Coal quality rating can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, solving the global warming problem. It becomes more important as the carbon neutrality by the mid-21st century agreement is accepted by 195 countries, including China. In this paper, an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced for coal quality rating. The data used in this work are of the Hostolgoi coalfield of the Xinjiang Province of China. Six industrial analysis indicators are determined as evaluation factors by taking the coal samples of different coal seam depths in the mining area. The super-standard multiple methods and the double-weight super-standard weighting method are combined to form a comprehensive weight. The results show that most of the coal samples of this coal mine are at grades I–II, and the overall coal is with good-quality stability. The evaluation results can improve the coal utilization efficiency and provide scientific guidance for evaluating and exploiting coal resources in coal geological exploration.

Statement of the problem. One of the urgent scientific and technical problems facing construction is the improvement of methods for monitoring the state of building structures (including under confined working conditions) during the construction of unique structures and objects of unfinished construction, ensuring reliable control of their quality, stability and safety. Oftentimes, conditions arise where it is impossible to perform a full types of deformations of building structures using traditional methods. It is required to develop universal, reliable and convenient methods for controlling various geometric parameters of the structure in order to take timely measures to ensure the stability and stability of the structure in order to exclude the transition of the structure to a partially operable or emergency state. Results and conclusions. The suggested methods for determining deformations and the quality of manufacturing of building structures using metric photography make it possible to conduct a full-fledged monitoring of their technical condition with the required accuracy. All the control methods listed in the article were developed and tested on the buildings and structures of the mothballed Voronezh nuclear heat supply station.

The Indian economy is facing a financial crunch due to a surge in the number of credit defaulters. The debt crisis has been observed throughout the world. NPAs are found to be at the center of the economic problem of the banks. The drive of this learning is to explore the influence of non-performing assets (NPA) on the financial performance of the banks and to analyze gross and net non-performing assets in public, private and foreign banks and assess the soundness, assets quality, stability, and competence of banks. It was found that there is positive relation in all over banking industry between Total income and Gross Non-Performing Asset whereas negative relation in case of total profit and gross NPA. This means that with an increase in total income there is an increase in Non-Performing Asset on the contrary there will be a decrease in profit with an increase of Non-Performing Assets. But if we categorized them into private, public, and foreign they all have different natures.

In finishing machining, the quality of workpiece is significantly influenced by the performance of solid cutting tool. Solid cutting tool flank is ground by CNC tool grinder in accordance with the tool path of grinding wheel. In actual grinding process, the grinding area of wheel will be gradually worn down, resulting in the decrease of geometric accuracy of flank and even wrong profile. In order to compensate the error, a compensation algorithm of tool path for solid cutting tool flank based on grinding wheel wear is proposed. Firstly, the coordinate systems are defined for the grinding process of flank, and the orientation and location calculation model of ideal wheel with the grinding process parameters is derived. Secondly, based on the profile description of wheel wear, flank errors are analyzed. Then, the compensation algorithm for anastomosis of cutting edge and relief angle is proposed. Finally, series of experiments of simulation and actual grinding are carried out. The comparison of the results shows that the algorithm can reduce the influence of wheel wear effectively, which can also improve the grinding quality stability and prolong the service life of grinding wheel.

Wind diesel isolated microgrids (WDIMs) combine wind turbine generators (WTGs) with diesel generators (DGs) to supply electricity to remote consumers. WDIMs are low-inertia isolated power systems where large system frequency and voltage variations occur. WDIM dynamic modeling allows short-term simulations to be performed and detailed electrical variable transients to be obtained so that the WDIM power quality and stability can be tested. This paper presents a literature review about WDIM dynamic simulation. The review classifies articles according to factors such as the different WDIM operation modes (diesel only, wind–diesel and wind only) simulated, the types of WTGs used in the WDIM (constant- and variable-speed types), or the use of different short-term energy storage technologies (batteries, ultracapacitors, flywheels) to improve the WDIM power quality, stability and reliability. Papers about the dynamic simulation of related isolated microgrids are also reviewed. Finally, as an example of WDIM dynamic simulation, a WDIM with one WTG, one DG, load and a discrete dump load (DL) is modeled and simulated. The WDIM response to variations of wind speed and load consumption is shown by graphs of the main electrical variables. The simulations show how the DL is used to improve the WDIM stability and reliability.

The steadily increasing demand for semi-finished meat products is provided by the constantly expanding product range and improving its quality. In turn, quality stability is an important criterion for increasing sales. The article presents data on the effect of a natural antioxidant-dihydroquercetin on the stability of consumer properties of chopped semi-finished moose meat with the addition of beet fiber when stored at a negative temperature for 216 days. Dihydroquercetin was added in an amount of 0.05% by weight of the raw material. In the course of the work, generally accepted methods of studying organoleptic and microbiological quality indicators were used. The degree of oxidative deterioration of the product was checked by determining the acid, peroxide and thiobarbituric numbers. The conducted studies allowed us to conclude that the use of this food additive allows us to preserve the organoleptic and microbiological properties of the semi-finished product for a longer period by inhibiting the formation of oxidation products. The use of dihydroquercetin contributed to a decrease in the experimental sample of the semi-finished product on day 216 of the peroxide and acid number by 2 times, and the thiobarbituric number by 1.8 times in relation to the control. Thus, by reducing the oxidative damage of the semi-finished product, it is possible to influence its characteristics during storage.
