The goal of every program provided by a school or university is to make it more responsive to the needs of fast-changing employment demands. This goal also entails enhancing the students' skills to be prepared for their future jobs. This study identified the predictors of employability of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics graduates of St. Paul University Surigao Academic Year 2005-2015. Descriptive survey research was employed using a researcher-made questionnaire encompassing the personal information, employment status, and exit skills with seven identified subparts. The questionnaire elicited employability through the skills of 81.82% of the participants. Utilizing the employment status variables and the exit skills, Linear Regression Analysis extracted the predictors of employability. The findings revealed that the exit skills of the graduates are the predictors of employability. Thus, the school should create programs and activities which enhance the students' skills, particularly the predictors of employability identified in this study.

The aims of the study is to determine the effect of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017.  The population in this study were 47 students consisting of 2 classes, A class and B class. The sample in this study is A class of 26 students and B class of 21 students. Sampling technique in this research is using Pusposive Sampling with certain consideration reason. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis conducted by the researchers obtained the results at the level of significance α = 0.05 yield tcount = 8.97 and ttable = 2.020 which means thitung> ttable so H0 rejected and H1 accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is significant influence of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017. Writing is one of the important skills in learning  English that should be acquired by the students. And also it is one of the most difficult skills to the students to b acquired in the learning English. One of the reasons is the lack of students’ in vocabulary mastery. That is why this research was conducted in order to find out the correlation between students’ vocabulary mastery and their writing skill at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Kerajaan in the Academic Year of 2020/2021 which is consist of four classes. The writer took 53 students as the sample of this research by whose students numbers are odd randomly. The instrument in collecting data is the test. The tests were used to collect the data of the students’ vocabulary mastery and their writing skill. The techniques which were used to analyze the data are normality test, Linear Regression Analysis Statistic and Pearson Product Moment by using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The result of hypothesis test showed that the coefficient of correlation is 0,638 at the significant level 0,5%. Since the rcount is higher than rtable (0,638>0,279) it means that Ho is rejected. It can be concludedthat there is a significant correlation between students’ vocabulary mastery and their writing skill at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Kerajaan in the Academic Year of 2020//2021.

The interest of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such asentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment. The result of preliminary observation inSMKN 1 DlangguComal showed that the entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents in the academic year of 2016/2017 was still considered poor. On the other hand, theirentrepreneurial knowledge was pretty high as well as their family environment which wasconsidered good. The objectives of this study were 1) to find out whether or not there is aninfluence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 2) to find out theinfluence of family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students ofSMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 3) to find out the influence ofbothentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest of theeleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017.The population of this study was the eleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComalin the academic year of 2016/2017 as many as 316 students. The number of sample was 76students decided by using Slovin calculation formula and chosen using proportional randomsampling technique. The methods of collecting the data were test, questionnaire, anddocumentation. While the methods of analyzing the data were using percentage descriptivetechnique and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study based on theregression analysis it was found that Y = -6,787 + 0,493 X1 + 0,170 X2. The result ofhypothesis testing in partial showed that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge positivelyinfluenced the entrepreneurship interest by 32,60% and family environment positivelyinfluenced by 18,40%. While simultaneously, the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge andfamily environment on entrepreneurship interest was 52,70% and the rest 47,30% wasexplained by other factors beyond the model of this study.

Supervision is one form of attention of the principal to the teacher in addition of giving rewards that can foster motivation of achievement that will give effect to the performance of teachers. If it supported by a leadership style, it will be able to improve teacher performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision, achievement motivation and reward on the performance of teachers and the influence of moderation leadership style on supervision, achievement motivation and reward on teacher performance. This research is a survey research conducted in Al Baitul Amien 02 Jember elementary school with sampling technique using total sampling technique, so that the sample obtained 40 respondents. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that supervision, achievement motivation and reward on teacher performance either simultaneously or partially. Leadership style has not been able to moderate the influence of supervision, achievement motivation and reward on teacher performance. This study aimed to determine the influences of parental employment and self-confidence of the students’ interest on entrepreneurship in 10th State Vocational School of Surabaya, academic year 2012-2013. Populations of this study were 582 students and 106 samples were selected by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires. Analysis technique was using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of the study concluded that the work of the parents has no influence on the interest in entrepreneurship, while self confidence has an influence of the students’ interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, this study concluded that parents work and self-confidence significantly influences students’ interest in entrepreneurship students in 10th State Vocational School of Surabaya.

