The steadily increasing growth of the local cosmetics business sector in Indonesia has become a subject of attention for PT Paragon Technology and Innovation which is a cosmetics company that owns three main brands: Make Over, Wardah and Emina Cosmetic. In this study, the researcher intends to discuss in depth Emina of PT paragon through the best strategy to maintain a firm presence in the competitive business of local cosmetics. Certainly, Effective and creative strategies are. Without a doubt, needed so that the company can compete on attracting public attention, one of these strategies is the application of Emina Girl Gang Ambassador (EGGA) as a Public Relations Marketing strategy in the company. Through this study, the researcher intends to determine and analyze the role of Emina Girl Gang Ambassador in 7 Marketing Public Relations tools by Kotler and Keller. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of semi-structured interviews and data reduction analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that Emina's brand from PT Paragon Technology and Innovation used 2 main tools from 7 points presented by Kotler and Keller, namely events and sponsors.

This study focuses on improving the performance of SMEs after using a holistic marketing model in their business. The unit of analysis in this research is UKM players who live in Bekasi, West Java. Hypothesis testing with path analysis and using SEM and Lisrel 8.80 software. This study produces a holistic marketing model that is effective, easy to understand and use to improve Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia. The results of this study prove that Relations Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs, especially in building relationships with distributors. Integrated marketing has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of SMEs, internal marketing has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of SMEs, while Performance Marketing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Taken together, the holistic marketing model (relations marketing, integrated marketing, internal marketing, performance marketing) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. The dominant variable affecting the performance of SMEs is Relations marketing.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana  Radio Ardan dalam melakukan kegiatan Marketing Public Relations berupa Pull Strategy, Push Strategy, Pass Startegy dalam mempertahankan minat pendengar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, untuk mengetahui aspek “how” dan “why” pada Marketing Public Relations yang dilakukan Radio Ardan dalam mempertahankan minat pendengar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatori pasif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Marketing Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Radio Ardan dalam mempertahankan minat pendengar dimulai dengan Pull Strategy dimana pada strategi tahapannya terdiri dari menggunakan media sosial, umbul-umbul, pemilihan cerita, dan penyajian cerita, selanjutnya pada Push Strategy dengan tahapan menjalin kerjasama, nightmare school, mengadakan kuis, dan merilis buku, dan terakhir adalah Pass Strategy, dimana hasil dari pada tahap ini dimulai dengan ritual, ekspedisi life, menjalin kerjasama dengan jurnalisa, dan sponsorship.   The purpose of this study was to find out how Radio Ardan in conducting Public Relations Marketing activities in the form of Pull Strategy, Push Strategy, Startegy Pass in maintaining the interest of listeners. The method used in this study is a case study, to find out the aspects of "how" and "why" in Marketing Public Relations conducted by Radio Ardan in maintaining the interest of listeners. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and passive participatory observation. The results showed that Marketing Public Relations carried out by Radio Ardan in maintaining listeners' interest began with Pull Strategy where the stage strategy consisted of using social media, banners, story selection, and story presentation, then on Push Strategy with the stages of collaborating, nightmare school, holding quizzes, and releasing books, and finally the Pass Strategy, where the results at this stage begin with rituals, life expeditions, collaborating with journalism, and sponsorship. Banyaknya penggunaan nama pada divisi atau departemen public relations memberikan kesan bahwa tugas dan fungsi divisi atau departemen public relation di sebuah perusahaan kemudian berbeda dengan perusahaan lain. Perbedaan pada fungsi, tugas, peran, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh divisi atau departemen public relations itu dapat menentukan karakteristik public relations pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tujuan, fungsi, peran, juga aktivitas departemen marketing public relations di CNN Indonesia TV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perbedaan tujuan, fungsi, dan peran tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan masing- masing. CNN Indonesia TV melakukan efisiensi pada tujuan dan fungsi perusahaan, sedangkan peran departemen marketing public relations-nya sejalan dengan misi PR perusahaan yaitu ikut berkontribusi langsung dalam revenue perusahaan. Sedangkan aktivitas yang diinisiasi oleh CNN Indonesia ada 3, yaitu Dialog, Monolog, dan Meet Up. Differences in functions, tasks, roles, and activities carried out by the division or public relations department can determine public relations in company. This� the background of the writer will describe characteristics of public relations in the public relations marketing departement CNN Indonesia TV. The purpose of this study was to determine the objectives, functions, roles, and also the marketing business relations department at CNN Indonesia TV. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the number of goals, functions, and roles depends on each company. CNN Indonesia TV transfers the functions and functions of the company, while the marketing office relations of public relations are within the mission of the company's public relations incorporated in the company's revenue. While the activities initiated by CNN Indonesia are 3, namely Dialogue, Monologue, and Meet Up. Of the 3 points in the discussion, it can finally be seen as what public relations in the CNN Indonesia TV marketing public relations department.

Indonesia memiliki jumlah penduduk yang mencapai 265 juta jiwa dengan tingkat konsumsi beras 154 kg per orang per tahun. Jumlah konsumsi beras yang cukup tinggi membuat sektor pertanian menjadi sektor yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. PT. CROWDE Membangun Bangsa merupakan perusahaan startup fintech yang bergerak di bidang agritech dengan basis peer to peer lending. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Marketing Public Relations PT. CROWDE Membangun Bangsa dengan menggunakan 7 kegiatan MPR. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini, diantaranya seperti Public Relations, Marketing Public Relations, New Media, Investasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi Marketing Public Relations yang berdampak untuk meningkatkan minat investasi berdasarkan 7 kegiatan Marketing Public Relations adalah Publikasi dan Acara.

The purpose of government public relations activities is to build a good image for the institution. Toachieve its objectives, a mutually beneficial relationship is needed between PR and the mass media.This paper analyzes in depth the urgency of mass media in campaigning for #ViralkanKabarBaik asone of the government's public relations marketing media. The theory used is the media ecologicaltheory which focuses on many types of media and views media as an environment. The conclusion isthat #ViralkanKabarBaik fosters public confidence in the government. It is expected that publicrelations practitioners are more proactive in reporting positive things using varied media.

This research is aimed at determining and explaining the effect of public relations marketing on the brand image and customers loyalty at Studio Alam TV9. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research employed three variables of Public Relations Marketing, Brand Image, and Customers loyalty. The visitors of Studio Alam TV9 that have visited twice or more are the populations of this study. 110 visitors are the respondents of this research selected through purposive random sampling to which the questioners were distributed. The data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on that path analyzed the research showed that public relation marketing has direct and significant effect on Brand Image. And the brand Image has direct and significant effect on the customers loyalty.  Beside that it is found that public relation marketing has indirect but significant effect of the customers loyalty through brand image. It is suggested that TV9 maintain and improve the public relation marketing ti improve the brand image and make the customers loyalty.Keywords: Marketing Public Relation, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty
