Tucatinib (Tukysa)

This review assesses tucatinib (Tukysa), 50 mg and 150 mg tablets, orally. Tucatinib in combination with trastuzumab and capecitabine for the treatment of patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer, including patients with brain metastases, who have received prior treatment with trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and T-DM1 separately or in combination.
