Work is a necessity and routine for everyone. In doing ordinary work there are agencies where someone works. One of the workplaces is ConocoPhilips Suban. The existing work is to secure the goods in each wellies. Currently in the process of monitoring existing goods in the ConocoPililips Suban willes is still being done conventionally, especially the situation report for each wellies owned. For this reason, in this study the development of software used to monitor and manage the willes guarding schedule and find out the identity of anyone on duty in order to improve the performance of the members of guard. The software development used in this study is the waterfall model. Waterfall is a structured software development method with five stages namely communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of the research are monitoring wellies software with three types of users, namely admin, patrol officer, guard officer. The software also has a menu in the form of data management officers, wellies, goods, and reports. The software has two types of display interfaces namely web-based used for admin type users and mobile interfaces used for officer type users. The results also showed that the software was able to monitor goods in each wellies so that the reporting carried out had good accuracy values.   Abstrak: Pekerjaan merupakan kebutuhan dan rutinitas septiap orang. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan biasaya terdapat instansi tempat seseorang bekerja. Salah satu tempat kerja yang adalah ConocoPhilips Suban. Pekerjaan yang ada yaitu melakukan pengamanan barang yang ada pada setiap wellies. Saat ini dalam proses monitoring barang yang ada pada  willes ConocoPhilips Suban masih dilakukan secara konvensional terutama laporan keadaan untuk setiap wellies yang dimiliki. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk monitoring dan mengatur jadwal penjagaan willes serta mengetahui identias siapa saja yang bertugas agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja para anggota penjagaan. Pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall model. Waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terstruktur dengan lima tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan deployment. Hasi dari penelitian berupa perangkat lunak monitoring wellies dengan tiga jenis pengguna yaitu admin, petugas patroli, petugas jaga. Perangkat lunak juga memiliki menu berupa pengelolaan data petugas, wellies, barang, dan laporan. Perangkat lunak memiliki dua jenis tampilan antarmuka yaitu berbasis web yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis admin dan antarmuka mobile yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis petugas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak mampu untuk melakukan monitoring barang pada setiap wellies sehingga pelaporan yang dilakukan memiliki nila akurasi yang baik.

E-commerce is an online-based sales system, which is used to expand sales and increase sales in the Indonesian Book Room CV. In terms of sales now CV Ruang Buku Indonesia has many competitors who use internet technology to make this business lag and the sales and purchase processes are less than optimal, even decreased. Things like this can cause a business to close. Based on this, the development in the sales system is made into e-commerce with a view controller model (MVC) to facilitate the operation of the online sales system. The software development model used is the waterfall model with several stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This research resulted in e-commerce of Indonesian Book Room with a view controller model that aims to face competitors and increase sales.

“Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Data on domestic violence (KDRT) sourced from the PPA symphony shows there were 12,185 reported domestic violence cases in 2018. Then in 2019 there were 6,009 reported domestic violence cases. Many cases of domestic violence that are not recorded and reported are caused by victims having difficulty in making complaints. Therefore, researchers designed a mobile-based complaint application that helps victims of domestic violence in the complaints process. In this study, researchers used a waterfall model software development method. This research resulted in a domestic violence complaint application that will facilitate victims to make complaints without having to come to the police station, so that the time needed is more efficient and effective.

This study aims to create a design of information systems the acquisition and depreciation of web-based fixed assets using php mysql database at PT. Hasil Damai Textile Bandung.  Software development method using waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found the problem that the process of recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets still uses Microsoft excel so it requires a relatively long time and the calculation results are less accurate, and data storage is less secure and irregular so it is difficult to identify fixed assets that will expire depreciation.

Tembe Nggoli is a typical Bima sarong made by weaving which is still preserved by the community in Neta Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency. Tembe Nggoli is a hand-crafted art that has been passed down from generation to generation for the sake of preserving the weaving art. Currently, the selling process of Tembe Nggoli is still manual or conventional by selling directly to the public without marketing media so that it is only known by the surrounding community. This resulted in relatively lower income from the sale of Tembe Nggoli, so the process of returning capital was very slow. These problems can be solved by developing e-commerce in the sales process or introducing the craft. The purpose of this research is to build an e-commerce selling Tembe Nggoli based on a responsive website. The method used in building this application is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall Model. The results of this study have resulted in an e-commerce application selling the Tembe Nggoli Khas Bima sarong that is web-based responsive, so that the appearance of the application can adapt to various types of devices. With this application, it is expected to be able to provide convenience in the shopping process that can assist consumers in finding the desired product quickly and done anywhere and anytime. In addition, this application provides various kinds of information related to Tembe Nggoli products. Testing this system using blackbox testing which states that the system has been running in accordance with the functionality and procedures that are the purpose of developing the system. The functional suitability of the built system reaches 100%.