This study aims to analyze: 1) The Effect of Learning Interest on the Learning Outcomes of Class X AKL Students at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year During the Covid 19 Pandemic. 2) The Effect of Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of Class X Students AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid 19 Pandemic. 3) The Effect of Learning Interest and Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of Class X Students AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Courses for the 2020 Academic Year /2021 During the Covid 19 Pandemic.This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were all students of class X AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The sample amounted to 97 people with the sampling technique in the form of total sumpling. The research instrument used for this study was a closed questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 16 and eviews version 8.The results showed that: 1.) Interest in learning had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the coefficient value of interest in learning has a positive value of 0.457, a tcount value of 2.149 > 1.6610 (ttable value) and a significance value of 0.034 <0.05. 2.) learning media has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is obtained that the coefficient of the learning media is positive at 0.526, the tcount is 2.248 > 1.661 (ttable value) and the significance value is 0.027 < 0.05. 3.) The significance value for the influence of interest in learning and learning media together on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount is 8.884 > Ftable 3.94.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, the price, and income on the level of e-commerce transactions in 2017 UNNES students. This research is a direct survey research. The study uses Linear Regression Analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence between X variables on Y. The results of this study indicate that of the 99 students who became respondents in this study as many as 31 students (31.31%) had e-commerce transaction rates that were included in the very high category, 57 students (48.48%) had e-commerce transaction rates that were included in the high category, 11 students (33.33%) had e-commerce transaction rates included in the moderate category.

This study aims to determine whether or not a significant relationship between the readiness of learning and students' achievement in Calculus. This study was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The population in this study is the students of Informatics Engineering, University of Darussalam Gontor who took calculus course consisting of 50 people. Data collection in this research using questionnaire and documentation method.The research instruments used are questionnaire.  Techniques of analysis data  used are Product Moment correlation and simple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analyses those are normality and linearity test applied to know the influence of readiness study toward the students' achievement in Calculus course. The analysis result of Product Moment correlation show that the coefficient of readiness is 0.808 with significance score 0,00. This means that there is a positive and significant correlation between the readiness of learning and the students' achievement in the Calculus course. While the results of Linear Regression analysis shows that determination coefficient is 0.652. It means that the readiness of study gives an effect of 65,2% on the students' achievement in Calculus course.

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The effect of organizational commitment on student interest in learning at SMA Negeri 3 Babelan for the academic year 2020/2021. 2) The effect of student activity on student interest in SMA Negeri 3 Babelan for the 2020/2021 academic year. 3) The effect of organizational commitment and student activity on student interest in learning at SMA Negeri 3 Babelan for the academic year 2020/2021. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research with conclusions drawn through statistical analysis. The population in this study were OSIS administrators and extracurricular members of SMA Negeri 3 Babelan for the 2020/2021 academic year. Samples were taken as many as 90 students with random sampling technique. The required data was obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The previous questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The conclusions of this study are 1) There is a significant effect of organizational commitment (X1) on students' interest in learning (Y). This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount > ttable, which is 3.883 > 1.66 and the significance value = 0.05. 2) There is a significant effect of student activity (X2) on student interest in learning (Y). This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount > ttable, which is 4.021 > 1.66 and the significance value = 0.05. 3) There is a simultaneous significant effect of organizational commitment (X1) and student activity (X2) on students' interest in learning (Y). This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tcount > ttable, which is 19.888 > 3.10 and the significance value = 0.05. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap minat belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Babelan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. 2) Pengaruh keaktifan siswa terhadap minat belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Babelan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. 3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan keaktifan siswa terhadap minat belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Babelan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus OSIS dan Anggota ekskul SMA Negeri 3 Babelan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Sampel diambil sebanyak 90 orang siswa dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Angket sebelumnya diuji cobakan dan diuji validitas serta diuji reliabilitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan komitmen organisasi (X1) terhadap minat belajar siswa (Y).  Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,883 > 1,66 dan nilai signifikansi ? = 0,05. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keaktifan siswa (X2) terhadap minat belajar siswa (Y). Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 4,021 > 1,66 dan nilai signifikansi ? = 0,05. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan komitmen organisasi (X1) dan keaktifan siswa (X2) terhadap minat belajar siswa (Y). Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 19,888 > 3,10 dan nilai signifikansi ? = 0,05.
