using Price Book to Value (PBV) and Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The sampling in this study is using purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, it was obtained 71 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010-2012. The data analysis was done by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that: (1) intellectual capital has an effect on the financial performance, (2) intellectual capital has no effect on the market value, (3) financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between intellectual capital and market value.

This study assessed the Effect of Sustainability Reporting on Economic Value Added of Manufacturing Firms Listed on Nigeria Stock Exchange. Twenty one (21) listed manufacturing firms constituted the sample size of this study between 2008 and 2019. Ex-Post facto research design and content analysis were adopted while secondary data were extracted from the annual reports and accounts of the sampled firms and were analysed using E-Views 10 statistical software. The study employed descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Pearson correlation, Panel Least Square (PLS) regression analysis, granger causality test and Hausman test. Findings from the empirical analysis showed that Economic Sustainability Reporting, Social Sustainability Reporting, Environmental Sustainability Reporting and Sustainability Governance Reporting exerted a significant positive effect on Economic Value Added, of listed manufacturing firms in Nigeria at 5% level of significance respectively. It was recommended inter alia that corporate entities in Nigeria should invest in sustainability activities in all its ramifications in order to boost the image/reputation of the firms thereby increasing their returns.

<span class="fontstyle0">The objective of study is determine the influence of EVA and MVA to stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011 until 2013. Based sampling technique using a :purposive sampling” obtained sample of 91 companies and number of observations as many as 264. The number of observations in this<br />study using multiple regression analysis with the spss 20.0 to analyze data.<br />The results of the study shows that EVA variable has positive effects on stock returns. But other result shows the variable MVA has negative effects on stock returns.</span>

Analysis of Financial Performance based on Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) (Case Study at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2014-2018). Sos., M.Si., and the co-supervisor is Meriyana Frsansissca Dungga, SE, MM. The research objective was to find out the financial performance of company based on analysis Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) from 2014 to 2018 at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The research data were obtained through financial statement in Indonesia Stock Exchange in form of company’s annual statement. The research data were secondary data. The research method used quantitative descriptive. The research sample focused on PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research finding indicated that the result of calculation from economic value added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) at PT. Nippon Indosari Corindo Tbk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) fluctuated or limit of economic value added and limit of financial value added were dynamic expriencing movement although the condition of value was dynamic (up-down). Yet the average value of both was > 0 (positive) so that it was assumed to have been able to create economic value added and financial value added.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of economic value added and profitability on created shareholders value Fernandez model and market value added model in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period year 2013 to 2018. The samples are fifty Manufacturing companies enterprises listed on the IDX period year 2013 to 2018. Methods of data analysis were performed using panel data regression with pooled OLS model. The results of this analysis showed profitability has a significant effect on created shareholders value Fernandez model and market value-added model in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX period 2013 to 2018.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect stock returns on manufacturingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study areManufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015 atotal of 17 companies sample automotive manufacturing companies sub-sector consisting of 7companies. This sampling technique uses Purposive sampling. The result of research indicatethat: (1) Economic Value Added and systematic risk influence partially influence to stock interestrate return and inflation do not show significant influence. This study aims to determine the financial performance of mining sector companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index based on EVA (Economic Value Added) analysis. The research conducted is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach using secondary data from 2014 to 2018 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and companies that are the object of research. The study population is all mining sector companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index while the sample uses a purposive sampling method with the sample taken is the mining sector companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in the June-November 2019 period. Data analysis starts from the calculation of net operating profit after taxes, weighted average capital costs, invested capital, costs of capital and finally calculating EVA values from 2014 to 2018. The results show that the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index is well indicated by positive EVA values so it can be concluded that the management of the company has been able to provide added value to shareholders and investors.Keywords:Cost of Capital, EVA, Weighted Average Cost Of Capital
