This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of consumers towards the attributes of papaya in the traditional market of Surakarya City. Data is processed using the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) method. The study was conducted from January to March 2020 in Surakarta City with 100 consumers as respondents. CSI analysis is used to measure the level of customer satisfaction through the calculation of consumer ratings of the attributes of indicators attached to an item. The results of the study based on CSI values indicate that the results of consumer satisfaction in traditional markets are classified as satisfied (80,59%). The order of consumer satisfaction with the attributes of papaya in traditional markets is the variable taste, size, level of maturity and price. Consumers are satisfied because the expectations in buying for papaya in traditional markets in the city of Surakarta have been fulfilled.

Consumption of vegetables needs to be done to fulfill daily nutrition. The traditional market is one of the retail markets that provides fresh vegetables and is easily found in various regions. Marketing mix is ??one of the marketing strategies applied by traders to find out and assess customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine consumer satisfaction in shopping for vegetables in traditional markets. The method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. The research location is in Sukoharjo District with 60 respondents of traditional market vegetable consumers with quota sampling technique. Based on the results of the study note that the CSI value of all variables is 77%, which means that respondents are satisfied with the performance of vegetable merchants in traditional markets in Sukoharjo Regency. The sequence of variables that gives the highest to lowest satisfaction according to consumers is the product, price, people, physical evidence, promotion, place, and process variables.

This research aims to know the attitude of consumers, the level of satisfaction, and what product attributes that are considered consumers before buying the broiler carcass in traditional market of Samarinda City. The data retrieval research conducted during November 2016. The basic method of research is using descriptive method, and it’s implementation with the technique level. The location of the study was chosen intentionally in Samarinda City by taking 3 traditional markets as a sample. The determination of the number of samples is done proportionally and the technique of determining the sampling method by chance (Accidental sampling) with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by observation, interview, and recording. The analysis used is Fishbein Multi Attribute attitude analysis and to analyze satisfaction using Customers Satisfaction Index. The result of the research based on analysis of Fishbein Multiatribut known to consumer attribute value toward color attribute 16.80, weight (16.48), aroma (15.76), skin hygiene (14.57) and price (13.11). Based on Costumer Satification Index the level of customer satisfaction on broiler carcass is 77.11%. Result of research based on analysis of Fishbein Multi Attribute known consumer attitude toward carcass is “positive” which means consumers are well-receptive to broiler carcass in traditional markets with most attributes considered in the purchase decision of chicken carcasses in traditional markets of Samarinda City is the color of broiler carcasses. The order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is color, carcass weight, aroma, skin hygiene and broiler carcass price. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index of consumer satisfaction level against broiler carcass is 77.11% who are satisfied category.

The purpose of this study was to know the attributes that are considered important by consumers and to know the level of customer satisfaction at C'Bezt Taman Griya. The method used is Slovin Method for determining samples and customer satisfaction index (CSI) method for data processing. Tests for reliability and validity were carried out at Jaya Fried Chicken Siligita and research site in C’Bezt Taman Griya. The number of samples used was 97 respondents. The attributes that are considered important by consumers based on the level of importance are the taste of food, the behavior of employees in serving consumers, and cleanliness of the location. Based on the level of satisfaction is the speed in serving consumers, taste of food, seriousness in serving consumers. The level of customer satisfaction C'Bezt Taman Griya is 74.63% with the level of Customer Satisfaction criteria that is satisfied. The widespread use of betel leaf herbal toothpaste was because that toothpaste has commercially available and recently the interest in products based on natural ingredients has increased. This study aimed to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the attributes of betel leaf toothpaste in Surakarta. Data analysis using the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) method. The research was conducted from August to November 2020 in various supermarkets in Surakarta with 100 consumers as respondents. The results showed that consumer satisfaction with betel leaf toothpaste in the supermarket in Surakarta was in the satisfied category (70.56%). The order of consumer satisfaction with the attributes of betel leaf toothpaste is the attribute of toothpaste color, taste, price, and packaging. Consumers are satisfied because their expectations in shopping for betel leaf toothpaste at supermarkets in Surakarta have been fulfilled.

The advantage use of information technology is not only limited to individuals, but also organizations, especially government organizations. In 2003 the Indonesian government issued Presidential Instruction No. 3/2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development. Based on this, a usability analysis is performed on the Daily Evaluation System (DES) application with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and the Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) method. The User Centered Design (UCD) is used as an indicator of the questionnaire and the results are analyzed using the CSI and PGCV methods. The results of CSI analysis of the satisfaction level showed the value of 70.95% for female respondents, while it is 70.84% for male respondents. The value of the level of satisfaction is equal to 67.42% for respondents aged 20-30 years, 72.07% for respondents aged 31-40 years, and 73.87% for respondents aged 41-60 years. The level of satisfaction for respondents in structural positions is 72.65% while for respondents in functional positions is 69.73%. Based on the ten UCD indicators, the highest percentage of satisfaction is the consistency indicator which is 77.82% and the lowest is the assistance and documentation indicator which is 63.00%. Based on the results of the PGCV analysis, it is showed that 11 attributes are needed to be the priority for improvement.

