The Chinese Dream is consistent with the dreams of economic and social development in the other countries of the world. However, the Chinese Dream’ going out of China and stepping towards the world is not as easy as we imagined. There is not only understanding, approving and supporting, but also excluding, suppressing and repelling. The international society sees the Chinese Dream based on the fragmentation view. In a word, today, it is very necessary to show the essence of the Chinese Dream: peaceful development, to the world. “Let the world see the true, open and confident China”. It is high time that we let the world to scan and examine the Chinese Dream from a realistically brand-new perspective of overall situation. Then, this paper intends to analyse, by the main methods of logical thought (including analysis, synthesis and interrelation and so on), historical review (including the big events of the world and the promises of the successive Chinese leaders) and data examples (including GDP and per capital GDP, GDP contribution rate, the foreign direct investment amount, and the foreign aid amount) and so on, how Prosperity, the primary value and core goal of the Socialist Core Values, highlights the two dimensions of the essence the Chinese Dream: first rejuvenation and second cosmopolitanism, which are integrated organically in her general essence: peaceful development, based on the international and domestic overall situation. The ultimate goal or the significance of the paper is to show that the realization of the Chinese Dream is not only good for the Chinese people, but also benefiting the world, hoping that those who are for the Chinese Dream could as always understand, support her and realize their own dreams with her, and who are against the Chinese Dream could at least understand her.

Relevance of the study. In 2022, the world community will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the outstanding Ukrainian ethnomusicologist Volodymyr Hoshovskyi. This date inspires a research of Hoshovskyi’s scientific career and his achievements. The main purpose of the study is to focus on less known period of scientific biography of V. Hoshovskyi and discuss his first ethnomusicological publications in 1958–1961, written in Transcarpathia in the early period of his scientific career. Scientific novelty of the research. V. Hoshovskyi’s early publications are considered in a new perspective. For the first time, the links between his four first published works have been revealed. Some of the publications have not yet been deeply analyzed in Ukrainian ethnomusicology. The main results and conclusions of the study. The study proved that not only a few, as was thought previously, but all early publications of V. Hoshovskyi discuss the issues of musical dialectology. The study «On the issue of musical dialects of Transcarpathia» (1958) became the first study on this problem. Taking into account the geographical landscape and stylistic heterogeneity of the folk music of the region, the scientist sketched out the main groups of musical dialects. The article «Some peculiarities of the historical development of Ukrainian folk song in Transcarpathia» (1959) touched upon the aspects of history influencing the formation of musical dialects and revealed such aspects as 1) the East Slavic origin of Transcarpathian music; 2) the processes of assimilation during the thousand years of Hungarian expansion, 3) contacts between inhabitants of the multinational Austria and Hungary. The issue of the influence of Czech and Slovak folklore on folk songs of Transcarpathia V. Hoshovskyi considered separately in the publication «Czech and Slovak songs in Ukrainian folklore of the Transcarpathian region of the Ukrainian SSR» (Prague, 1961; 1962, in Czech), thereby completing a historical review of multinational influences on folk music of Transcarpathia. The key role for the further Hoshovskyi scientific work had the article «Musical archaisms and their dialectal features in Transcarpathia» (1960), dedicated to the development of the methodology of musical and dialectical research. The innovative approach of V. Hoshovskyi consisted in a combination of achievements in related sciences: linguo-geography and ethnomusicology and was associated with a great rise in linguodialectic research in Transcarpathia. Thus, the early publications of V. Hoshovskyi identified the object of research, the reasons for the formation of musical dialects and outlined the methodology for their study. These studies reflected the stage of the formation of V. Hoshovskyi as a scientist, and in a broader sense – the first steps of Ukrainian ethnomusicology towards the development of musical dialectology.

Abstract Background and purpose: The quality management field has been studied for more than 100 years dating back to the early 1900s when Fredrick W. Taylor is known as the father of Scientific Management, stressed the importance of quality inspection. This paper describes how quality management field has developed and evolved to date, particularly by tracking its focus over time. Design/Methodology/Approach: A systematic approach to literature review was adapted in this research. Identifying the gurus and the scholars in this field makes it possible for the researchers to review their works, which are, mainly, in the form of books and journal articles. Process in getting literature review that has been conducted include quality management in general, as well as ‘evolution of quality management’ and ‘development of quality management’ respectively in capturing the field of quality management and thus, illustrating how the quality management field has evolved over the time. Results: It appears that quality management literature have evolved through time, and as they evolved, the principles, systems, tools and techniques have changed. As a result of the study, this paper also provides the synthesis of quality management literature over time according to the key focus and gives a new perspective for the further research. Conclusions: The historical review allows the researchers to establish the pattern of quality – the ‘focus, principles, systems, and tools and techniques’ over time. Our observations have confirmed that as the focus has changed, the principles have also changed and as the principles have changed, the systems, tools and techniques also have changed in quality management field.

When evaluating concrete strength, common opinion is that adequate precisions can be achieved only by a particular or even total destruction. However, such methods are not always applied, besides they are very laborious. The NDE methods have a number of merits, when compared with destructive ones: a possibility to find cracks and hidden flaws in concrete; besides, they show good results in testing materials of other types, such as metals and composites. At the same time, application of NDE methods to concretes is difficult because of their complex internal structure. No existing theory can predict these properties of the transmitted wave. Therefore, the main goal of the present work is to propose a theoretical model enabling the wave penetration of ultrasonic wave through a medium with multiple internal obstacles to be described adequately. Practical applications of this ultrasonic method is toward the evaluation of mechanical properties of concrete, where the influence of internal dislocations, such as pores and cracks, is of significant importance.

The understanding of the interactions between the small metallic particles and ceramic surfaces has been studied by many catalyst scientists. We had developed Scanning Reflection Electron Microscopy technique to study surface structure of MgO hulk cleaved surface and the interaction with the small particle of metals. Resolutions of 10Å has shown the periodic array of surface atomic steps on MgO. The SREM observation of the interaction between the metallic particles and the surface may provide a new perspective on such processes.

This paper describes the concept of teaching articulation through words which have inherent meaning to a child’s life experience, such as a semantically potent word approach. The approach was used with six children. Comparison of pre/post remediation measures indicated that it has promise as a technique for facilitating increased correct phoneme production.
