For a gas station training simulation system, the real time and reality of scene directly affect the application of system. In order to solve this problem, we used 3D virtual scene building technology based on OpenSceneGraph (OSG) to build gas station scene. Technology of levels of detail (LOD) was used to improve the real-time ability of the system during entity modeling. And then based on 3D entity model library and information files in Extensible Markup Language (XML), we built the parametric library and set up the gas station scene, which provided function information and attribute information. Experimental results show that the scene of virtual gas station can not only greatly improve the reality and immersion of system, but also well support the real-time simulation. Now, 3D virtual scene building technology based on OSG has applied successfully in gas station training simulation system, which provides feasible evidence for engineering simulation to solve practical problems.

This paper introduced the laboratory model of Real-time monitor system based on the 3D Visualization for calefaction furnace, depicted the process of the model.In this paper we created a virtual environment and transport the real-time data which we collected from the locale to the virtual scene,to realize the real time monitor on the real environment.Through simulating in the lab,the effect of this system was realistic at the same time it arrived at the goal of better monitoring with better real-time.

A Digital Speckle Pattern Interferometry (DSPI) system is developed for the real-time measuring and monitoring the out-of-plane surface deformation around tightened threaded fasteners that are used to clamp bolted assemblies. Spatial phase shifting is employed to quantitatively determine the distribution of phase data by introducing a spatial carrier fringe pattern to the speckle interferogram. This is achieved by leading the object and reference beams to two separate apertures. The configuration is also suitable for collecting the real-time deformation during bolt tightening. The experimental DSPI system is set-up with optical components on a vibration-isolation table. A Matlab software is developed for the image acquisition and phase data calculation, which yields the out-of-plane surface deformation caused by the bolt preload. An aluminum joint is used with an M12 steel fastener. For miniature screw application, however, a plastic joint is used for collecting data.

The visual and simulated system of the orbiting satellite based on the OpenGL technology is designed and realized in this paper, in which a visualization platform of the satellite in-orbit running is constructed. The simulation system has constructed the satellite model and the earth model by making use of 3DS MAX technology, and achieved the visualization of satellite in-orbit-running, the visualization of the communication route and of the overlay effect. At the same time, which has realized the access to the database of the orbiting satellite by means of ADO technology .The practices have proven that the system can simulate the whole process of satellite in-orbit-running in real-time, and provides the assistant support platform of the real-time management and decision. Apart from this, the system provides the network training of the space forces with virtual training platform. It is of great significance to construct the virtual battlefield simulation system.

For the traditional PLC compatibility and poor scalability problems, this article developed a soft PLC running and simulation system. The system compatible with Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC instruction set. RTX was used to serve as the real-time kernel, ensured the real-time performance of the control, introduced the using method of RTX timer, multithreading and shared memory, emphasized the decoding function realization, also developed a soft PLC simulation system. Finally, through an example program verify the correctness of the running and simulation system.

This paper describes the use of the sewer model HYSTEM-EXTRAN in combination with a rule based control device using fuzzy-logic to simulate the real-time control of a sewer system. The rules for the control of the system were set up with the help of optimization procedures. The advantage of the procedure is proved by comparing the uncontrolled versus the controlled state in a simulated mode for an existing sewer system. The final system was installed and tested within the sewer system.

The satellite navigation signal system is so useful that it can provide autonomous geo-spatial positioning with global coverage. The satellite navigation signal simulation system possesses the traits of large scale, complex structure and various model types, and the real-time performance of the simulation system is exigent. The simulation real-time performance index will be analyzed and tested roundly. Firstly, the framework of the satellite navigation signal simulation system is introduced. Secondly, several index such as simulation step-time, time function and network data transfers, which can affect the real-time performance of the simulation system, are analyzed. Finally, four real-time performance indexes such as frame overflow, the definition of frame synchronization and time synchronization, the precision of time synchronization etc, are tested and validated in detail. By analysis and test, the result shows that this simulation system possessing higher real-time performance and it can meet the real-time simulation requirement of the simulation system. This simulation system can also be used to validate the real satellite navigation signal system.