Visitors of Wipersnondi Lake had great hope of fulfilling their comfort when they arrived at the tourism sites, in fact the performance felt by visitors cannot satisfy all the expectations of visitors and had  impact  on their satisfaction and convenience. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of tourist visitors to the availability of elements of tourism products, and to find out its developments strategy. To answer the research problem, the analysis technique used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of research based on CSI show that visitors are not satisfied with the performance of tourism products at Wopersnondi Lake.  Based on the results of the IPA analysis, the main priorities for tourism development in Wopersnondi Lake are increasing affordability and opening of public transport routes, improving cleanliness and increasing the number of toilets, specifically at the lake location, providing road directions to the location, and building health facilities like public health centers around Wopersnondi Lake. Furthermore, the unique aspects of  Wopersnondi Lake that must be maintained are the beautiful view at the tourist location, the comfort of the tourist attraction, the coolness, the cleanliness, the quality of the road to the lake, the parking lot area, and the availability of trash cans are things that have actually been felt and have created comfort and  good experience for visitors to Wopersnondi Lake.  This development must support the development of other tourism products.. Abstrak Pasar rakyat merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Bogor. Pembangunan pasar mengacu pada Perda Kota Bogor No.11 Tahun 2012 dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitarnya supaya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesesuaian kondisi pasar rakyat dengan SNI pasar dan kebutuhan penggunanya. Fasilitas yang dievalusi yaitu sarana prasarana, kebersihan, keamanan, dan aksesibilitas dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap persentase kesesuaian kondisi eksisting dengan SNI pasar. Metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mengukur indeks kepentingan dan kinerja fasilitas pasar serta metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur indeks kepuasan pengguna terhadap pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ada pasar yang 100%  sesuai dengan SNI Pasar Rakyat. Berdasarkan persepsi pengguna, terdapat 4 fasilitas penting yang harus diperhatikan pengelola yaitu jumlah hidran air, lokasi hidran air, jumlah CCTV, dan lokasi CCTV. Masih diperlukan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan dan perbaikan pada fasilitas yang tersedia di sebagian besar pasar rakyat yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor, dimana secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap pasar rakyat kelas I dan kelas II masuk pada kriteria cause for concern dan pada pasar kelas III masuk pada kriteria poor dengan rata-rata kepuasan secara keseluruhan pasar sebesar 70 %. Kata Kunci: Pasar Rakyat, Analisis Kepentingan, Tingkat Kepuasan, IPA dan CSI, SNI Abstract Traditional market is one of revenue source (PAD) in Kabupaten Bogor. The market development must refer to Bogor local government regulation No. 11 Tahun 2012 and incorporate the needs of society around them to be optimize maximally. This study aims to  find the consistency of the traditional market condition against SNI on market and the needs of the users. The evaluated facilities are the condition of infrastructure, cleanliness, security, and accessibility. Analysis using have been carried out with a method of descriptive heading for measuring the percentage of the consistency of the exsisting traditional market condition with SNI Pasar. A method of Important Performance Analysis (IPA) used to measure performance index of interest and facilities as wel as a method of customer satisfaction index (CSI) for measuring user satisfaction index to the traditional market. The results showed that there was no market that was 100% in accordance with the SNI Pasar Rakyat. Based on the users perception, there are 4 important facilities that must be considered which are the number of water hydrants, the location of water hydrants, the number of CCTVs, and the location of CCTV. Therefore, market management policy is still needed to improve management and facilities at traditional market in Kabupaten Bogor, where overall user satisfaction to the market class I and class II in on the cause for concern and on class III markets enters at the poor overall satisfaction with an average of 70%. Research objectives are to analyze the level of satisfaction of consumers against products of coffee powder Nefo Cap AAA. for consumer loyalty towards mengetahuitingkat ground coffee products Nefo Cap AAA. A sample of these studies amounted to 131 consumers Coffee Nefo Cap Regency AAA Kerinci. The data from this study are obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. This research was analyzed using the methods of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Importance of Performance Analisys (IPA). The results of this study found that the image of the pyramid Coffee loyalty Nefo Cap AAA in General can be said already quite well. On the level Switcher/Price Buyer has a considerable percentage of the amount that is 57 percent. This can lead to a reduced number of sales in the future due to the consumer at this level are likely to be moved on the ground coffee brand to another if there is a manufacturer that sells ground coffee that is cheaper with the same quality with the brand of coffee Nefo Cap AAA. At the level of the respondent which is brand loyalitas Switcher of 57%, respondents who Hobitual of 69%, of respondents which is a Satisfied Buyer of 70%, of the respondents which is Liking the Brand of 68%, and respondent who is a Committed Buyer of 68%.

This research was conducted in Kepahiang District, Bengkulu Province which had been held from April 29, 2015 until May 29, 2015. The purposes of this study were (1). To determine level of service quality rice seed Cigeulis in BBIPP, (2). To determine level of Satisfaction of consumers to services rice seed Cigeulis. The method used for the service is a method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the level of satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the CSI service Cigeulis rice seed in the district Kepahiang Bengkulu province amounted to 80,35% of this index is on a scale satisfied. Keywords: Performance, IPA, CSI
