The aim of the maintenance allocation is to allocate the maintenance time of the subsystems reasonably and accurately. Traditional MTTR (mean time to repair) allocation methods are most often based on the products’ complexity. However, there are a lot of deficiencies in practical application. To allocate the system MTTR of the subsystems more precise and reasonable, a better model is needed. The aim of this paper is to develop an improved model to allocate the maintenance time, as well as picke out the common maintenance time and allocating e the MTTR in the subsystems more accurately.

The maintenance allocation methods play an important role in the design and maintenance of product. However, lots of deficiencies exist in practical application by using these methods. To allocate the system MTTR( Mean Time to Repair) to the subsystems more precisely and reasonable, a better model is needed. The purpose of this article is to raise an improved method to allocate the MTTR more accurately.

The maintenance allocation methods are important in the design and maintenance of product. However, these methods have lots of deficiencies in practical application, which is inconsistent with the purpose of the maintenance allocation. To allocate the system MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to the subsystems more precisely and reasonably, a better model is needed. The aim of this paper is to develop a maintenance allocation model which can improve the applicability and operability, and solve the residue problem which exists in maintenance allocation. A simple case study is used to demonstrate how the model can be applied in a real case.

This paper analyzes the common faults of the YMZ light silt coal car loader's hoisting device in working process, and supplies several solutions; Simultaneously, it mainly introduces two types of manufacturing technique about hoisting device's parts design and improvement in practical application and appraises the effect of the green design and manufacturing technique in the working device; The article concludes that improved workpiece performance is of great practical value; As the designers are designing the products, only when they should combine the new design concept and the mode of thinking with the green design concept, and attach importance to the innovation of science and technology during the designing process as well, and finally bring into play the advantages of the technology, can they produce safe, powerfrugal, efficient and shapely green products which are popular with people at home and abroad.

Mesin merupakan komponen utama dalam proses produksi, apabila salah satu mesin mengalami kerusakan maka proses produksi akan berpengaruh, target produksi berkurang, dana untuk perbaikan kerusakan tinggi dan pada akhirnya perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perawatan mesin secara berkelanjutan agar kerusakan mesin dapat diminimalkan dan fasilitas produksi dapat bekerja sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat mengetahui performance maintenance yang diterapkan di PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia Particle Board. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Total Productive Maintenance dalam menganalisa terjadinya breakdown mesin pada Chiper Area. Nilai Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) semakin meningkat sejumlah 112.83 menit sehingga peningkatan keandalannya dikatakan baik sedangkan nilai Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) sebesar 13,88 menit hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan operator maintenance kurang baik. Nilai Availability mesin mengalami peningkatan sebesar 89%. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan training skill kepada operator maintenance, dikarenakan hasil MTTR yang didapatkan masih tidak stabil,selain itu perlu menerapkan perawatan mandiri atau small repair pada setiap mesin yang di operasikan, Availability mesin perlu ditingkatkan lagi, dengan nilai availability mesin yang lebih tinggi sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas tanpa mengesampingkan faktor-faktor yang lain. Kata Kunci: Maintenance, Mesin, Produktivitas.

Pemeliharaan merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk menjaga keandalan, ketersediaan dan sifat mampu merawat komponen atau mesin. Program pemeliharaan yang efektif dan efisien akan mendukung peningkatan produktifitas sistem produksi. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan nasional bergerak dibidang karoseri truck mengalami penurunan produktivitas disebabkan belum adanya strategi perawatan khususnya mesin welding jenis MIG sehingga sering terjadi downtime mesin mengakibatkan proses produksi menjadi terhambat. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut dibutuhkan program pemeliharaan yang efektif dan efisien dengan menerapkan analisis menggunakan metode  Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) guna menciptakan metode pemeliharaan yang akurat, fokus, dan optimal dengan tujuan mencapai keandalan yang optimal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah perhitungan berdasarkan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan penetapan strategi pemeliharaan dengan dibantu menggunakan software minitab 18. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Risk Priority Number (RPN) untuk komponen wire feeder sebesar 611, dengan pola distribusi waktu normal, nilai parameter median 61,9391 dan standar deviasinya 48,6053, nilai Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) sebesar 61,9391 jam dan selang interval waktu penggantian komponen sebesar 10,1349. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan performance maintenanace diketahui nilai Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) antara 31,92 ~ 72,09 jam, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) anatara 1,19 ~ 1,78 jam dan availability antara 94,67% ~ 98,24%, setelah dilakukan tindakan perawatan pencegahan selama periode tersebut dihasilkan nilai availability sebesar 98,01% artinya kerusakan pada komponen wire feeder dapat teratasi.

Purpose: This review set out to summarise, define, and provide future direction towards the use of performance outcome measures as endpoints in research performed at international benchmark events in athletics. Methods: Scoping review methodology was applied through a search of the PubMed and Sports Discus databases and a systematic article selection procedure. Articles that met the inclusion criteria underwent triage for further quantitative and qualitative analysis. A concept chart was generated to describe the methods by which performance had been measured and introduce descriptive labels for theoretical and practical application. Results: None of 2972 articles primarily identified from the database search met the triage standards for quantitative data extraction. Eleven articles were included in a qualitative analysis. The analysis identified the common methods by which performance has been measured, reported and analysed. The resulting concept chart collates labels from the qualitative analysis (categories, themes, and constructs) with sports practice labels (performance metrics, framework, and analysis). Conclusions: The state of knowledge concerning methods to employ performance metrics as endpoints in studies performed at major competitions in athletics has been summarised. Constructing a methodology that combines the performance metric variables (continuous and ordinal) that are currently utilised as endpoints remains a challenge.
