As one of the core systems of a city, urban rail transit plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, rational, and efficient operation of the city. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit network to improve the operation efficiency and economic level of the city. The prerequisite to ensure the safety of urban rail transit network is whether the risk situation of urban rail transit network can be reasonably and accurately evaluated. In order to evaluate the risk level of urban rail transit network reasonably and accurately, firstly, with full consideration of the characteristics of urban rail transit, the risk evaluation system of urban rail transit network was established in this paper based on the three levels of regional economy, social resources, and rail transit. Secondly, based on the entropy-TOPSIS-coupling coordination model, the single-factor influence and multifactor coupling influence in the index system are calculated and analyzed, respectively; thus the coupling coordination degree of urban rail transit system is obtained, so as to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the risk situation in urban rail transit network. Finally, based on the actual data of Shanghai from 2000 to 2016, the case simulation and analysis are carried out. The results show that the two indicators of regional economy and social resources are more likely to affect the safety state of urban rail transit. At the same time, the safety factor of urban rail transit coupling system is increasing year by year and gradually develops from disorder to order. This is more in line with current urban rail transit condition, demonstrating the rationality and accuracy of the entropy-TOPSIS-coupling coordination model proposed in this study.

Abstract: Analyzing cyber incident information units is an essential approach for deepening our information of the evolution of the risk situation. This is a notably new studies topic, and plenty of research continue to be to be done. In this paper, we record a statistical evaluation of a breach incident information set similar to 12 years (2005–2017) of cyber hacking sports that encompass malware attacks. We display that, in evaluation to the findings suggested withinside the literature, each hacking breach incident inter-arrival instances and breach sizes need to be modeled through stochastic processes, instead of through distributions due to the fact they show off autocorrelations. Then, we recommend specific stochastic method fashions to, respectively, match the inter-arrival instances and the breach sizes. In this paper we be aware that, through reading their actions, we are able to classify malware right into a small quantity of Behavioral classes, every of which plays a restrained set of misbehaviors that signify them. These misbehaviors may be described through tracking capabilities belonging to exclusive platforms. In this paper we gift a singular host-primarily based totally malware detection machine in OSN which concurrently analyzes and correlates capabilities at 4 levels: kernel, application, person and package, to come across and prevent malicious behaviors. It has been designed to do not forget the ones behaviors traits of virtually each actual malware which may be observed withinside the wild. This prototype detects and efficaciously blocks greater than 96% of malicious apps, which come from 3 massive datasets with approximately 2,800 apps, through exploiting the cooperation of parallel classifiers and a behavioral signature-primarily based totally detector. The protection of the family (especially women and children) consists of important provision in both the international and internal laws of the states. Unfortunately, in Romania, the incidence of domestic violence is high, an aspect that we will highlight in our paper. In this article we aim to analyse the latest legislative changes in the field of protection order, with reference to the provisional protection order. Regarding the temporary restraining order, it is regulated by Order no. 146/2578/2018 (Minister of Internal Affairs and Minister of Labor and Social Justice, 2018) on how to manage cases of domestic violence by police officers. Through this normative act, the necessary framework was created so that the police can intervene quickly when phenomena of domestic violence are registered and to ensure the immediate protection of the victims of aggressors. The police officers assess the risk situation in each case, and it may be ordered to issue a temporary restraining order until the competent court rules on the situation created for a longer period of up to 6 months, with the possibility of extending it. We will also present some relevant cases. Over the last 10 years, the protection of the family (especially women and children) has made some important progress both in terms of legislation and practice. Unfortunately, the level of domestic violence is still significant and, in addition to the legislative measures we will refer to in the article, more measures are needed to educate the population and raise awareness of the severity of this phenomenon that affects the integrity and physical and mental development of victims.

New technologies are considered by different industries as a useful tool for having efficient emergency and crisis management. For tourism industry in particular (that involves and interfaces with multiple other industries), it is critically important to act proactively in a risk situation, to effectively face a disaster, and to reduce the impact of a crisis. This chapter provides an overview of the Extended Reality (XR) technologies (Augmented Reality [AR]; Virtual Reality [VR]; Mixed Reality [MR]). It discusses opportunities of using XR in tourism, and it provides contemporary examples of XR applications. It also focuses on emergency management via XR in tourism. Finally, it provides specific recommendations for XR use before, during, and after a crisis in order to better prepare for, manage and recover from emergencies and crisis.

