Abstract: This research aims to describe the utilization of a network of partnership between organizations in achieving school goals in the view of female principals at the public and private senior high schools in Jambi City. This research uses a qualitative approach designed with qualitative descriptive approached. The data in this study collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed by using qualitative research data analysis techniques. The study found that the utilization of a network of partnership between organizations in the view of female leaders based on three judged, namely the availability of school resources, the needs of students, and the need for information. Meanwhile, a network of partnership carried out between equal or non-equal school organizations and other institutions that care about education in the form of the use of facilities and sit in students.Keywords: Utilization; networking; partnership; leader’s women.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan jaringan kerjasama antar organisasi dalam pencapaian tujuan sekolah dalam pandangan kepala sekolah perempuan di tingkat sekolah menengah atas negeri dan swasta di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang didesain dengan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan jaringan kerjasama antar organisasi dalam pandangan pemimpin perempuan berdasarkan atas tiga pertimbanagan yaitu ketersediaan sumberdaya sekolah, kebutuhan peserta didik, dan kebutuhan informasi. Sedangkan bentuk jaringan kerjasama dilakukan antar organisasi sekolah yang sederajat maupun tidak sederajat dan lembaga lain yang peduli dengan pendidikan berupa penggunaan fasilitas dan sit in peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Pemanfaatan; jaringan kerja; kerjasama; pemimpin perempuan.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer.Kata kunci: Subaltern, poskolonial, pengaruh tahta, perlawananABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer by using the postcolonialism theory of Gayatri Spivak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this study using a qualitative approach because in this study used Arok Dedes story novel as data sources  which is about a coup in Java. This research data is words, sentences, paragraphs, contained in Arok Dedes novel by Pramoedya Anan ta Toer by using postcolonial Ggayatri Spivak theory. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of documentation or literature . The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are the influence of the highest throne and the resistance of the subalterns on the novel Arok Dedes by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Keywords: Subaltern, postcolonial, influence of throne, resistance

ABSTRACT Port infrastructure in the transport system is a valuable asset for the national economy in order to face the globalization of free trade. Problems of provision of port infrastructure constraints in general is a factor financing. One of the government's efforts to overcome the problems in the provision of infrastructure financing is through the Public Private Partnership (PPP). This research was conducted in order to determine the opportunities and constraints of PPP implementation in the provision of port infrastructure by Master Plan Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques conducted on the characteristics of the PPP, the perception of government and stakeholders, as well as regulatory and institutional policies related to the implementation of the PPP. From this research it is known that in the construction and development of the port of Tanjung Emas does not currently use the PPP scheme because of the ownership status of Tanjung Emas port assets that are still in data collection, and a lack of understanding of the parties implementing the PPP. But the chances of implementing a PPP scheme is still possible in the area of ownership of assets remain below the government. Keyword: opportunities, constrains, PPP, infrastructure, port ABSTRAK Infrastruktur pelabuhan dalam sistem transportasi merupakan aset berharga bagi perekonomian nasional dalam rangka menghadapi globalisasi perdagangan bebas. Kendala permasalahan penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan pada umumnya adalah faktor pembiayaan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembiayaan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur adalah melalui program Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan kendala pelaksanaan KPS dalam penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan terhadap karakteristik KPS, persepsi pemerintah dan stakeholder, serta peraturan dan kebijakan kelembagaan terkait pelaksanaan KPS. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan pelabuhan Tanjung Emas pada saat ini tidak menggunakan skema KPS dikarenakan status kepemilikan aset pelabuhan Tanjung Emas yang masih dalam pendataan, dan kurangnya pemahaman pihak-pihak pelaksana KPS. Namun peluang penerapan skema KPS masih mungkin dilakukan pada kawasan yang status kepemilikan asetnya masih berada dibawah pemerintah.

