Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah yang sedang berkembang di Bantar Gebang yaitu sebagai salah satu wilayah daerah Bekasi yang dijadikan sebagai tempat pembuangan sampah terakhir kawasan megapolitan Jabodetabek. Bantar Gebang selama ini dikenal sebagai daerah kumuh dengan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat bertaraf rendah (miskin). Sehingga muncul inisiatif anak-anak muda untuk membentuk suatu komunitas usaha kecil dengan memanfaatkan limbah kayu, plastik, dan kertas sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan produk kreatif, yaitu komunitas The Kingdom of BGBJ (Biji-Biji Bantar Gebang). BGBJ dibangun atas bantuan, dukungan, dan dedikasi para pengunjungnya. Komunitas ini menyediakan berbagai pelatihan, pendampingan, bantuan sandang, papan dan pangan untuk masyarakat yang tidak memiliki akses ke sumber daya ini. Dengan adanya kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk memutus siklus kemiskinan serta menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan aman. Namun untuk dapat mengembangkan program ini, BGBJ mengakui bahwa sumber daya yang dimilikinya belum paham akan strategi pemasaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan pemasarannya yang hanya dilakukan sebatas pada komunikasi offline yaitu Word of Mouth (WoM). Dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu program pemberdayaan kepada peserta komunitas BGBJ dan masyarakat tentang pemahaman pemasaran digital (digital marketing) serta kegiatan pendukung lainnya yang bermanfaat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan model community development yang diberikan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan edukasi serta pelatihan dan pendampingan selama 3 bulan, terhitung dari bulan Juni – Agustus 2020. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dapat diterima secara efektif dan para peserta dinilai sudah siap untuk beradaptasi menghadapi era 4.0. Hal ini dapat diukur berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan sebelum maupun setelah kegiatan pemberdayaan dilakukan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat evaluasi bahwa pengembangan program ini harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, dikarenakan masih terdapat sebagian peserta yang memerlukan arahan dan bimbingan lebih lanjut.Kata kunci: BGBJ; digital; media sosial; strategi pemasaran; 4.0.Socialization and Digital Marketing Education to the BGBJ Community in Bantar Gebang Facing Era 4.0 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this activity is to address a growing problem in Bantar Gebang, known as one of the Bekasi areas which is used as the final waste disposal site for the Jabodetabek megapolitan area. Bantar Gebang has been known as a slum area with low economic conditions (poor). So that the initiative of young people emerged to form a small business community by utilizing wood, plastic, and paper waste as basic materials for making creative products, they are The Kingdom of BGBJ (Bantar Gebang Seeds) Community. BGBJ was built on the help, support and dedication of its visitors. This community provides a variety of training, mentoring, clothing, shelter and food assistance for people who do not have access to these resources. With this empowerment, it is hoped that it can provide an alternative for the community to break the cycle of poverty and create a healthy and safe environment. However, to be able to develop this program, BGBJ admits that its resources do not understand the marketing strategy. This can be seen from its marketing activities which are only limited to offline Word of Mouth (WoM) communication. With these problems, an empowerment program was made for BGBJ community participants and the public regarding the understanding of digital marketing (digital marketing) and other useful supporting activities. The method of implementing activities is carried out with a community development model approach which is given in the form of socialization and education as well as training and mentoring for 3 months, starting from June - August 2020. The result showed that the empowerment activity can be accepted effectively, and the participants are considered ready to adapt to the 4.0 era. This can be measured based on a survey conducted before and after the empowerment activity was carried out. However, there is an evaluation that the development of this program must be carried out continuously, because there are still some participants who need further direction and guidance.Keywords: BGBJ; digital; social media; marketing strategy; 4.0.

The widespread access of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) enables contemporary consumers to assess the opinions of others, irrespective of geographical boundaries, about products and services. This research examines the impact of e-WOM on building international brand awareness when the former is used as a core part of a company's overall digital marketing strategy. By applying the survey methodology, the findings provide support for this positive effect; namely, the integration of e-WOM in the overall digital marketing strategy and activities applied by an organization can enhance brand awareness beyond country borders and contribute towards the overall organizational effectiveness and success. Taken together, the study provides further insight into eWOM and cross-border brand awareness relationship and outlines several questions that deserve further study.

