The phenomenon in the field illustrates that the existence of the working group or forum has not yet provided a significant contribution to the improvement of teacher competency. Various obstacles faced by teachers, principals, and supervisors currently in an effort to create active and effective activity groups. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve teacher competency in developing learning implementation plans through empowering teacher working group activities. This type of research is the principal's action research. The data analysis technique was analyzed descriptively using the percentage formula. Based on the results of the study it was found that: 1) To improve competence in the learning process carried out through empowering competency activities in the learning process carried out through empowering teacher working group activities on a regular basis as much as 2 cycles, each cycle of 2 meetings, each meeting to make four stages of the planning activities, the implementation of actions, observations and reflections. 2) Observation is carried out by the principal as a collaborator supervisor, ending with reflection to see the positive and negative aspects as a basis for planning the next action in cycle 2. With clinical supervision, there is an increase in teacher competence at the beginning of activities 71.43% to 93.73% an increase of 22.30%.

This research was carried out with the objectives: 1) to improve the ability of teachers in implementing learning from designing, implementing, to evaluating, 2) to determine the frequency level of implementation of clinical supervision by school principals, and 3) the availability of quality supervision documents. This research method uses school action research which is carried out in two cycles consisting of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The subjects in the study were 60 teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram. This research instrument uses observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that clinical supervision can improve teacher competence in the learning process at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram. Based on the results of data analysis of clinical supervision results, it can be concluded that; 1) of 60 teachers who obtained a minimum of Good as many as 49 people (81.67%), 2) of 60 teachers 100% of teachers were supervised, and 3) Schools had quality documents in the form of supervision programs, supervision reports, and follow-up programs.

This research is motivated by the demands of an era full of technology so that the learning process must shift from conventional learning to active learning that utilizes ICT in the learning process. The facts found in the field indicate that teachers do not use ICT in the learning process for difficult reasons, teachers do not have the competence to use ICT, and facilities that are less available. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competence using information and communication technology in learning through clinical supervision. This research is a classroom action research which includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out in the target schools of Pasir Penyu sub-district starting March 13 to April 30 2019 against 10 elementary school teachers. Data analysis using observation sheets that observe the actions of teachers using ICT in the learning process. The results showed an increase in teacher competency using ICT in the learning process with the percentage of the first cycle amounting to 57% with the medium category being 83% which included a very high category.

Some teachers at Purwodadi 1 Elementary School adopted another person's Learning Implementation Plan. This researcher knows when conducting academic supervision (supervision of class visits) to the target schools. These problems have a big influence on the implementation of the learning process. Under these circumstances, researchers as school advisers strive to provide ongoing guidance to teachers in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan in full in accordance with the demands on process standards and assessment standards that are part of the national education standard. Based on the research conducted, the following results can be obtained: (1) Continuous guidance can increase the motivation of the teacher in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan completely. The teacher shows the seriousness in understanding and compiling the Learning Implementation Plan especially after getting guidance on the development / preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan from the researcher. This information researchers obtained from the results of observations when conducting interviews and guidance development / preparation of Learning Implementation Plans to teachers; and (2) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing Learning Implementation Plans. It can be proven from the observation / observation that shows that there is an increase in teacher competency in compiling the Learning Implementation Plan from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle the average value of the components of the Learning Implementation Plan was 69% and in the second cycle 83%. So, there was a 14% increase from the first cycle

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Teacher Performance and School Facilities on Student Success in Studying Knowledge Through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City           Methods and Types of data in this study, are quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. This study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City. With a student population of approximately 1,508 students. The sample of this study was 125 students and alumni. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18.           The results of the research and testing of hypotheses that have a significant effect are as follows: 1. Teacher competence has no significant effect on the learning process. 2. Motivation does not significantly influence the learning process. 3. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning process. 4. Facilities have a significant effect on the learning process. 5. Competence does not significantly influence student success. 6. Motivation does not significantly influence student success. 7. Teacher performance does not significantly influence student success. 8. Facilities have a significant positive effect on student success. 9. The learning process has a significant effect on student success. Madrasah action research is one of the efforts of the madrasa / Madrasah head in improving the system and learning tools to achieve optimal learning outcomes by teachers who have high competence. This study aims to determine the implementation and results achieved in academic supervision to improve teacher competency in MIN 1 Gunungkidul. The objects in this study were 12 class teachers and 1 PAI teacher. The methodology used is the academic supervision and approaches implemented in two cycles, with each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in teacher competence from the results of academic supervision of 13 teachers who were the object of research experiencing increased ability to plan and implement learning. The following capabilities characterize competency enhancement: 1) making lesson plans that are by the rules of curriculum 013, 2) implementing the learning process by the syllabus and lesson plans, and 3) implementing the assessment by the assessment standards.

