Resolving the contradiction between Marine economic development and Marine ecological environment protection has become an unavoidable and sharp problem. The uncontrolled use of Marine antifouling technology will bring uncontrollable and even irreversible damage to the Marine biosphere, which will lead to ecological disaster and threaten the survival of human beings. Therefore, it is an urgent task to find antifouling technology with lower environmental toxicity under the premise of considering economy. More attention should be paid to the long-term impact of mature and new technologies on the Marine ecological environment. This paper introduces the development status of antifouling technology, its influence on Marine ecological environment and puts forward the design strategy of comprehensive biological fouling prevention and control technology.

The analysis of information on the stability of the electronic component base (ECB) in the development of radio-electronic equipment (REE) of spacecraft (spacecraft) is an important and urgent task. The paper considers the main components of the approaches of foreign organizations developing radio space technology to ensure its radiation resistance. The design approaches of Thales Alenia Space, Airbus Defense and Space, and the European Space Agency are presented. The article outlines the main directions for optimizing the procedures for the preliminary selection of ECB, which consist in ensuring the required resistance of REE SC at the ECB level with ensuring the reliability of data on durability, in minimizing the costs of applying resistance enhancement measures (through the use of a promising ECB with increased resistance characteristics), to replace ECB.

In the era of globalization, biological invasions are one of the most serious social issues. Thus, managing its impact is an urgent task. It is essential to control non-native species before they become established. However, it is insufficient to address establishment debt, which occurs when a non-native species has been introduced into an area but has not yet been established in the wild. In particular, unintentionally introduced or contaminated organisms of the aquatic ornamental pet trade are referred to as “hitchhikers” and have not received much attention in the context of establishment debt. To understand the nature of establishment debt, including that of aquatic hitchhikers, I propose the monitoring of non-native species inhabiting artificial isolated waters, such as indoor aquariums, and the construction of a database using environmental DNA metabarcoding. This idea would be an effective non-regulatory management approach when implemented broadly, at the country level. Furthermore, implementation of this strategy in combination with border biosecurity and field monitoring may promote accurate prioritization, rapid species identification, and effective invasion pathway assessment.

The development and study of new mechanisms of a parallel structure ensuring the constancy of the point of instrument entry into the working area is an urgent task of surgery and scientific medicine. A structural synthesis of a parallel structure mechanism designed for robotic laparoscopic surgery has been performed. The proposed mechanism is equipped with arcuate guides with slots installed on the base perpendicular to each other. At the intersection of the slots, there is a bushing through which a straight shaft connected to the output link moves linearly. This arrangement provides a constant entry point, which allows the developed mechanism to be used in laparoscopic surgery and studies of plasma properties. For this mechanism, the inverse problem of positions has been solved, the working area has been determined, and a 3D model has been developed.

A delta robot with three degrees of freedom, having been well studied over the past 40 years, is one of the most popular parallel mechanisms. Nowadays, an urgent task is to study the properties of various modifications of this mechanism. The article considers a delta robot with four degrees of freedom, in which one of the kinematic chains with a parallelogram is divided into two, allowing the output link to have an additional rotational degree of freedom. To maximize the working area and minimize the cost of modification the optimization of the robot design was performed. The problem of maximizing a cubic workspace has been solved.

Among the most acute socio-pedagogical problems facing the modern Russian school is the increasing number of aggressive manifestations in the educational environment. This situation actualizes the schools need for the prevention and correction of aggressive behavior. The article presents the results of a socio-pedagogical research, the purpose of which was to identify the types and forms of aggressive behavior in the educational environment and to explore the current state of preventive work. The study was conducted by the Institute for the Study of Childhood, Family and Upbringing in July 2021 in the form of a questionnaire survey of directors of educational organizations. The methodology of the research included a socio-pedagogical analysis of situations of aggressive manifestations among students, teachers and parents; study of social, environmental, family and personal factors of aggressive behavior; and identification of mechanisms for preventing aggressive behavior in the educational environment. The results are presented in the format of socio-psychological portraits of three schools located in the countryside, which are prominent representatives of Russian rural society. The study made it possible to draw the following main conclusions: (1) preventive work becomes an independent type of pedagogical work; (2) cyber-aggression, which was actively manifested during the period of distance learning and now requires comprehensive preventive work with students, teachers, and parents, is an over-pressing problem for educational organizations; (3) todays school is faced with the urgent task of developing and implementing programs for the prevention and correction of aggressive behavior. The ideas presented in the article can be used in the practice of educational organizations of different types.

The work is devoted to the development of a new method for the synthesis of magnetic composites based on manganese ferrite on a natural clay, coupling with their physico-chemical characterization. In the study, a natural clay of Kazakhstan obtained from the Turkestan deposit was used for the preparation of magnetic composites. The formation of materials with magnetic properties is an urgent task of our time, due to the needs of various applications of magnetically controlled materials for biomedical systems, electronic devices, catalytic and adsorption processes. The advantage of such materials is the ability to control them using a magnetic field for shaking, recovery, induction heating, among others. In this work, samples were prepared by co-precipitation of manganese and iron salts with 5 mol L-1 NaOH over the Turkestan clay (TC). Materials were characterized by various analyses, such as Fourier-Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffractometric analysis (XRD), and elemental analysis. According to the results of physical and chemical studies of the XRD and thermal analysis, kaolinite is the main mineral in the composition of TC. Magnetic adsorbents MnFe2O4/clay with perfect magnetic separation characteristics were successfully obtained by chemical co-precipitation

Ensuring the completeness of oil and gas production from the subsoil by using modern techniques and technologies for controlling the inflow into the well is an urgent task, especially for wells with long horizontal ends. Inflow control devices (ICD), used in conjunction with packers and downhole measurement devices, are part of such systems, covered by the concept of «smart well». In general, such systems make it possible to control the inflow (flow rate) in individual intervals of horizontal wells or in vertical wells of multilayer fields while operating simultaneously in order to optimize production without additional downhole operations in real time. Keywords: inflow control device; horizontal well; intelligent well.

The study of modern frameworks and means of using virtualization in a grid environment confirmed the relevance of the task of automated configuration of the environment for performing tasks in a grid environment. Setting up a task execution environment using virtualization requires the implementation of appropriate algorithms for scheduling tasks and distributed storage of images of virtual environments in a grid environment. Existing cloud infrastructure solutions to optimize the process of deploying virtual machines on computing resources do not have integration with the Arc Nordugrid middleware, which is widely used in grid infrastructures. An urgent task is to develop tools for scheduling tasks and placing images of virtual machines on the resources of the grid environment, taking into account the use of virtualization tools. The results of the implementation of services of the framework are presented that allow to design and perform computational tasks in a grid environment based on ARC Nordugrid using the virtual environment of the Docker platform. The presented results of the implementation of services for scheduling tasks in a grid environment using a virtual computing environment are based on the use of a scheduling algorithm based on the dynamic programming method. Evaluations of the effectiveness of the solutions developed on the basis of a complex of simulation models showed that the use of the proposed algorithm for scheduling and replicating virtual images in a grid environment can reduce the execution time of a computational task by 88 %. Such estimates need further refinement; it is predicted that planning efficiency will increase over time with an increase in the number of running tasks due to the redistribution of the storage of virtual images
