For over 10 years, citywide sanitation plans have been developed, and now, citywide inclusive sanitation is being piloted globally, yet no tools exist to monitor changes in sanitation at a citywide level. This paper explores the use of Shit Flow Diagram Graphics (SFDGs) and City Service Delivery Assessments (CSDAs) to monitor changes in sanitation at a citywide level. This was done by documenting the changes in sanitation from 2015 to 2019 in Tiruchirappalli, India, and developing SFDGs and CSDAs for those years. The changes in the SFDGs and CSDAs were then compared with the documented changes. The SFDGs captured all changes in service delivery that affected >1% of the population, and all of the interventions in the enabling environment change in terms of appropriateness, acknowledgment, or implementation were captured by the CSDAs. Therefore, units of both tools were assessed to be appropriate for monitoring purposes. Using these tools to monitor change was complex and tedious, and this was improved by the development of Trend Graphs and Citywide CSDAs. This paper highlights the potential of Trend Graphs and Citywide CSDAs to monitor sanitation at a citywide level. Additionally, this is the first paper to attempt to monitor changes in sanitation holistically at a citywide level.

Aiming at the problems of long response time and poor anti-interference ability of traditional vacuum nano-coating automatic control system, a design of vacuum nano-coating automatic control system based on AVR single-chip microcomputer is proposed. The use of ATmega128L microcontroller and Harvard architecture improves the parallel processing efficiency of the microcontroller. Select the transient voltage suppression diode to protect the power supply of the single-chip microcomputer, optimize the communication circuit, connect an external encryptor to realize the data encryption function, increase the filtering program and optimize the binary code processing function. Using PID (Packet Identifier) control algorithm, the design of nano-coating vacuum automatic control system based on AVR single-chip microcomputer is realized. Compared with the traditional system, when the simulation model and system parameters of the control system constructed in the environment change, the proposed system can be stabilized within 15 seconds, and can be stabilized for 13 seconds after the interference signal is added. The response time of the system is longer. Shorter, stronger anti-interference ability, more suitable for automatic control of vacuum nano-coating.

Abstract Photovoltaic cell is a key part of solar power generation system, and whether its photoelectric conversion is sufficient is also called the maximum power point tracking problem, that is, photovoltaic cell MPPT. Different from the traditional MPPT control algorithm, this paper models and analyzes the output characteristics of solar cell. on this basis, proposes a fuzzy control algorithm based on duty cycle disturbance, and simulates it with MATLAB. The result shows the algorithm can well take into account the tracking speed and control accuracy when the external environment change.

We consider a queueing inventory with one essential and m optional items for sale. The system evolves in environments that change randomly. There are n environments that appear in a random fashion governed by a Marked Markovian Environment change process. Customers demand the main item plus none, one, or more of the optional items, but were restricted to at most one unit of each optional item. Service time of the main item is phase type distributed and that of optional items have exponential distributions with parameters that depend on the type of the item, as well as the environment under consideration. If the essential item is not available, service will not be provided. The lead times of optional and main items have exponential distributions having parameters that depend on the type of the item. The condition for stability of the system is analyzed by considering a multi-dimensional continuous time Markov chain that represent the evolution of the system. Under this condition, various performance characteristics of the system are derived. In terms of these, a cost function is constructed and optimal control policies of the different types of commodities are investigated. Numerical results are provided to give a glimpse of the system performance.

The article is devoted to the problem of creating a modern educational environment in Ukrainian schools, in particular, it is substantiated the need to identify and study the main trends in the school educational environment change in order to familiarize teachers and prepare them to design an effective educational environment. The purpose of the article is to identify and characterize the key trends in the educational environment change of general secondary education institution in the context of educational reform in Ukraine and global transformation processes. Theoretical methods were used in the research, such as: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, normative-legal documents and reporting documentation of experimental schools; generalization of the research results of changes in the educational environment of schools in Ukraine and the world; synthesis (definition and characterization of the main trends in the school educational environment change). Empirical research, observation and survey methods, have made it possible to identify problems in the educational environment organization of the experimental schools and develop recommendations for their solution. The survey was conducted among school principals, teachers and students of secondary and high school (a total of 57 participants). As a result of the study external and internal factors were identified which influence the changes in the educational environment of Ukrainian schools; the main trends in the school educational environment change were identified and characterized: 1) technological trends in the educational environment change; 2) socio-cultural trends in the school educational environment change; 3) trends in changing approaches to the development of the educational environment of the school; 4) trends in lifelong learning. We consider the perspectives for further research in studying the trends in education change in Ukraine and educational systems development of different countries to be promising in order to identify problems and prospects for creating an effective educational environment to ensure the quality of Ukrainian education.

1- The emotional integration of those recovered from the Corona pandemic with educationalbodies. 2. The difference in the correlation of emotional integration of corona pandemic recoverers into educational bodies depending on the sex variables (male-female) and the environment (Rif-Hadar).The researchers relied on the descriptive curriculum, and the current research identifies the educational bodies in the schools of the Directorate of Education of Najaf governorate honorable for government and national education in (center, judiciary, district) and in the environment (rural, urban) for the academic year 2021-2020,and reached the size of the research sample(400)teachers, and were chosen in the proportional intent manner of the research community. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers built a scale (for emotional integration) based on the theory ofDeci & Ryan,1999,and theemotional fusion scale of (32)paragraphs, containing four areas: the first area enjoyment - the second area of anxiety - the third area anger - the fourth field boredom) and the sequometry characteristics of the scale of honesty and stability, where stability was extracted in two ways: retesting and fa kronbach , The findings found: 1- The members of the research sample enjoy astatistically high negative emotional integration, which indicates that recovering teachers have negative internal motives and feel fear, anxiety and boredom at work and react negatively to practical activities that show their abilities. 2. There are statistically significant differences in emotional integration among those recovering from the CORONA pandemic depending on the sex change (male-female) and for the benefit of females. 3- There are statistically significant differences in emotional integration among those recovering from the Corona pandemic depending on the environment change (Rif-Hadar) and for the benefit of the countryside. Keywords: Emotional integration of those recovered from the Corona Pandemic(19 Coved-)witheducational bodies

Abstract With the advantages of high velocity measurement accuracy and fast dynamic response, the laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) is expected to replace the odometer (OD) to be combined with a strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) to form a higher precision integrated navigation system. Since LDV has higher velocity measurement accuracy and data update frequency than OD and Doppler velocity log, LDV is used for the first time to aid SINS in in-motion alignment in this paper. Considering that some approximation used in the alignment model, the uncertainty noise of the sensors during the motion process and the unknown noise parameters during the filter process, an adaptive unscented quaternion H-infinite estimator (AUSQUHE) is proposed in this paper. The proposed AUSQUHE method has high robustness since it combines the advantages of unscented quaternion estimator and H-infinite filter. And the adaptive threshold of H-infinite filter and the adaptive measurement noise covariance matrix are introduced to make the filter adapt to the environment change and accelerate the convergence of errors. The performance of the proposed method is verified by a vehicle field test with normal LDV signal and a vehicle test with LDV signal disturbed by the noise. The results show that the proposed method has higher alignment accuracy, faster convergence speed and stronger robustness than four other compared methods.