<p><em>The changes in people's purchasing patterns from offline to online cause companies to change the type of their business which also affects the changing of marketing strategy. One of the marketing strategies used by the OTA (Online Travel Agent) industry is affiliate marketing. This study was conducted to find out how Pegipegi affiliate marketers used the digital marketing to help market OTA products in the digital media they use to help provide sales. The method used in this study is qualitative with the case study of Pegipegi affiliate marketers. The data collection was conducted by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the basic understanding of how to market Pegipegi products through blogs, how to market blog through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as the understanding on the functions of each affiliate marketing tools play an important role in the success of a marketer of Pegipegi affiliate.</em></p>

The growth of digital media usage in tourism industry over the last decade all over the world has led Menteri Pariwisata dan Industri Kreatif Republik Indonesia (the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia) to establish tourism digital marketing as one of national tourism development master plans from 2010 to 2025. It was noticed that a tourism development vision could be pursued by achieving several goals, such as developing synergistic, excellent and responsible tourism marketing to increase domestic tourist visits. To implement the master plan and to gain more visitors, most of the tourism sectors including museums have increasingly utilised digital media. As one of the favourite museums in DKI Jakarta, Bank Indonesia Museum has engaged the visitors through Instagram and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom). The objective of this study is to explore the influence of Instagram @museum_bi posts and E-WOM on the intention to visit the Bank Indonesia Museum. The method used was empirically verified through a survey which was distributed to Instagram followers of @museum_bi and analysed with SPSS. The results of this study revealed that the spread of Instagram @museum_bi posts, electronic word of mouth, and the posts of Instagram @museum_bi and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influenced tourists’ intentions to visit the Bank Indonesia Museum. Tourism has become one of the most active areas for digital marketing strategy development. Nowadays, almost all players have developed some kind of digital approach in order to publicise or promote their product. Trying to reach the European tourism market, the national travel and tourism authorities of small Cabo Verde have asked for a strategy based on digital media for global communication results. Their goal is to empower their touristic potential throughout social media and any others digital channels. This work presents a possible digital marketing strategy developed throughout social media dynamics generated by users´ interactions.

This paper is an Analysis, Design and Implementation of a Digital Marketing Strategy for eCommerce. Marketers are faced with new challenges and opportunities within this digital age. Digital marketing is the utilization of electronic media by the marketers to promote the products or services into the market. The main objective of digital marketing is attracting users and allowing them to interact with the brand through digital media. This article focuses on the importance of digital marketing for both marketers and consumers. We examine the effect of digital marketing on MerekIndonesia.com. This study has described multiple channels of digital marketing, effectiveness of it and the impact it has on MerekIndonesia.com visitor. The examined sample consists of six digital marketing channel to prove the effectiveness of digital marketing. Collected data has been analyzed with the help of various statistical tools and techniques.

Shopee is a marketplace from Singapore, and has started to expand the Southeast Asian market since 2015 including Indonesia. Lifestyle changes amid the pandemic have increased the use of digital media to support online shopping activities. The number of E-commerce usage has increased by 38.3% during the Covid-19 pandemic which started from January to July 2020. Shopee, which is under the auspices of the SEA Group company, is able to get the attention of consumers in Indonesia. It is known that in the first quarter of 2020 Shopee received 71.5 million visits and in the second quarter of 2020 there were 93.4 million visits with the number of orders entering the number of 260 million orders or an increase of 130% from the previous. The purpose of this study is to find out what digital marketing strategy is being carried out by Shopee, and how it affects consumer buying interest, especially in West Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as what efforts can be made by Shopee to improve digital marketing strategies. they. Based on the results of the research, it is known that there are 3 digital marketing strategies carried out by Shopee, namely marketing techniques that are in accordance with the trend, maximizing digital media as a place of promotion, and implementing the 4C marketing mix which has influenced consumer buying interest by 51.50% and the remaining 48. ,50% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as needs, quality products, and so on.

In South Tangerang city, there are many home industries producing charcoal shell. One of the industry is practiced by Mr. Abdul Razak in Ciputat District. According to some studies, in general the home industry is facing many problems, one of which is a weak in marketing strategy. Based the information, this article reports the marketing strategies implemented by the industry. With SWOT approach, we informed that the position of industrial strength lies in good relationships with suppliers. And the weakness is that the marketing activities carried out only through word of mouth. We recommend that the industry need to consider the using of banners or internet-based technology utilization for the marketing strategies.