This study aims to describe the process of using varied methods in the learning. This research is a school action research by taking 23 research subject. The research was carried out in two cycles of cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The esthabilished performance indicators are that if a minimum of 85% of teachers is classified as capable and good in using varied methods in the learning process, then it can be said that the actions implemented are successful. The aspect measured in assessing the success of the action is the teacher’s understanding of the use of varied methods in the learning process and the results of the implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities. The results of the study show, in the first cycle there was an increase in teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process properly and correctly namely by 57%, while in the second cycle increased sharply to 91%. Therefore it can concluded that through the implementation of in House Training (IHT)_activities can improve teacher competency in using varied methods in the learning process correctly in SD Negeri 1 Pureulak which is marked by the achievement of performance indicators in cycle II. Thust it can be suggested to other schools that the application of In House Traning (IHT) activities can be applied as an alternative in increasing teacher competence in using varied methods in the learning process.

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to manage learning through clinical supervision. This study uses school action research with the research subjects being teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Gowa. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this action research indicate that through clinical supervision carried out by the school principal, it has been able to improve the ability of teachers to manage learning, especially in the preparation of learning implementation plans, the ability to manage classes, as well as the implementation of evaluation and assessment. Based on the assessment format data in this study, the number of teachers who scored (70-85) in the high grade category (B) was 6 teachers or (85.71%).

This study refers to the teacher's competence in compiling tests of learning outcomes that are still low and seems to be a condition for the availability of the test only, even though the test is used as a benchmark for students' abilities after experiencing the learning process. For this reason, this study aims to guide teachers in developing learning outcomes tests, especially those based on critical thinking skills. This research is a classroom action research conducted on 24 teachers of 006 Pontian Mekar Elementary School. The research will be carried out from July to August 2019. Data analysis uses observation sheets. The results showed an increase in teacher competency in preparing critical thinking skills learning outcomes test with a percentage in the construction aspect I of 72% with a quite appropriate category to 85% which is included in the appropriate category, in the material aspect in the cycle I gained a percentage of 75% which is a category quite appropriate increased to reach 87% which is classified in the category of very appropriate, and for aspects of language also increased from 68% in the first cycle increased to 82% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of academic supervision can improve teacher competence in compiling tests of learning outcomes based on critical thinking skills

Teacher competency is as knowledge, skills, and abilities mastered by someone who has become a part of him so that he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behavior as well as possible. But in reality, there are still many weaknesses encountered especially in the implementation of the learning process carried out by teachers at the 017 Pasir Emas Public Elementary School. For this reason, we need a strategy that can help teachers achieve their competencies. In this case the researcher tries to intensify the implementation of academic supervision in an effort to minimize weaknesses in carrying out the learning process. The aim is to improve the process of implementing learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The results showed, where the average value of teachers in the learning process cycle I was 72.85 with sufficient categories. After the second cycle, the value of teacher competence in the process of learning has increased to 88.00 with a very good category. This proves that, through academic supervision, it can improve teacher competence in the implementation of the learning process in 017 Pasir Emas Public Elementary School.

This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher competencies in preparing plans for implementing learning in 008 Sungai Primary School, Sigajah and 013 Public Elementary School, Teluk Piyai, through continuous workshops and guidance. The subjects of this study were 008 State Elementary School teachers, Sigajah River, and SDN 013 Piyai Bay, totaling 24 teachers. This study uses school action research with two cycles. The technique of collecting data uses an observation sheet on the preparation of plans for implementing learning carried out by the teacher. The school action research is carried out in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year for approximately two months, from September to November 2018. The results of the study are 1) workshops and ongoing guidance can increase teacher motivation and competence in preparing a complete learning implementation plan according to the components. The teacher shows the seriousness in understanding and compiling the plan for implementing the learning after getting guidance on the preparation of the learning implementation plan from the researchers in the implementation of the workshop. 2) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competency in preparing learning implementation plans. It can be proven from the results of observations that show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing the implementation of learning plans.
