With the acceleration of the informatization process, but because of the late start of the informatization construction of logistics management, the current digital system construction of logistics management has not been popularized, and the intelligent logistics integrated management evaluation system is also extremely lacking. In order to solve the lack of existing intelligent logistics comprehensive management evaluation system, this paper introduces the research of intelligent logistics comprehensive management evaluation system based on hospital data fusion technology. This paper analyzes and utilizes the Kalman filter and adaptive weighted data fusion technology in data fusion technology and then analyzes the evaluation index and system design principles of the intelligent logistics comprehensive management evaluation system and then designs the application layer from the application layer. Design the application layer from the application layer. Then design the framework of the intelligent logistics comprehensive management evaluation system at the network layer and the data layer. The system is finally tested, and the test results show that the evaluation accuracy of the system reaches 80%.

Abstract Inventory managers in the blood supply chain always seek timely and proper response to their customers, which is essential because of the perishability and uncertainty of blood demand and the direct relationship of its presence or non-presence with human life. On the other hand, timely and regular delivery of blood to consumers is vital, as the weakness in delivery and transportation policies results in increased shortages, returns, blood loss and significant decrease in the quality of blood required by patients. Given the significance of this for the blood transfusion network, the paper tried to design a comprehensive and integrated optimal model of blood transfusion network logistics management by blood group to reduce the cost of losses, returns and blood shortages. This model is divided into two parts: Inventory management and routing. A combination of simulation techniques and neural network with several recurrent layers was used to evaluate the optimal inventory management and a multi-objective planning model was designed to determine the delivery and distribution of blood to consumers. The model designed was implemented in Khorasan Razavi Blood Transfusion Network with a main base, six central bases and 54 hospitals. Solving the model led to estimating the f consumer demand, the optimal value of target inventory and re-ordering point of central bases and hospitals, and blood distribution from the supplier to its consumers that decreased the units of blood returned to bases, increased inventory availability, and reduced costs significantly.

As an important part of modern logistics, warehousing provides a guarantee for the sustainable stability of enterprises, so as to realize the economy of enterprise production and transportation and so as to realize the economy of enterprise production and transportation. With the advent of the information age, the traditional logistics management model has been difficult to adapt to the current increasingly fierce market competition environment. In the management of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, warehouse management must establish a systematic and information-based logistics warehouse management system to improve the level of logistics management. Passive wireless RFID asset management provides a new idea for the construction of warehousing management system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Through the application of RFID technology, the warehousing design scheme and process of cross-border e-commerce enterprises can be optimized and controlled to the greatest extent, so as to strengthen the optimization and integration of supply chain and improve the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises. Based on the wireless passive RFID asset management technology, this paper analyses the construction and optimization of the logistics warehouse management system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The simulation results show that after the application of wireless passive RFID asset management technology, the warehouse operation efficiency of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is improved, the employee utilization rate is relatively reduced, and at the same time, it can also save a lot of manpower and reduce the labour cost.

To solve the formalized problem, the foundations of the methodology for assessing the need for state regulation of logistics support under non-military methods of power pressure, allowing to assess the need or redundancy of state influence on logistics support at the macro level, are proposed. This will improve the socio-economic component, for a positive effect in terms of increasing foreign trade turnover, as well as to increase employment and efficiency of human resources and lead to a reduction in the cost of production.

The article is devoted to the article investigates scientific approaches to the digital transformation of logistics processes of aviation enterprises, analyzes the main tools for implementing innovative business models in the international and domestic practice of airlines. It is proved that the implementation of digital technologies in the system of business processes of aviation en-terprises affects the resulting performance indicators in general and the transformation of individual logistics business processes. An important aspect of the digital transformation of the aviation services sector is the adaptation of key business processes to ensure the flexibility of the business and its adaptation to changes in the global market. The directions of digital transformation of business processes of aviation enterprises are determined, including digitalization of processes of air movement (logistics) of passenger flows and cargoes, maintenance of aircraft, repair and restoration works, digitalization of commercial activity of airports, support and support of pilots and ground staff. The study examines the most common digital technologies that have become widespread in the logistics management process of the aviation company. Among them are biometric technologies, solutions based on blockchain technology (in order to save passenger data, flight information and financial transactions), VR (augmented reality) and AR (virtual reality), model­based engineering technologies, cloud services, technologies for processing and analysis of "big data", automation systems, 3D modeling technology, the Internet of Things, etc. Based on the analysis, the risk factors for the introduction of digital technologies in the system of logistics business processes of aviation enterprises are identified and structured. The main obstacles are: the insufficient high level of development of digital infrastructure in the field of logistics management, weak intersectoral coordination of activities to ensure the development of digital transport infrastructure, low demand for innovation in the domestic market and high competitiveness among aviation companies in international markets. Статтю присвячено дослідженню трансформації бізнес­процесів авіаційної галузі та охоплює технологічні та організаційні аспекти, спрямовані на підвищення операційної ефективності роботи авіакомпаній, збільшення їх вартості, гнучкості та оптимізації показників безпеки. Доведено, що цифровізація логістичних бізнес­процесів авіакомпаній є важливим чин-ником підвищення їхньої конкурентоспроможності на міжнародних ринках. Охарактеризовано досвід провідних авіакомпаній щодо запровадження прогресивних технологій управління логістичними бізнес­процесами. Досліджено прогресивні технології, що впливають на розвиток ринку авіаперевезень: технології доповненої реальності, комп’ютерне проєктування, 3D­моделювання, хмарні сервіси, технології Internet of Things тощо.
