The problem of research lies in answering some of the question: What is the reality of (vital conscience) in some colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Baghdad from the viewpoint of the teachers? And The aim of the research is to prepare a scale (the vitality of the conscience) and learn about its reality in colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Baghdad from the viewpoint of teachers and The researcher relied on the descriptive method in the survey method and the relationships related to the nature of the research problem and The sample of the research was senior administrators teaching some colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Baghdad , Through the results of the research, the researcher assumed that the faculty members in some colleges and departments of physical education and sports science enjoy a high degree of (vital conscience) and Through the results of the research, the researcher recommends paying attention to the higher departments, subordinates, teaching staff and qualified academic cadres who possess the characteristics and characteristics of (vital conscience) to benefit from them in achieving the requirements and goals of the higher departments and to reach the best results.

The research problem lies in answering some question what is the reality of transformational leadership in some faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers 'point of view and the aim of the research is to prepare a transformational leadership scale and identify its reality in the faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers' point of view. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. In the survey method and correlational relations for its suitability to the nature of the research problem, and the research sample taught some colleges of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences. Through the results of the research, the researcher assumed that the faculty members in some faculties of physical education and sport sciences have a high degree of (transformational leadership) and through the research results the researcher recommends Paying attention to qualified academic cadres who have the characteristics and characteristics of transformational leadership to benefit from them

The research aims to know the executive attention and its relationship to psychological empowerment in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences among the faculty members and in the variables of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive approach to suit it to the nature of the research. As for the research sample, it was represented by a group of male and female physical education teachers in four universities of (100) teaching staff And teaching The two researchers designed two measures (executive attention) and the scale (psychological empowerment) and distributed them to the sample electronically. The results were processed statistically through the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). The two researchers concluded that the teachers possessed the research sample both from executive attention and psychological empowerment. And its impact on shaping the student’s personality and developing it through the educational media and publications

Some people view teaching as a mission, many others consider it as just another job. Teaching profession is publicly perceived as socially valuable and important, a job essential for the development of fundamental societal and human values. However, in 2019 Croatia, one still cannot speak of teaching as a profession. The public perceives teacher's expected high level of enthusiasm as a basic quality of an educator, rather than expecting a high degree of professionalism. Consequently, unlike education policies in some European countries, the historical development of the upgrade to the teaching profession in Croatia is somewhat lagging behind. The text analyses the status of teachers and the acceptance of the educational profession in Croatia as well as the working conditions in the Croatian education. We present research results of attitudes towards the teaching profession and the social status of teachers expressed by students enrolled in the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Rijeka. The main objective of the research was to determine the attitudes of students on the current status of teachers in Croatia, concurrently examining the level of their readiness to actively engage in achieving better social and material status of teachers. The research was conducted in 2018 using the survey method. The results confirmed that the respondents possess developed awareness of the deficiencies in the Croatian school system and the underpaid teaching staff. Aware of the basic weaknesses in the education policy, respondents expressed their willingness to engage in solving these problems. The results also clearly pointed to the need for an essential educational reform to improve the status of the teaching staff.

           The psychological requirements are one of the most important of these requirements that contribute to achieving high sports levels, and of great benefit in the field of building the abilities of the player and developing and improving his individual abilities, which determines the behavior of his performance and through the follow-up of the researcher to the level of admissions of the Faculty of Sports Education in measuring the psychological characteristics of acceptance in sports education depends on personal diligence and the corresponding, note that most coaches did not give sufficient attention in the psychological aspect through some psychological features characterized by each student and the development of those psychological abilities and find new ways to measure, Waste of effort and time in training and then not achieving the required level and results 0Research aims to build and codify the measure of preferred psychological characteristics for admission to the Faculty of Sports Education. The descriptive method was used in the survey method to suit the nature of the problem and be caused by the best means and means to reach the correct results of the search and collect the required information and data. The researchers chose the research sample from the 80 applicants from the Faculty of Physical Education, Al Muthanna University, which concluded that the measure of the preferred psychological characteristics of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Muthanna University proved its validity on the research sample. The researchers recommended using the measure of the preferred psychological characteristics  acceptance in sports education when interviewing in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the adoption of the grades and standard levels shown by the results of the research

  Perception is one of the mental processes, which plays an important role in the sport aspects. Therefore, it is one of the basic requirements for improving performance in various sports. The importance of this study is that, handball players should be attempt in such peripheral perception test in order to develop player’s performance and achieve a high altitude.As a researcher I thought that in the training session here is a lack of using scientific laboratories to evaluate the elevation of the player that would be guidance for coaches to maintain their training plan.Aim of the study:-To determine the amount of perception of the players, also the comparison of perception between the players of the back and front lines of the players of the participants.Method of the study:-Used descriptive method in the survey method appropriate to the research problem. the results of the perceptual assessment, through which the research objectives and hypotheses were achieved, and the researcher concluded that the research sample has (a field of vision, focus power, divided attention, reaction time, and emotional maturity) were approved, as there are Moral correlation relationship between the different playing positions and the perceptual variables (field of vision, concentration force, divided attention, reaction time, and emotional maturity).

This study aimed to reveal the level of burnout among the faculty members in private universities in Jordan and the effect of gender and experience variables on it. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method. The study was applied to a random sample of (203) faculty members, who were chosen through a comprehensive survey method, with (169) males and (34) females. A job burnout questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the mean of the job burnout of the total degree came with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of job burnout of the total degree attributed to the gender variable and in favor of females. Moreover, the results showed that there were apparent differences in the arithmetic averages on the total score for the level of job burnout with different levels of experience variable, and in favor of those with less than five years of experience.

This research analyses the relation between the constructs quality of managers and internal communication and the dependent variable belonging to the institutional visual identity within the Faculties of Physical Education and Sport, funded by the State Budget, in Romania. The data within this study come from a research based on the survey method, with a questionnaire-based tool, reprised from the scientific literature and validated through Alpha Cronbach’s coefficient, ensuring the internal reliability analysis of each construct: the quality of managers, the internal communication, belonging to the institutional visual identity. The research was carried out on a sample of 261 persons from a population of 452 teaching staff members within the faculties of physical education and sport, funded by the State Budget, in Romania. The research was carried out on two directions: one concerning the correlation between the quality of managers and belonging to the institutional visual identity; and the other concerning the correlation between the internal communication and the same belonging to the institutional visual identity.

Using e-learning system (moodle) in distance education in time of the Covid-19 has become a reality, and the study was concerned with revealing the degree of faculty members   ’benefit from the Moodle system, as well as the nature of the challenges they faced, in addition to their vision to develop the use of Moodle system in teaching. The study used the descriptive analysis method, and the results showed that faculty members have benefited from the Moodle system for a high degree, although they indicated that there are significant challenges. The faculty members suggested continuing training on using the Moodle system and updating the version of the system available at the university. Results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample of the reality of employment in favor of female faculty members as well as faculty members with low teaching experience, in the youth group. Accordingly, the study recommends training the teaching staff to use educational platforms and face the challenges facing distance education through these platforms   Keywords: Distance education - Corona pandemic

The current research has touched on the importance of performance in teaching departments of physical education and sports sciences for what university education institutions consider to be the highest educational summit in all countries of the world and this is of particular importance because it considers the institution the highest educational and educational value in the learning pyramid from kindergarten to university education.The problem of the current research appears in the availability of quality standards for the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. My goal for the current research has been set, which is to define a list of necessary criteria for evaluating the performance of the teaching of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, and to know the availability of quality standards of performance for the teaching of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The researchers used the descriptive approach as the most appropriate for the study in light of the research objectives and the results reached recommendations, including raising the level of teachers by the university or college by involving them in the developmental courses and programs for the teaching performance. And the need for the department to adopt comprehensive quality standards for all academic subjects. And setting encouraging prizes and rewards for outstanding and distinguished teachers to develop their performance in light of quality standards and university accreditation
