The current European policy roadmap aims at forcing the TSOs to coordinate remedial actions used for relieving the congestions in the synchronous power system. In this paper, an optimization problem for coordinated congestion management is described and its results obtained for a real European use cases created in the H2020 EU-SysFlex project are presented. First of all, these results prove the feasibility of a central optimization problem for the coordination of the cross-border congestion management process. Next, the formulated optimization problem is used to tackle the issue of planning the investments in phase-shifting transformers (PSTs), for the purpose of increasing the efficiency/decreasing the cost of congestion management. Finally, this paper introduces two optimization-based indicators for pre-selecting the investment sites, which may be used to support the decision makers aiming at decreasing the costs of coordinated congestion management.

The procurement system is the organizational structure adopted by the client for the management of the design and construction of a building project [1]. Wrong selection of a procurement system generally leads to project failure and client dissatisfaction. In this paper, Procurement Systems Judgment (PSJ) method is discussed in detail as an approach to identify appropriate procurement systems that can be used in a particular construction sector. To indicate this method a survey is required. The proposed method was applied in the construction industry in Iraq and the survey was conducted in the governmental offices. The results showed that only seven procurement systems preferably applied in the construction industry in Iraq. These systems are the traditional system, two stage tendering, negotiation system, cost reimbursable contract, design and build, turnkey, and construction management.

The article deals with the organizational and technological features of construction. The organization of construction production for the installation of facade systems with an air gap during the construction of buildings is associated with coordination with general construction works. Often, construction management projects developed at the design stage are adjusted taking into account the current conditions. These changes can occur both before the start of work and during the production of work. The introduction of organizational and technological changes in the production process of work can lead to a significant decrease in technical and economic indicators. In this regard, it is relevant to resolve the issues of assessment and selection of effective organizational and technological solutions for the device of facade systems. The difficulty is the assessment of factors with different dimensions of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Installation of facade systems is a work performed in the open air, in connection with which there are factors that have a rather strong influence on the complexity of the work. In addition, as with any other construction work, it depends on the completion of other construction work. Another important feature of the organization of facade work is the orientation of the work front in the unfamiliar plane of the building. The study of this type of work is relevant and is of interest from a scientific point of view, not only in matters of constructive solutions for and organization of work and the use of appropriate machines and mechanisms. A well-grounded choice of technological equipment and the number and qualification of workers will increase the performance of work.

Abstract During testing utmost all appropriate and suitable strategy needs to be established for consistent fault coverage, improved controllability and observability. The scan chains used in BIST allows some fine control over data propagations that is used as a backdoor to break the security over cryptographic cores. To alleviate these scan-based side-channel attacks, implementing a more inclusive security strategy is required to confuse the attacker and to ensure the key management process which is always a difficult task to task in cryptographic research. In this work for testing AES core Design-for-Testability (DfT) is considered with some random response compaction, bit masking during the scan process. In the proposed scan architecture, scan-based attack does not allow finding out actual computations which are related to the cipher transformations and key sequence. And observing the data through the scan structure is secured. The experimental results validate the potential metrics of the proposed scan model in terms of robustness to the scan attack and penalty gap that exists due to the inclusion of scan designs in AES core. Also investigate the selection of appropriate location points to implement the bit level modification to avoid attack for retrieving a key.

The article is devoted to analysis of data mining techniques in a model of construction management. In the construction industry, as a rule, in most cases is incomplete and/or unclear information, so the classical methods of model-building control don't work. In this case, it is advisable to apply some well developed methods of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. The original construction is described by the words of the spoken language, where the sentences are predicates of the first kind. Identifies the parameters that influence the management process in the form of a lexical variable, which is analyzed by methods of the theory of many-valued logic. The results of the analysis are used in building the model administration of construction.
