Fatigue rupture is the major reason of crankshaft parts failure. Traditional fatigue analysis is fairly complicated and causes a great error. The finite element model of s195 engine crankshaft is created under SolidWorks environment, whose static analysis and fatigue analysis is carried out by using Simulation module. Also the vibration character of the crankshaft is calculated through modal analysis. Result shows the fatigue strength of the crankshaft is enough and it will not produce resonance in operation.

In order to attenuate the deformation of spray boom, a finite element model built based on ANSYS, according to the reasults of numerical modal analysis and modal texting, the reliability of the finite element model was affirmed. Then, an isolator was introduced between spray boom and frame, a frame-isolator-spray boom model was built in ADAMS. The effect of the isolators which have different parameters was research, the reasult shows: The isolator has much effect on attenuating spray booms deformation, the stiffness of isolators spring dampers has little effect on spray booms deformation, but the damping of isolators spring dampers has effect on spray booms deformation.

The quality of high speed machining is directly related to dynamic characteristics of spindle-toolholder interface. The paper established normal and tangential interactions of BT spindle-toolholder interface based on finite element contact theory, and analysed free modal in Abaqus/Standard. Then the result was compared with the experimental modal analysis. It shows that the finite element model is effective and could be applied in the future dynamic study of high-speed spindle system.

The finite element model of the stirring kneader shaft was built by PRO/E software, which was inserted into ANSYS. Next, the instantaneous dynamic analysis of the new stirring kneader shaft was carried out. The instantaneous dynamic response of stirring shaft about the exciting force of fluid was obtained, which was to optimize the structural parameters of the stirring shaft. The foundation for the next fatigue analysis was laid based on the instantaneous dynamic response; the fatigue life of stirring kneader shaft can be predicted.

The frame of blueberry harvesters is quite different from other vehicles. In this article, the design for whole frame structure is elaborated. According to the mechanical characteristics of the frame, materials are selected and manufacturability requirements are limited. Based on PRO/E software, accurate model of the frame of blueberry harvesters is established. And then, on the basis of ANSYS software, the finite element model of frame of blueberry harvesters is established to carry out static analysis on full-loaded and distortion working conditions. Results meet the strength requirements and displacement requirements, so it verifies the reasonableness of the design of frame.

The vibration mode of main steel structure of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is complex and changeable, so its modal analysis is necessary. In this paper, the main steel structure of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer was integrally designed and its main parameters were determined. then the finite element model of the main steel structure of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer was established and the modal analysis was simulated, finally the results of its inherent frequency were calculated by FEA method.

Crankshaft is one of the important parts of reciprocating compressor. It takes a large reciprocating compressor crankshaft as the research object. First it establishes the three-dimensional solid model of the crankshaft by the software Pro/E. Then it contacts the Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench by the interface to establish the finite element model of the crankshaft. After taking the modal analysis and calculations of the crankshaft in the ANSYS Workbench module, it obtains the foundation for the design of the crankshaft structure.

The U-shaped pipe located in the compressor piping system of the lyophilizer is studied in this paper. Its finite element modal analysis is carried out through the software ABAQUS, and at the same time, the experimental modal analysis is conducted by the software LMS Test.lab and its corollary equipment. Through the comparison between the finite element modal analysis results and the experimental modal results, it can be seen that the two results have good consistence, which verifies that the finite element model is reasonable. This paper provides reference for the further studies of the curving pipe vibration.

The finite element model of cross simulator including supporting structure, beam, etc. was set up in the environment of ABAQUS. After the static analysis which meets the requirements, the model’s dynamic characteristics when bearing impact load was obtained using explicit method according to modal analysis results. Comparing different analysis results with technical index, it indicates that larger impact load makes the dynamic characteristics worse significantly.
