This study aims to determine the cash sales accounting information system that is suitable for online store applications. Using qualitative methods with the object of research, namely the online stores. Sources of data obtained from several online stores. Data collection methods used are semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. From the analysis and design of the buying and selling cycle information system in online business development, it was found that the development of information systems is a very important stage in the efficiency and effectiveness of the buying and selling cycle. By implementing a good and correct accounting information system design on an online store, it can facilitate the recording and minimize the occurrence of errors/loss of data. In addition, with a good information system design, the division of tasks between various sections becomes clear.

Problem definition: We consider the assortment optimization problem of a retailer that operates a physical store and an online store. The products that can be offered are described by their features. Customers purchase among the products that are offered in their preferred store. However, customers who purchase from the online store can first test out products offered in the physical store. These customers revise their preferences for online products based on the features that are shared with the in-store products. The full assortment is offered online, and the goal is to select an assortment for the physical store to maximize the retailer’s total expected revenue. Academic/practical relevance: The physical store’s assortment affects preferences for online products. Unlike traditional assortment optimization, the physical store’s assortment influences revenue from both stores. Methodology: We introduce a features tree to organize products by features. The nonleaf vertices on the tree correspond to features, and the leaf vertices correspond to products. The ancestors of a leaf correspond to features of the product. Customers choose among the products within their store’s assortment according to the multinomial logit model. We consider two settings; either all customers purchase online after viewing products in the physical store, or we have a mix of customers purchasing from each store. Results: When all customers purchase online, we give an efficient algorithm to find the optimal assortment to display in the physical store. With a mix of customers, the problem becomes NP-hard, and we give a fully polynomial-time approximation scheme. We numerically demonstrate that we can closely approximate the case where products have arbitrary combinations of features without a tree structure and that our fully polynomial-time approximation scheme performs remarkably well. Managerial implications: We characterize conditions under which it is optimal to display expensive products with underrated features and expose inexpensive products with overrated features.

The study focuses on developing a conceptual model to explore the factors influencing consumers' judgments in the decision-making process with a prime focus on personalized dynamic pricing (PDP). The study explored the judgmental impact of PDP on customer willingness to pay and mediating role of stickiness to the online store on PDP fairness and customer willingness to pay. The data was collected using a structured questionnaire administered among 256 students at a large university in India. SEM using AMOS software was used to analyze data. Price perception, involvement, product knowledge, and recommendation system positively impact price fairness of PDP, directly and indirectly influencing customer willingness to pay. Results also showed that stickiness to online stores fully mediates the relationship between price fairness of PDP and customer willingness to pay. Theoretically, the study contributes to pricing and marketing literature by identifying the antecedents of price fairness of PDP. For practitioners, this study signifies the importance of a robust recommendation system to stand out from the competition and provide deals to satisfy consumers. Specifically, the results emphasize the need to focus on stickiness to an online store to track consumer characteristics and customer value

UMKM is a business that someone, group, or company has already fulfill the terms or conditions as micro business.Base on the Jambi news site which can be accessed on February, 1 st 2021 represent the amount of UMKM thatlocated in Jambi City in 2020 is 3.513 UMKM. The main problem that exists in UMKM is classic namely funding. Besides that, the other problems is about UMKM products marketing and sales, and how to distribute them to reach wider. In total of 92 UMKM owner in Jambi were given seminars, socialization, and training that the use of social media and marketplace are important to support promotion, marketing and UMKM products distribution. Based on the discussion with owners of UMKM, known that UMKM owners are interested to take advantage of marketplace and online store to promote their UMKM products, however the facilities development for online stores not yet possible for them because they do not have the resources to support the online store. There is one UMKM ownerwho has made good use of e-commerce, namely through the use of business Instagram and Facebook and use ofmarketplaces. UMKM owners need assistance in electronic commerce and need support for a stable internet network in their area.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang disingkat menjadi UMKM merupakan usaha yang dimiliki oleh perorangan, kelompok, maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi syarat atau ketentuan sebagai usaha mikro. Berdasarkan pada situs berita Jambi yang diakses pada tanggal 01 Februari 2021 menunjukkan bahwa jumlah UMKM yang ada di kota Jambi pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 3.513 UMKM. Masalah utama yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah klasik yaitu pendanaan. Selain itu masalah yang dihadapi adalah mengenai pemasaran dan penjualan produk UMKM dan cara pendistribusiannya untuk menjangkau yang lebih luas. Sebanyak 92 pelaku UMKM di Jambi diberikan seminar, sosialisasi dan pelatihan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace sangat penting dalam mendukung promosi, pemasaran dan pendistribusian produk UMKMnya. Berdasarkan pada pembahasan bersama dengan para pelaku UMKM, diketahui bahwa para pelaku UMKM sangat tertarik dalam memanfaatkan marketplace dan online store untuk memasarkan produk UMKMnya, namun demikian pembangunan fasilitas untuk online store belum memungkinkan bagi mereka karena sumberdaya yang belum dimiliki untuk mendukung online store. Terdapar salah satu pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan ecommerce dengan baik yaitu melalui penggunaan instagram dan facebook bisnis serta marketplace. Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store (Case Study on Customers of Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store), Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store. The research method used is the data method. qualitative and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of product quality variables on consumer buying interest using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and t-test show that: the t-table value of the Product Quality variable is 7.644> the t-table value (df: : 68%) of 1.995 so it can be concluded if Product Quality has a positive effect and significant to Consumer Buying Interest.

The technological development of online product presentation modes (e.g., augmented reality, virtual reality) will greatly impact the future of e-retailing. The potential benefits of applying these new technologies for e-retailers need further investigation. Based upon the stimulus-organism-response (S–O-R) model, this study examines the effect of AR-based presentation modes on consumer patronage intention, with the mediating role of immersion, enjoyment, perceived product risk and attractiveness of the online store. Furthermore, it explores the moderating effect of technophilia that reflects consumers’ positive attitude towards technology. A single factor between-subject experiment study was conducted with a sample of 420 university students. Results suggest that the serial indirect effects of AR presentation on patronage intention through immersion/enjoyment/perceived product risk and attractiveness of online store are conditional upon the level of technophilia. Technophilia is a critical factor that explains consumers’ psychological and behavioral responses when they are using new technologies. The study provides new knowledge for e-marketing practitioners, as well as AR literature by indicating how and when new technology-based presentation works in evoking consumers’ patronage intention.
