According to the climate and energy saving characteristics in the hot summer and cold winter zone, especially in view of requirements for thermal insulation in summer, reflective thermal insulation coatings (RTIc) are gradually applied in building energy efficiency of exterior envelope. A feasible evaluation method for energy saving effect is very important for acceptance of energy efficient building construction. In this paper, thermal resistance has been used as the evaluation index. The energy efficiency of the reflective thermal insulation coatings was investigated. Four hot boxes were applied contrast test. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of electricity consumption within 36 hours and comparative analysis of heating process simulating sunlight environment, thermal resistance of RTIc can be calculated on the basis of the correlation between power saving rate and thermal resistance so that energy saving effect of RTIc can be quantitatively characterized.

Current research on building energy efficiency and the application of the principle of the phase change materials are outlined. Analysis of research regarding phase change materials and their classifications on energy-saving in buildings are analyzed and the main existing issues are summarized. The energy-saving effect is verified with the utilization of paraffin and swelling soil composite phase change materials, the result of which suggests that room temperature can be comparatively stabilized with the utilization of phase change materials and energy efficiency can be critically increased. This demonstrates that phase change materials have a broad potential in engineering endeavors.

Reflective thermal insulation coatings (RTIc) are applied widely in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone and in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone. A feasible evaluation method for energy saving effect is very important for acceptance of energy efficient building construction. Combining with the research on RTIc at home and aboard, series of evaluation indicators of thermal insulation performance and energy saving effect of RTIc such as solar reflectance, hemispherical emittance, temperature, thermal resistance, energy efficiency and thermal inertia were summarized and the existing problems and several suggestions were also proposed.

This paper analyzes architectural concept of the use of double envelope enclosure, and expounds the advantages of the energy efficiency in the construction of double-envelope enclosure. After parsing the key points of the high-rise building energy efficiency design, which leads to the use of double envelope enclosure in the energy-saving design of high-rise buildings. Including the thermal insulation of double doors and windows which reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning equipment; the ventilation ability of double-envelope enclosure which reduce the power consumption of mechanical ventilation; thermal insulation and sound insulation performance of double-envelope floor and roof which improve the indoor comfort. As a result, the use of double envelope enclosure in the energy-saving design of high-rise buildings is worthy of promotion.

Building energy efficiency is a current research focus. This paper combined actual testing and software simulation to studies the new type rural residential in Chaoyang, study its effect on the indoor thermal environment and energy saving effect. The results showed that the new type rural residential indoor air temperature significantly lower than ordinary one in both vertical and horizontal directions, indoor thermal environment has markedly improved, and heat load indicators reduced significantly, energy-saving rate up to 66.41%, achieved the dual effect of improving indoor thermal environment and energy efficiency.

With the deepening of the energy conservation of the building, energy saving from the original design of building energy-saving gradually turned to the field detection and completion acceptance, which requires a corresponding energy-efficient means of detection. With the development of infrared technology, the combination of infrared technology and detection methods of building energy-saving, to further promote the development of building energy efficiency testing work. Compared to the traditional heat flow meter or hot-box method, infrared thermal imaging method has no effect on the measured object, detecting the surface temperature of quick reaction speed, accompanying with wide temperature range and high precision, is widely used in various fields of testing work, which has been particularly prominent in the thermal defect detection. In this paper, the method of infrared thermography is used to confirm whether the thermal defects exist in energy-saving construction or not. Testing results show that infrared thermography can accurately reflect the temperature distribution of building wall surface. Infrared thermal imaging to detect the building surface's energy efficiency, which is providing efficient and accurate means of detection for the evaluation of the building energy efficiency. This is to help carry out a comprehensive building energy-saving testing.

Liangshan has special climate and sunshine. Therefore, the Government of Liangshan requires that building energy saving must be started from the stage of architectural design.
