Franchising has been popular as a strategy for businesses to grow and innovate. It is even more so in today's business need of developing digital solutions for sustainability. In responding to United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, using franchise innovation to replicate proven sustainable solutions in other parts of the world is an effective approach to scaling up solutions to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. The essence of a successful franchise innovation lies in managing the good relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee. In this paper, we show that digital business solutions for sustainability play an important role in growing and nurturing such a good relationship. Specifically, we discuss that franchise innovation via Netchising, combining the digital power of the Internet for global demand-and-supply processes and the international franchising arrangement with local business solutions for sustainability, is an entrepreneurial approach to communities' development where economic and social aspects are mutually supportive.

This paper is a literature review of Robert Kagan’s article titled ‘power and weakness’ aiming to describe the US and the Europe’s perception on power in international system and their ‘trans-Atlantic’ relationship regarding ‘power’. The role of the US’ power has been known to contribute to the development of current Europe. Though, the Europe has experienced good relationship with the US since the Cold War and only softly challenged against the US’ policies in many conflicts, Kagan argued that the Europe has differing strategic culture from the US in responding the global issues when it comes to regional security and national interest, which has been driven by its decreased power.

Especially in diplomatic relations, a good relation between the embassies and the local mass-media can make a major contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries, both socially and economically. An administration with a good image in the mentality of public opinion must take the citizens into account, it must build basic principles on which they can fulfill the promises made to them, to respect the decisions adopted, so it leads to the good achievement of everything. That is why specialists recommend some basic principles when we want to achieve a very good relationship with the media, and namely: knowing the public, choosing a patient storyteller, focusing the results on activities, moving beyond the room echo-concentration of attention outside the walls of the business, the company must provide confidence, must be in accordance with the promise and delivery of information and appeal to action. This paper is structured in 3 chapters. The first two chapters address the topic from a theoretical point of view, and the third chapter is dedicated to a case study on the communication strategy with the media of the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.

This research is entitled Islamic Ethics in the Petikan Qur'an Katut Adab Padikana by H. Hasan Mustapa, a Sundanese manuscript made in 1920 AD. Good relationship between being and God as well as among fellow beings themselves. The purpose of this research is to reveal the verses that show a good relationship between a being and God as well as between the creatures themselves, and to reveal the metaphoric verses in the manuscript. This research method uses the qualitative methods, which seeks to collect data, process and analyze it qualitatively. While the approach used is the Maudu'i interpretation and semiotic theory. Petikan Qur’an Katut Adab Padikana were printed by the Mendakna Committee in 1937 AD after Hasan Mustapa asked for three years before he died to be copied. There are 115 articles consisting of 57 Surah of 356 paragraphs. Starting from the Surah al-Baqarah, to Al-Nass, the explanation uses the van Ophuysena spelling (1907-1947) and the writing process starts from the left corner, namely the verses of the Qur'an then the right corner of the writing of the verses of the al-Qur'an is in the language Latin, and after that the content of the meaning of the verse is explained by using the Sundanese language so that it is easily understood by the people of the Sundanese area.

