Humanity must choose a low-carbon economy as the way of development, forced by global warming. From the perspective of international competitiveness of industry, low-carbon economy will affect the flow of trade and investment between countries. This article collected 28 manufacturing industries in China from 1995 to 2011 to compare the industrial international competitiveness in traditional evaluation system with which in new evaluation system in low-carbon economy. The results showed that competitiveness of industries fluctuated frequently in low-carbon economy compared with traditional evaluation system, which meant China’s manufacturing internal low-carbon mechanism had not formed.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Recent years saw the global wave of new low-carbon economy which is a strategic measure to cope with global warming, and it has gained concerns from many governments. As the representatives of developing countries, China is responsible for “common but distinguishing duty for global climate change.” Many policies have been made to develop low-carbon economy with the hope to advocate and innovate low-carbon economy in some industries and cities during these years. Therefore, it is a theoretical and innovative project to find a low-carbon economical model for various industries and carry out the experiments of low-carbon economy in some cities. Hence, guided by low-carbon economy theory, choosing booming Chinese tourism industry as the object, this paper constructs an operation framework system of low-carbon tourism development from the advantage of low-carbon tourism to the proposal of low-carbon tourism definition so as to conclude an execution scheme of “six elements” of low-carbon tourism with selecting OCT East (Chinese national ecotourism demonstration district) and Mt. Danxia (World Geo-park) as demonstration districts to discuss about models and methods of low-carbon economy in tourism.

The low-carbon economy becomes a hot issue in every country after Copenhagen’s meeting, and Logistics enterprise is an important economic entity to achieve a low carbon economy, so how to effectively evaluate the effect of logistics enterprises and low-carbon benefits of emission reduction become a problem that really needed to solve. Therefore, it evaluated the effects of low-carbon benefits of logistics respectively from the economic benefits, logistics operational efficiency and CO2 emission reduction by AHP. Based on it, logistics enterprise evaluation model of low-carbon benefits was built in the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally verified the effectiveness of the evaluation system with a case.

Due to the increase in global carbon dioxide emissions, climate change, rising sea levels and other issues have become increasingly prominent. In the three major industries, industrial emissions of carbon dioxide accounted for the largest proportion of the total emissions. Developing a low-carbon economy, especially with regard to industrial low-carbon economy, has become the only way for Chinese society to achieve sustainable development. Building a scientific evaluation system of a low-carbon economy is an essential way to assess the level of regional industrial low-carbon economy comprehensively and correctly. In this paper, we establish the Hebei low-carbon economy Evaluation System based on DSR model, according to the industrial carbon economic development in Hebei Province, using factor analysis to obtain the main factors affecting the low-carbon economy in Hebei Province, establishing extended model, then propose measures for Hebei industrial low-carbon economic development.

Currently, the global warming becomes serious and has become the crisis and challenge of all the world. Low carbon economy is the best mode of coping with the global warming and realizing sustainable development of economy and society. At present, The United States is still in the first place of greenhouse gas are worth of using for reference in developed countries. At present, the United States is still the biggest country that exhausts greenhouse gases, such as CO2;however, carbon emissions in China can not be ignored. Recent research indicates that it is valuable to learn from developed countries carbon or energy taxes policy.

Contradiction between the environment and economic development have become increasingly prominent, high-carbon development model of the world economy is more difficult to maintain, low-carbon development has becomea strategic objective of all countries. Countries hold low-carbon technologies, the establishment of a green trade barriers, lack of core technology and our industry, lack of international competitiveness of exports facing enormous challenges. For this reason, the paper deeply analyzes the impact of a low-carbon economy on the international competitiveness of the industry and made a reasonable suggestions and strategies from both countries and companies on how to enhance the international competitiveness of industry.

Since the country put forward the construction of low carbon city, government and citizens begin to make energy saving, environmental protection, and low carbon consciousness into their daily life. Construct the overall evaluation system of urban low-carbon level helps accurate understanding and quantifying citys low-carbon level, thus promotes its construction and development. Based on the analysis of the connotation of low carbon city, this paper selects indicators from six aspects, which are low-carbon economy, low-carbon construction, low-carbon traffic, low-carbon life, low-carbon environment and low-carbon society, to construct the evaluation system of urban low-carbon level, and assess whether the city had done a good job on low carbon development.

Aside from the changes happening to the life around the world, global warming also threats commercial activities. The transition to a low carbon world will transform our whole economy. Additionally, a low carbon industrial strategy must seize the opportunities that will come with change: a new industrial activism for a new green industrial revolution. When we are pursuing economic growth, it is required to take environmental influences into consideration. Especially, when governmental effort is spent to regulate economic policies, it is required to promote low carbon economy with sustainable and feasible policies and measures beneficial for the environment. Under the background of global warming, the low carbon economic themed with low energy consumption, and low pollution has become a global hot spot.
