Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. Their daily life is influenced by Islamic teachings and is evident in their social behavior, including in the arts and seeking solace. One of the consolations known in the community is to travel. Of course, Islamic travel and does not violate Islamic law. For the people of Bangkalan, the pilgrimage to the tombs, in addition to being one of the rituals believed to seek blessings, is also a place to tour. Therefore, the pilgrimage to the graves of scholars and community leaders in Bangkalan becomes a sight that can be seen every day. Religious tourism then developed into an opportunity in the development and improvement of people's welfare. Unfortunately, this has not yet become the focus of interest of the Bangkalan district government. Th</em><em>r</em><em>ough building city branding as a religious tourism destination opens up opportunities for Bangkalan to compete with other regions in getting tourist visits. This study tries to identify the problem of tourism development and produce output in the form of religious tourism branding draft for Bangkalan district. The method used is observation and in-depth interviews. Although the results of this study indicate that the Bangkalan district is not ready to build a religious tourism brand, but the data obtained in the field shows that Bangkalan has a lot of religious tourism potential. The results of this study are expected to be input for the district government, scholars and tourism stakeholders. Kehidupan keseharian mereka dipengaruhi ajaran Islam, termasuk dalam berkesenian dan mencari penghiburan. Salah satu penghiburan yang dikenal dalam masyarakat adalah melakukan perjalanan wisata. Tentu perjalanan wisata yang Islami dan tidak melanggar syariat Islam. Bagi masyarakat Bangkalan, ziarah ke makam, selain menjadi salah satu ritual yang dipercayai untuk mencari berkah, juga menjadi ajang berwisata. Karena itu, ziarah ke makam-makam ulama dan tokoh masyarakat di Bangkalan menjadi pemandangan yang bisa dilihat setiap harinya. Wisata religi kemudian berkembang menjadi satu peluang dalam pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sayangnya, hal ini belum menjadi <em>focus of interest</em> pemerintah kabupaten Bangkalan. Padahal membangun <em>city branding</em> sebagai destinasi wisata religi membuka kesempatan bagi Bangkalan untuk bersaing dengan wilayah lain dalam mendapatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian mengidentifikasi problema pembangunan wisata dan menghasilkan <em>output</em> berupa <em>draft branding</em> wisata religi untuk kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Meskipun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kabupaten Bangkalan belum siap membangun <em>brand</em> wisata religi, tetapi data yang diperoleh di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Bangkalan punya banyak potensi wisata religi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah kabupaten, ulama, dan stake holder pariwisata. Aceh Province is known as the Serambi area of Mecca which is supported by the strengthening of complete Islamic values. The socio-religious aspects such as the character of society and religious institutions in Aceh have made the Islamic spirit become a historical and cultural awareness for the people of Aceh. This is the case with the position of the Aceh government which cannot be far from the legitimacy of Islamic law. This situation creates that Aceh must do within the framework of Islamic Sharia principles. As global development, Aceh is faced with the demands of community life related to plurality. So it's interesting to explore how the development of plurality discourse. Plurality is an objective reality in the community of humankind, even it becomes the law of God or known as sunnatullah, so it can be understood that humans in life are different from each other even human paths also vary in religion. Circumstances like this, encourage researchers to find out how the views of Islamic dayah scholars in responding to the ideas and development of the plurality of Acehnese society. This becomes interesting because the cleric and dayah (zawiyah) are two inseparable things, because on one side of the dayah as an institution of community religious strengthening that is filled by the thoughts of the cleric when creating social events. The study was investigated using a combination of theories developed by various theories of religious phenomena and then the researchers made it as a foundation for the mind in discovering the views of Aceh's natural dayah when responding to the phenomenon of plurality. So this research uses the field research method with an interview approach to dayah scholars in Aceh. thus, this study found the result that plurality in the view of Acehnese scholars that plurality in the context of humanity is sunatullah, and plurality does not mean equating religion and believing in many gods.

Islamic banks are present in the community as financial institutions whose activities are based on the principles of Islamic law for the benefit of the people. This study aims to determine the strategic role of Islamic Banks as financial service institutions, the importance of the existence of Islamic Banks and Islamic-based markets and financial instruments in them. In its development, Islamic banks have a role as institutions that turn on public funds, channel funds to the public, transfer assets, liquidity, reallocation of income and transactions. In the Indonesian economic system, the existence of Islamic Banks is important as an alternative solution to the problem of conflict between bank interest and usury.