The study was intended to analyze the casual language variations in the iloquestionnaire's speechs on the public discussion activities. This study uses sociolinguistics concepts from John R Searle’s theory to analyze the problems of casual language variations and any form of iloquestionnaire's speechs. This study is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique that used is purposive sampling method, which in taking samples is concerned with the purpose and problems of research. Data obtained by using transcription videos of “diskusi publik kedaulatan dan kebudayaan bersama cak Nun”. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. The data analysis techniques are as follows: 1) looking back over the data already collected, 2) classifying the data according to the question of variations in casual language and iloquestionnaire's speech, 3) interpreting the data with a sociolinguistic approach and John R Searle's theory, and 4) concluding the findings. Studies showed that discussion activities use a variety of casual language with characteristic Javanese, Alegro forms, elliptic sentences, and a mixture of the foreign language code, English and Arabic, and Normative. Kliwonan is a cultural ritual, tradition for society Stem held every Friday Kliwon per selapanan (35 days) is housed in the square and the great mosque of Rods with an intent expression of gratitude and commemorate the services of its ancestors in the open Trunk of land and fight for Islam in the region stems. This research aims to know the historicity, the value and meaning of Kliwonan in the socio-cultural community perspective on the stem. This research used the qualitative approach, with data collected through methods of observation, interviews, documents and question form to get a response to the tradition of Kliwonan according to the public perception of the stem. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed the public response of the stem against the ritual tradition of Kliwonan is strong enough, 70% of respondents indicate an attitude very agree with kliwonan event that became the hallmark of Batang. Results of interviews with many people indicate a different response. Among the theologian Kliwonan respond that Stem merely a tradition, the myths that are circulating in the community indeed deliberately created. Among the artists thus holds the stem of bermetamorfasa already kliwonan rituals-Mystic pragmatical event transformed into economic reality means that kliwonan is a purely pragmatic interests pageant reality.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

This study aims to analyze the leadership of women as principals. The Leadership was observed in the terms of nature, behavior, situation, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of women's leadership. The study used a qualitative approach with case studies. Furthermore, purposive sampling was used to determine the participants of the research. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. Validation of the data was done through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research, in terms of the leadership of the principal, show that the principals have the ability and readiness of knowledge. From the behavioral aspect, the principals can establish good relationship which is familial and democratic. Therefore, the leadership situation of female principals creates a humane and democratic atmosphere. The advantages of female principals are seen in terms of emotional stability, awareness, communicative, detail and confidence, however, there are still weaknesses in terms of assertiveness, with strong patriarchal values. Nevertheless, female principals still can work in the public sphere by attending training and becoming organizational officials. Female principals face more challenges not only to advance the school but to provide good leadership proof in order to reduce the paradigm of ideal male leader. It can be concluded that the female principals’ leadership is able to provide a new, democratic, and humanist ambience. Keywords: democratic, humanistic, female leadership ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepemimpinan perempuan sebagai kepala sekolah. Ditinjau dari segi sifat, perilaku, situasi, kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan, dan tantangan kepemimpinan perempuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Selanjutnya purposive sampling untuk menentukan informan penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian dari sifat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menunjukkan kesanggupan dan kesiapan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan. Seterusnya segi perilaku mampu menjalin hubungan bersifat kekeluargaan, demokratis. Dengan demikian situasi kepemimpinan perempuan menciptakan suasana humanis dan demokratis. Terlihat kelebihan kepemimpinan perempuan dari sisi kestabilan emosi, kepedulian, komunikatif, detail dan percaya diri, namun masih terdapat kelemahan segi ketegasan terutama disekolah kejuruan dengan nilai-nilai patriarkhis. Meskipun demikian kepemimpinan perempuan memiliki peluang bekerja diruang public. Perempuan menghadapi banyak tantangan memberikan pembuktian kepemimpinan ideal. Dapat disimpulkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan mampu memberikan nuansa baru demokratis dan humanis dalam kepemimpinannya. Kata kunci: demokratis, humanis, kepemimpinan perempuan