Building and construction is one of the major industries around the world. In this fast moving life construction industry is also growing rapidly. But the labours in the construction industry are not sufficient. This insufficient labour in the construction industry is because of the difficulty in the work. In construction industry, during the work in the sites where there is more risk situation like interior area in the city. There are some other reasons for the insufficient labour which may be because of the improvement the education level which cause the people to think that these types of work, is not as prestigious as the other jobs.

The transition to a digital economy in a «risk society» is transforming financial institutions, changing their social significance and strategic development goals. The development of insurance in general, and compulsory insurance in particular, is influenced by two global factors: changing the risk situation, including qualitative changes in the nature of the risk; and the growth of public consciousness in the field of risk management, awareness of the need for insurance protection. Compulsory insurance aimed at protecting the public interest in this situation becomes of particular importance. The structure of threats and new phenomena in the realization of risk require at this stage more than the current state participation in compulsory insurance.

Microfinance has been identified as an important tool for reducing poverty by increasing the productivity of the poor and thereby promoting economic development. Generally, the clients targeted by microfinance are in a relatively vulnerable and high-risk situation, with a generally unstable income that sometimes causes them to fall into extreme poverty. Across our sample only 26.7% have an income above 300 dinars. This result suggests that the surveyed population is very poor, especially when we find that among the 73.3% who have an income below 300 dinars, beneficiaries have a monthly income of less than 60 dinars before financing. This finding suggests that microfinance with its current tools unable to improve the incomes of the poor, so we find that Islamic microfinance can be a new mechanism to improve this sector according to the respondents. Our research aimed to measure the specific contribution of microfinance to improving the income of the poor living in rural areas of the Tunisian Sahel during a 3-month period in 2020. To test our hypotheses we adopted a mixed method that combines both documentary research and survey techniques (questionnaires and interviews), based essentially on:The available and accessible literature search which consists of the analysis and interpretation of previous theories and studies that address the same issues on which we base our own analysis. Questionnaires distributed to microcredit beneficiaries and some MFI managers and agents. During the analysis, we proceeded question by question before measuring the opinions of our subjects on the studied phenomenon. Thus, the data collected during the investigation phase is analyzed and processed using statistical methods. It consists in using and interpreting the data collected during our surveys

Symptomatic coronavirus disease (COVID-19) during pregnancy represent a high-risk situation for maternal complications, including respiratory distress, pneumonia and even death. Pregnancy represents a unique adaptative immunological and hormonal state at the inflammatory response. At this time, global immunization is a promising way to stop this pandemic. Since early December 2020, more than 150 vaccine candidates in various stages of development and research are communicated. In Romania, there are four vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Pfizer–BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford– AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. However, many people are reluctant to take the COVID-19 vaccine, including false beliefs about this use during pregnancy. Herein, we present the current state of knowledge about immunity and COVID-19 vaccines during pregnancy based on reported cases from medical literature. Most of them are reported from healthcare pregnant women in COVID-19 facilities or in women in the first trimester of pregnancy who did not know they were pregnant at the time of vaccination. The Eudravigilance from European Medicines Agency (EMA) constantly monitors any side effects after a vaccine. COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy is proving to be as safe and effective as in the general population. Because COVID-19 vaccines have been observed in association with a higher rate of miscarriage in early pregnancy, it should be used with caution in the first trimester. Vaccination before planning a pregnancy in order to gain immunity at the time of conception is recommended.

Assessment of the fire risk situation of Nimtali area by using eight indicators related to the fire source, fire spreading and evacuation during fire incidents was conducted. The results revealed that none of the buildings has emergency exits, fire protection measures, fire hydrant and provision of a fire drill. The area is densely populated. Most of the buildings are mixed-used and have no space in between. Electrical cables are haphazardly hanging from poles. Access roads are incredibly narrow. By analyzing eight indicators, it is found that the entire Nimtoli area is still at risk of fire hazard. Within Nimtoli, 32% area is at high risk, and 45% is at moderate risk of fire hazard. Proper fire safety measures and safety inspection, regular maintenance of utility lines, awareness about fire hazards among the dwellers, proper implementation of Bangladesh national building code (BNBC) and regulation of mixed-use of buildings can drastically reduce the fire risk in the urban area of Bangladesh.
