This service activity is an activity in the form of training on English Conversation and Introduction to Information Technology for Youth in RT 02 RW 09, Bengkong Sadai Batam which is held at the Gedung Pertemuan RW09 Bengkong.The training held is a multi-disciplinary training or combines several study programs, especially English and Computer Study Programs. The training materials have been prepared in such a way that they are able to at least provide some solutions to the problems of the younger generation that are happening in the current millennial era. These problems include, among other things, teenagers in these neighborhoods do not master English and lack information technology. This training is carried out starting in November 2021 and ending in December 2021 with as many as 5 meetings held regularly. From this training, it is hoped that the training participants will get refreshed knowledge about the application of English and Introduction to Information Technology

Abstract A mathematical and computer axisymmetric models in which periodic oscillations of ring piezoelectric actuators placed on an elastic tube of circular cross-section leads to radial deformations of the tube is constructed. The result of these displacements is a local compression of the microchannel, which leads to changes in its volume and the corresponding pushing of the fluid. If a non-symmetrical oscillation scheme is used, the average fluid flow over the period will be non-zero and the device can be used as a micropump. The aim of the work is a computer study of the geometric features of an axisymmetric piezoelectric micropump, taking into account the processes of heat transfer by a fluid in the channel. The dependence of the average fluid flow rate on the channel parameters and the frequency of oscillations of the piezoelectric actuators is determined by the method of factorial experiment. The parameters preventing heat backflow have been determinate, which makes it possible to use a device for supplying coolant to a microgripper cooling system.

Simulation and computer studies of the structural and physical properties of hydroxyapatite (HAP) with different defects are presented in this review. HAP is a well-known material that is actively used in various fields of medicine, nanotechnology, and photocatalytic processes. However, all HAP samples have various defects and are still insufficiently studied. First of all, oxygen and OH group vacancies are important defects in HAP, which significantly affect its properties. The properties of HAP are also influenced by various substitutions of atoms in the HAP crystal lattice. The results of calculations by modern density functional theory methods of HAP structures with these different defects, primarily with oxygen and hydroxyl vacancies are analyzed in this review. The results obtained show that during the structural optimization of HAP with various defects, both the parameters of the crystallographic cells of the HAP change and the entire band structure of the HAP changes (changes in the band gap). This affects the electronic, optical, and elastic properties of HAP. The review considers the results of modeling and calculation of HAP containing various defects, the applied calculation methods, and the features of the effect of these defects on the properties of HAP, which is important for many practical applications.

Abstract We present results of theoretical and computer study of linear chain-like and complicated labyrinth structures in magnetic gels and suspensions as well as effect of these internal structures on macroscopic elastic properties of the composites. Our results show that at a certain threshold deformation, the structures experience a rupture which provokes a fall down of the macroscopic elastic stress, induced by the deformation. This effect is detected for both shear and tensile deformations. The results of calculations are compared with experimental data’s.

In this text explicit forms of several higher precision order kernel functions (to be used in the differentiation-by-integration procedure) are given for several derivative orders. Also, a system of linear equations is formulated which allows to construct kernels with an arbitrary precision for an arbitrary derivative order. A computer study is realized and it is shown that numerical differentiation based on higher precision order kernels performs much better (w.r.t. errors) than the same procedure based on the usual Legendre-polynomial kernels. Presented results may have implications for numerical implementations of the differentiation-by-integration method.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh: (1) fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XIA program keahlian akuntansi pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari; (2) minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XIA program keahlian akuntansi pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari; (3) disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XIA program keahlian akuntansi pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari; (4) fasilitas belajar, minat belajar dan disiplin belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XIA program keahlian akuntansi pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi adalah siswa SMKN Kota Kendari berjumlah 217 siswa, yang terdiri dari siswa SMKN 1 Kendari berjumlah 189 siswa, siswa SMKN 6 Kendari berjumlah 28 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 141 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa SMKN 1 Kendari berjumlah 123 siswa, siswa SMKN 6 Kendari berjumlah 18 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner instrumen variabel fasilitas belajar, instrumen variabel minat belajar, instrumen variabel disiplin belajar dan variabel hasil belajar siswa menggunakan nilai ulangan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis.  Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi kelas XIA pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi kelas XIA pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi kelas XIA pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari,; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas belajar, minat belajar dan disiplin belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi kelas XIA pada mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi di SMK Negeri Kota Kendari

Using coarse-grained dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) with explicit electrostatics, we performed (i) an extensive series of simulations of the electrostatic co-assembly of asymmetric oppositely charged copolymers composed of one (either positively or negatively charged) polyelectrolyte (PE) block A and one water-soluble block B and (ii) studied the solubilization of positively charged porphyrin derivatives (P+) in the interpolyelectrolyte complex (IPEC) cores of co-assembled nanoparticles. We studied the stoichiometric mixtures of 137 A10+B25 and 137 A10−B25 chains with moderately hydrophobic A blocks (DPD interaction parameter aAS=35) and hydrophilic B blocks (aBS=25) with 10 to 120 P+ added (aPS=39). The P+ interactions with other components were set to match literature information on their limited solubility and aggregation behavior. The study shows that the moderately soluble P+ molecules easily solubilize in IPEC cores, where they partly replace PE+ and electrostatically crosslink PE− blocks. As the large P+ rings are apt to aggregate, P+ molecules aggregate in IPEC cores. The aggregation, which starts at very low loadings, is promoted by increasing the number of P+ in the mixture. The positively charged copolymers repelled from the central part of IPEC core partially concentrate at the core-shell interface and partially escape into bulk solvent depending on the amount of P+ in the mixture and on their association number, AS. If AS is lower than the ensemble average ⟨AS⟩n, the copolymer chains released from IPEC preferentially concentrate at the core-shell interface, thus increasing AS, which approaches ⟨AS⟩n. If AS>⟨AS⟩n, they escape into the bulk solvent.

In this work, a cellular automata (CA) approach was used to generate 3D structures of polyamide and carbon aerogels. Experimental results are used as initial data for materials’ digital representations and to verify the developed CA models. Based on the generated digital structures, a computer study of aerogels’ mechanical properties was conducted. The offered CA models can be applied for the development of new nanoporous materials such as aerogels of different nature and allow for a reduction in the amount of required full-scale experiments, consequently decreasing development time and costs of new material formulations.
