Nutrients carried in upstream rivers to lakes are the main cause of eutrophication. Building near-natural estuarine wetlands between rivers and lakes is an effective way to remove pollutants and restore the ecology of estuarine areas. However, for the existing estuarine wetland ecological restoration projects, there is a lack of corresponding evaluation methods and index systems to make a comprehensive assessment of their restoration effects. By summarizing a large amount of literature and doing field research, an index system was constructed by combining the characteristics of the near-natural estuarine wetlands themselves. It covered environmental benefits, technical management and maintenance, and socio-economic functions, and contained 3 systems, 7 criteria, and 16 indicators. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of each indicator. The top 5 indicators in order of importance were habitat diversity, total phosphorus (TP), coverage of aquatic plants, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), and adaptation to the surrounding landscape. The above evaluation system was used for the comprehensive evaluation of the water purification project in the Fuhe estuarine wetland, Hebei Province, as an example. The results showed that the comprehensive score of the Fuhe estuarine wetland at this stage was 4.1492, and the evaluation grade was excellent. The effect of water purification and ecological restoration was good, and the selected technology was suitable and stable in operation. It had a greater positive impact on the surrounding economy and society and can be promoted and applied. The research results were important for clarifying the advantages and defects of the project and developing efficient and advanced restoration technologies.

The evaluation of the municipal transportation efficiency is an issue that cannot be wholly and sufficiently analyzed quantitatively, for it, involves many factors, some of which are just beyond quantitative analysis. Based on AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), the author suggests an evaluation index system in which different weight is allocated to each index according to its effect on municipal transportation. Combining AHP and different weight allocation, the present paper proposes a fuzzy evaluation (appraisal) system of municipal transportation efficiency and presents an example analysis targeting at the removal and settlement of the barriers and problems that hamper the improvement of city transportation efficiency.

There are two major problems in the evaluation of the teaching quality of English writing: the weak logic of the evaluation system and the low reliability of the evaluation model. To solve the problems, this paper put forward an evaluation method for the teaching quality of English writing based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, the authors reviewed the current evaluation methods for the teaching quality of English writing. Next, hierarchical evaluation systems were established for the teaching quality of English writing from the perspectives of teachers and students, respectively. After that, the AHP method and the grey theory were introduced to set up an evaluation model for the teaching quality of English writing. Finally, several strategies were presented to improve the teaching quality of English writing. The proposed evaluation systems and model enriched the theories on teaching quality evaluation of English writing, and promoted the teaching quality of English writing.

Twelve evaluation indices concerning the diversity, unification, uniqueness, people-orientedness, etc. were selected from the factors influencing the residential plant landscape in the study. Analytical hierarchy process was used to establish an objective and reasonable system of indices so as to establish a feasible evaluation system for the residential plant landscape to meet the actual needs.

Energy regenerative suspension can transform the shock energy produced in the driving process into electrical or hydraulic energy. This paper proposes a new hydraulic electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension design, and makes a comparison with the other two energy regenerative suspension designs by studying their structures and working principles, and makes an evaluation system by using fuzzy comprehensive judgment. According to the importance of the evaluating indexes, their subjective weights are gotten by using analytical hierarchy process (AHP); according to the performance statistics data, their objective weights are gotten by using entropy method; the general weights can be gotten from the subjective and the objective ones; and the evaluating value of suspension comprehensive performance can be calculated according to the general weights and the performance statistics data of evaluating indexes. The result reveals that the hydraulic electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension design has obvious advantages and is the most feasible design.

There is all kinds of risk consisting in every logistic transportation link of construction because of the bigger construction transportation district and the more complex transportation goods, a wide variety, quantity, and so on. Any question in a single of earlier link happened will affect accuracy, security and timeliness of indicator. This paper constructs evaluation index system and evaluation module by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).

The analytical Hierarchy Process is a very popular method to evaluate the urban sustainable development. Therefore, this method is employed to evaluate the sustainability of urban area of Weifang, Shandong Province. According to the structure of the urban system and the establishing principles of index system in the sustainable development, the index system in the urban evaluation of the sustainable development in Weifang is established. After calculating index weight by The Analytical Hierarchy Process and the index score, the urban sustainable development index is calculated. Then the ability of the sustainable development is analyzed, and the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures are offered in how to make the strategy and target of the sustainable development in Weifang. The results show that, Weifang sustainable development index is continuously rising in the last few years: from 0.28 in 2006 to 0.54 in 2010. According to the index, the sustainability of urban area is improved significantly for some environmental infrastructure being operated in recent years.

Abstract In the selection of basketball players, the determination of the selection index system and the weight of each index is an important prerequisite for whether the selection is scientific or not. Only when the index system is determined and the importance of each index is sorted reasonably can it be guaranteed that the basketball tactics scoring work went smoothly. This research introduces a method of X fuzzy mathematics, called analytic hierarchy process, or AHP for short. The AHP method can be used in regional planning, resource allocation, program selection, policy analysis, conflict analysis, forecast estimation, decision research, etc. The AHP method schematises the thinking process of the human brain analysis program, which can simply, comprehensively, effectively and clearly deal with complex problems restricted by many factors; it is also a quantitative tool that can be used for the measurement of the sports evaluation system.