IntroductionPhysician preference items (PPIs) are high-cost medical devices on which clinicians express firm preferences with respect to a particular manufacturer and a specific product. The aim of this research is to understand what are the most important factors, as well as their relative importance, in the choice of new PPIs (that is, hip or knee prosthesis) adoption on behalf of orthopaedic clinicians in Italy.MethodsBased on a literature review and clinical experts’ opinions, we identified a number of key factors (for example, health technology assessment (HTA) recommendation) and their corresponding levels (for example positive HTA recommendation). We administered an online survey to hospital orthopaedists using two experimental techniques for preference elicitation (that is, discrete choice experiment (DCE) and case 1 best-worst scaling (BWS)). BWS data were analysed through descriptive statistics (that is, best-minus-worst score) and conditional logit model. A mixed logit model was applied to DCE data, and a willingness-to-pay (WTP) was estimated. All analyses were conducted using Stata 16.ResultsA total of ninety orthopaedists (95% male; mean age: 52.8 years) were enrolled in the survey. In BWS, the most important factor was ‘clinical evidence’, followed by ‘quality of products’, ‘HTA recommendations’ and ‘previous experience’, while the least important was ‘cost’. DCE results suggested that orthopaedists prefer high-quality products with robust clinical evidence, positive HTA recommendation and affordable cost, and for which clinicians have a consolidated experience of use and a good relationship with the sales representative. The WTP for a high-quality product was estimated at EUR1,733, and for a good relationship at EUR2,843.ConclusionsThis is the first study aimed at analysing the multidimensionality of clinician's decision-making process in selecting new PPIs in orthopaedics in Italy. Despite the quality of products being declared as one of the most important dimensions in BWS, when other factors populate a hypothetical DCE scenario, physicians are not willing to accept quality at any cost (for example, high quality and very bad support from the producer or with uncertain clinical evidence).

The issues of trace element emissions during coal combustion has been a concern in recent years due to their environmental pollutant. To study the trace element transformation, the thermodynamic calculation (FactSage 7.2) was used. Five kinds of pure mineral oxides (Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, and MgO) and As, B, Cr, F, and Se in fly ash were considered for trace elements. The results confirm that all mineral oxides have a good correlation with arsenic to form Ca3(AsO4)2, FeAsO4, K3AsO4, and Mg3(AsO4)2. Boron has a good relationship with Al, Ca, and Mg to form (Al2O3)9(B2O3)2, Ca3B2O6, and Mg3B2O6. Chromium has a good correlation with K and Ca to form K2CrO4, CaCr2O4. Furthermore, FeF3(s) KF(s), and AlF3(s) are predicted from the interaction of fluorine with Fe2O3, K2O, and Al2O3. The effect of mineral oxides on selenium partitioning are not observed. The inhibition order of trace elements by mineral oxides is as follow: As (Al2O3 > MgO > CaO > Fe2O3 > K2O), B (Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, > MgO), Cr (CaO > K2O > Al2O3, MgO, Fe2O3), F (CaO > MgO > Al2O3 > Fe2O3 > K2O). The results will be useful to control the trace element emissions.

In Globe, no nation is not an isolate it depends upon one another to fulfill their needs as a result of these multilateral relations build-up. Such a strong relationship we need to maintain means we need strong leadership.  Such strong leaders are there before and after independence also. The several party leaders and their alliances are formed and implement the policies for the development of India at the Internal level as well as external level. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Government’s was formed under two prominent leaders known as Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Narendra Modi. After Vajpayee, the NDA Government under the leadership of Narendra Modi realized the importance of foreign policy and maintaining a good relationship. Sri Lanka is also one of the closest neighboring country; Prime Minister Narendra Modi from 2014 to 2019 he officially visited Sri Lanka at three times within these three visits he used to make several new initiatives in many fields.

There is growing respect for and recognition of te ao Mäori within Aotearoa’s environmental policy and management space. However, to ensure that Aotearoa can build a better future equitably a ‘tika transition’ must be realised, wherey iwi, hapü and Mäori (the rangatiratanga sphere) and the Crown (kawanatanga sphere) exist within distinct and equal political entities, with the rangatiratanga sphere leading and governing tikanga and mätauranga Mäori policy and legislation. We examine two prominent environmental issues – sea level rise and taonga species protection – facing iwi, hapü, Mäori and the Crown, exploring the barriers, solutions and positive steps towards a ‘tika transition’ in each area. We recommend that policy and legislation include stronger instruments for shared decision making and specific funding for iwi, hapü and mana whenua to strengthen the rangatiratanga sphere. It is acknowledged that the barriers and solutions are interconnected and will rely on good relationship building and trust, power sharing and knowledge sharing, and policy and legislation that allows for and supports the rangatiratanga sphere as its own distinct space for tikanga-based governance and jurisdiction.
