This paper aims to provide an overview of activities that seek to bring the process of art education directly to the public Community service that started from a discussion between lecturers and youth youth organizations at Perum Arjamukti Kencana in building a tourist village area around Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency, from this discussion arose a desire to create activities that involve residents and youth youth groups in arts-related activities. A participatory mural is a mural activity that involves the participation of citizens in its implementation, both before implementation, in its manufacture and after its creation. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The descriptive method used to increase the appreciation of fine arts through participatory murals at Perum Arjamukti Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency. The results obtained from research that have been carried out by residents' wishes in the mural participation process are varied, the forms of citizen participation are not only in the form of trying to scratch koas on walls to produce mural images, there are also those who participate in providing consumption, raw materials, documenting works through social media or simply just talking and taking selfies on existing murals.

The article presents the results of a comprehensive sociological study of the Yaroslavl youth movements, associations, as well as informal groups and their participation in the life of the city. 500 Yaroslavl citizens aged 14 to 35 were interviewed. The level of awareness of Yaroslavl youth about youth organizations, movements and movements, including operating in the city, the degree of involvement of young citizens in these organizations was assessed. Modern youth is poorly absorbing the difference between formalized public youth organizations and informal youth groups. Yaroslavl youth is rather apolitical. In the youth sector, military-patriotic and volunteer trends are developed and popular. Organizations of this orientation have a high recognition rating. If we compare formal and informal youth groups, then the Yaroslavl youth is most informed about the latter. Almost 60% of youth organizations and movements, according to their members, take part in the public life of the city. Most often, such participation is limited to involvement in citywide events, holidays and promotions (32%), as well as in the creation of performances that affect the urban environment and public life (30%). Potentially, one can try to attract from 70 to 84% of participants in youth associations of Yaroslavl to socially significant activities. The main points of application of their labor for the benefit of the city, youth sees social labor, creative, search and rescue and scientific activities.

Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

Youth development is seen as a form of skill to improve the quality of youth or youth groups which is most appropriate because apart from opening the knowledge and abilities of talents that must be known as the next generation to build urban areas so they know very well the problems they are facing and the conditions to be achieved. The community service program aims to build capacity in 3 groups for aspects of Religion, Education and Skills. The training material prepared is based on an analysis of the participants' needs which is carried out through socialization and training with the attendance of 30 participants. Participants consisted of various hamlet heads, youth and youth organizations around the hamlet. The approach method used in community service is training and socialization. Community service activities (Thematic KKN) have been carried out well. Activities began with data collection and mapping, drafting a work program, and implementing activities in Tebas Sungai Village. The core activities that will be carried out include (1) religious guidance; (2) education fostering; and (3) Skills development. To ensure the sustainability of the activity, suggestions, involvement and enthusiasm of the residents of Tebas Sungai Village are highly expected so that this village becomes a Pilot village for the surrounding villages.

This community service program aims to realize Tanjung Batu village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency as an Independent Village in environmentally friendly livestock cultivation. This community service is carried out through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), implements Appropriate Technology product on SMEs and Maggot cultivation business actors as an alternative feed for high protein and inexpensive fish, and conducts social media management training for Youth Organizations. In addition, this PPTTG activity is also filled with training on the use of organic waste counting equipment and the cultivation of Maggot larvae for breeders and training for creative youth groups to use social media as a means of promoting SMEs products or promoting Tanjung Batu village as an independent village. The outputs produced in this PkM include improving the performance of partners, village officials, SMEs, and creative groups to produce more innovative and planned performance. So that Tanjung Batu village has a competitive advantage in human resources and produces high quality products that are marketed.

The abundance of bamboo tree inventory in Indonesia it can be used as a new business opportunity that is promising for Brajan tourist village. To be more recognized by the public, both nationally and internationally, the need for the development of the potential in the tourist village Brajan. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential development strategies Brajan tourist village. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the research results, development of rural tourism Brajan strategy can be formulated by using SWOT and strategy alisis SO, ST, WO, WT. Strategy development potential tourist village Brajan with participatory planning in the development of tourism in the tourist village Brajan by implementing Community Based Tourism as an approach to tourism development.

Food diversification efforts are carried out by developing wheat as an alternative food source, considering that wheat has been used and consumed by the public in a variety of processed food products. The aim of this community service is to see the knowledge of the community about wheat cultivation in the farming community in Timboa and the community's response to the introduction of wheat cultivation after counseling and training on the introduction of wheat cultivation intercropping with tobacco. Community service was carried out in the Timboa highlands, Ngadirojo Village, Semarang Regency. The method of implementation is done by direct practical learning. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive method. The results of the implementation are farmers knowing wheat, wheat cultivation, wheat processed products and wheat marketing. The public response wants to cultivate wheat as an alternative to cultivated crops

The reforestation movement through planting 100 red shoots is the first step towards a tourist village that will have a positive impact on the village community. If this program is implemented properly and can be followed by the local community, the tourism village program will be achieved. Education of the reforestation movement in order to increase the income of the Sumokali village community towards a tourist village with the target of MSMEs, PKK groups and Youth Organizations. The team planned several programs related to this theme and implemented them by complying with strict health protocols because currently the Covid-19 pandemic is still in progress. This community service program is expected to achieve the objectives of the theme, which is to help increase community income through existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing socialization, training and implementation of the program. The program implementation method is carried out in several stages, including: 1) the preparation stage; 2) implementation stage; 3) evaluation stage. The results of the implementation of this community service program is implementing the planting of 100 red shoots. Furthermore, the success of the tourism village program can increse income dan help improve the quality of the environment in Sumokali village so as to create a healthy community as a supporter of the tourism village program and increase community income through MSMEs. The existence of youth organizations in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak is urgently needed to partner with the government and related agencies as volunteers and spearheads in dealing social problems that arise due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. However, the fact is that the credibility of the organization is looked down upon by the public. Based on that fact, this community service is carried out, namely to increase the effectiveness of the organization in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak through understanding emotional intelligence. Method of delivery by counseling and interactive discussions through online media. The result achieved is that the presentation of emotional intelligence create awareness in member and committee organization to take action but does not understand the technical in the field. Thus understanding of emotional intelligence is basically able to encourage organizational effectiveness with the motivation to act.

This paper describes an application of three-dimensional (also “3D”) models respectively to selected types of citizen participation. Detailed descriptions of those types are in the beginning of paper, because they are a starting points to consider using 3D models in public participation in urban design and spatial planning. In this paper, the selected software, that supports urban planners in preparing, carrying out and evaluate of participation process, has been discussed. The aim of this paper is to present the application of various tools, which allow generation of 3D models, suitable to selected methods of participation.