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) termasuk kedalam pelayanan masyarakat yang ada di Kepolisian, akan tetapi pembuatan SKCK ini belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, padahal pelayanan pembuatan SKCK ini berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. SKCK  berguna untuk mengetahui identitas yang valid tentang jati diri seseorang, serta digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat melamar pekerjaan, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau alat untuk kebutuhan yang lain kemudian SKCK juga digunakan untuk menerangkan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki catatan atau keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kriminal. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall (air terjun). Harapannya dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Polsek Kotabaru dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan SKC, perpanjangan waktu SKCK dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahaan data masyarakat yang terlibat ataupun tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan kriminal. Police Note Certificate (SKCK) is included in the community service in the Police, but the making of this SKCK has not maximized the use of information and communication technology, even though the SKCK making service is related to the wider community. SKCK is useful for knowing a valid identity about a person's identity, and is used as a condition for applying for a job, continuing education, or a tool for other needs. SKCK is also used to explain that the person concerned has no record of or involvement in criminal activities. In this study, a web-based system was designed using the waterfall model software development method (waterfall). The expectation is that the creation of this information system can help the Kotabaru Police in serving the community in making SKC, extending the SKCK time and also making it easier to manage and process data for people who are or are not involved in criminal activities.

Abstract - In Goa Maria Catholicism the center for pilgrimage and devotion to Mary, its existence has a long history. Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono is one of the pilgrimage places visited by many Catholics, because of the availability of prayer facilities that support comfort on pilgrimage. Another interesting thing is the prayer service box that is provided for pilgrims who want to submit prayer requests, which later will be prayed for during the Eucharistic service. But the prayer service box is considered to be less effective and efficient than that as well as a lack of information for pilgrims about Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono. This website is expected to make it easier for pilgrims to get information about Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono and facilitate the delivery of prayer requests online. Data collection methods used in research include observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. While the software development method uses the waterfall method. In the end, the information system of the web-based Pilgrimage Site of Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono is an effective and efficient means of information because it covers a wider area.Keywords : prayer requests, website, waterfall method, means of informationAbstrak - Di dalam Agama Katolik Goa Maria menjadi pusat untuk berziarah dan devosi kepada Maria, keberadaannya mempunyai sejarah panjang. Hal menarik lainnya yaitu kotak layanan doa yang disediakan bagi peziarah yang ingin menyampaikan permohonan doa, yang nantinya doa akan diujubkan pada saat ibadah Ekaristi. Namun kotak layanan doa dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien selain itu juga kurangnya informasi bagi peziarah tentang Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono. Perancangan website ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan peziarah mendapatkan informasi seputar Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono serta memudahkan penyampaian permohonan doa secara online. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada akhirnya sistem informasi Tempat Ziarah Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono berbasis web sebagai sarana informasi yang efektif dan efisien karena mencakup wilayah yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci : permohonan doa, website, metode waterfall, sarana informasi

Abstrak - Toko Alomgada Kids melakukan pencatatan transaksi masih sangat sederhana. Mulai dari pencatatan transaksi, stok produk susu sampai pembuatan laporan yang kurang efektif. Pencarian data yang aksesnya kurang cepat juga jadi masalah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi kasir penjualan susu berbasis web dengan menggunakan editor web sublime text.  Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang penulis gunakan adalah model waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi kasir untuk penjualan susu yang berbasis web dengan jaringan intranet sehingga dapat menghubungkan beberapa toko yang berbeda lokasi serta memepercepat penyajian laporan penjualan susu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Aplikasi Kasir Penjualan Susu berbasis web intranet yang dapat dibuka via webrowser.Katakunci: aplikasi kasir, waterfall.Abstract - Alomgada Kids store to record transactions is still very simple. Starting from recording transactions, stock of dairy products to making reports that are less effective. Searching for data that is not fast enough access is also a problem. Based on these problems the authors designed a web-based cash register for milk sales using a sublime text web editor. The software development model that I use is the waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to produce a cashier application for selling milk based on the web with an intranet network so that it can connect several different stores and accelerate the presentation of milk sales reports. The results of this study are a web-based intranet Cash Sales Cash Register that can be opened via a webrowser.Keywords: cashier application, waterfall.
