The goal of this study, according to the analysis and discussion, is to establish the impact of profitability, leverage, and firm sales growth on financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014 to 2018. Furthermore, this study approach used a sample size of 26 Indonesian public businesses. Financial statement data is derived from yearly financial statements of companies listed on IDX and IDX. Quantitative research is the form of research that was employed to discuss this study. Multiple linear regression tests are used in conjunction with the traditional assumption tests, such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, T, F, and coefficient tests (R2). The following are the outcomes of this study's numerous testing methods: Profitability has a minimum of 0.00 and a high of 1.25, with a mean of 0.0973 and a standard deviation of 0.18003. The leverage variable has a minimum of 0.07 and a maximum of 11.43, with a mean of 0.9588 and a standard deviation of 1.21862. Sales Growth has a minimum of -1.03 and a high of 0.95, with a mean of -1.14581 and a standard deviation of 1.14581. Financial Distress has a minimum value of 0.44, a highest value of 2.08, a mean of 2.6623, and a standard deviation of 1.92402 for the variable.

UPT Library UNJA is a Service Unit whose duties and functions are closely related to science, education, and development, especially in managing and providing various literacy, references, information, and documentation. The performance of its management staff strongly influences the management system of the UNJA Library UPT. Ideally, the performance measurement of UPT Library staff can refer to the applicable ISO standards. However, a more comprehensive performance evaluation based on the specifics and factors that affect the performance of UPT UNJA staff and the classification of staff performance evaluation is critical. UPT Library Staff Performance Evaluation based on ISO 11620: 2014 Document concludes that staff performance is good. On the other hand, the application of discriminant analysis of the performance of the Jambi University Library UPT staff analyzed 15 variables with Performance Quality as a variable consisting of two categories, namely Good and Very Good. The Stepwise Method in Discriminant Analysis reduces several independent variables so that the most significant variables in this analysis are the ability to make decisions (X6), Honesty (X8), Initiative in the line of Tasks (X9), and Skill Problem Solver (X11).

The poverty that occurs in various regions in Indonesia is an issue that is always interesting to discuss. This research aims to analyze the determinants of poverty and their relationship with the district/city alleviation program in Jambi Province. The data used in this study are secondary in 2013-2018. The analysis results show that the factors affecting district/city poverty in Jambi Province in the 2013-2018 period were the Human Development Index (HDI) and Economic Growth. Based on several variables used, the poverty determinant that significantly influences district/city poverty in Jambi Province is the Human Development Index (HDI) and economic growth. Referring to the analysis results, it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between poverty alleviation programs and poverty reduction. Therefore, this study recommends implementing a strategy to improve the quality and quantity of human resources in managing natural resources to enhance the economy of districts/cities in Jambi Province to reduce poverty.

This research has the background to achieve the author's goal, namely to study and then explain the effect of promotion, price, and customer loyalty on purchasing decisions of fat. Currently, the results obtained in seeking promotions and prices at the company are not maximal enough. Therefore, research is carried out using measurements using scientific methods. Determining the sample using the Slovin formula, then obtained i75 customers of PT. Cipta Sarana Jaya Abadi. The population to measure the research instrument test (reliability and validity test), classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), and questionnaires using hypothesis testing using SPSS data processing. This study allegedly shows the effect of promotion, price, and customer loyalty that is positive and significant on purchasing decisions. So it can be concluded that purchases will increase if the company provides promotions and the best prices for customers and prospective customers and provides satisfactory service to increase customer loyalty to repeat or continuous purchases.

This study aims to examine the effect of tax training on MSME taxpayer compliance in the city of Jambi. Then, this study also examines the effect of tax knowledge on the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Jambi City. This study uses a moderating variable of tax sanctions on the relationship between tax training and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance. The population and sample in this study used compulsory taxation for MSMEs in Jambi City, with the data collected utilizing a questionnaire. The results of this study show that tax training affects SME taxpayer compliance and tax knowledge also affects the compliance of MSME taxpayers, and tax sanctions can moderate the relationship between tax training and tax knowledge on MSME taxpayer compliance in Jambi City. The purpose of this presentation is to determine the effect of profitability, Liquidity, and Solvency partially and simultaneously on Firm Value in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The research sample obtained 27 companies selected using purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of this presentation obtained a simultaneous test of 3,886 with a significant value of 0,011 so that it can be concluded that fcount>ftable (3,886>2,69), where all variables have a positive and significant effect on firm value. And partially obtained the value of profitability t count <t table (0,976 <1,983), then the profitability has no effect on firm value. In liquidity partially obtained count <ttable (0,920 <1,983), so liquidity has no effect on firm value. And on the partial solvency, the value of count <ttable (0,157 <1,938) is obtained, so solvency has no effect on firm value in the consumer goods industry sector company.

Paradigm Development is a process in development to achieve a change. Inequality of income distribution is a problem that is quite a severe concern in all regions and developed and developing countries. This proves that Yogyakarta Province still has a relatively high level of inequality in income distribution. Problems in income distribution inequality can be influenced by various factors, such as Regional Original Income to income distribution inequality in 5 Regencies/Cities in Yogyakarta Province for the 2010-2020 period. This study uses secondary data with panel data analysis method with a period of 2010-2020, using the Fixed Effect Model approach. This analysis shows that Regional Original Income has a positive and significant influence on the inequality of income distribution in 5 regencies/cities in Yogyakarta Province.

This observation is a quantitative observation, which aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity, and Earning per Share on stock prices in the consumer industry sector. Financial statement information is taken from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. The sampling method was taken from the purpose of sampling. The test method uses multiple linear regression tests and classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F test, and coefficient test (R2). The results of this study are: (1) Return on Assets and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices (3) Return on Asset, Debt on Equity Ratio, Earnings per Share have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.

The purpose of this study is only to test whether there is an effect of Capital Structure (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Firm Size (UP) on Firm Value (NP). This research was conducted on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This type of research is in the form of knowledge that uses numerical data as a measuring tool to analyze. The number of samples used as many as 41 companies. Sample selection was made using purposive sampling. The data used for this research is secondary data, namely data in the form of annual financial report data for the 2016-2019 period. The data were tested by statistical data analysis in multiple regression analysis, where the classical assumption test was first tested using SPSS.

The first purpose determines the social and economic characteristics of Gojek drivers in Jambi City and the income distribution of Gojek drivers in Jambi City. The data analysis method used in this research is the quantitative method. Types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is processed by quantitative analysis and Gini Ratio, which is then presented in the form of descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research, the social and economic characteristics of Gojek drivers in the city of Jambi include gender, age, education, marital status, number of dependents, working hours, work experience, work status, number of passengers, and income of Gojek drivers for one month. Gojek Driver's income distribution in Jambi City is low inequality. The results of the Gini analysis of the Gojek Driver's income ratio show the number 0.14. Meanwhile, the Lorenz curve shows that it is located not far from the diagonal or equalization line.
