Based on preliminary studies conducted at Waled General Hospital the value of GDR and NDR has increased beyond the ideal standard set by the Ministry of Health, namely for GDR = ≤ 45 ‰ and for NDR = ≤ 25 ‰. The GDR in 2013 was 49.95 ‰, and in 2014 it was 61.10 ‰, while the NDR in 2013 was 19.71 ‰, and in 2014 it was 24.30 ‰. The results of the 2013 and 2014 calculations show the value of the GDR and NDR indicator numbers getting higher year after year. This type of research is a descriptive study. The method used is the observation method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of GDR and NDR calculations. Data collection procedures in this study by recording the results of monthly recapitulation of inpatient visits about GDR and NDR in 2013-2017. The population and sample in this study were GDR and NDR records from 2013 to 2017. The time of the study was conducted on 28 July 2018 in Waled County General Hospital. From the observations obtained the value of GDR and NDR in 2013-2017 tends to increase and decrease beyond the ideal limit that has been set. The lowest NDR was in 2013 with a value of 19.71 ‰, and the highest in 2015 with a value of 27.60 ‰. The lowest GDR was in 2013 with a value of 49.95 ‰, while the highest GDR was in 2016 with a value of 64.43 ‰. From the results of the study it is suggested that it is necessary to carry out medical audits and in-depth interventions regarding the improvement of GDR and NDR indicators and graph the GDR and NDR, so that they can always monitor the rise or fall of these indicator numbers, and for planning efforts to improve the quality of health services.

The metaproblematic of this article is the cognitive structure of morality. In the context of an investigation into Habermas’s theory of validity which respects his strong cognitivism and emphasis on moral knowledge, the focus is on his proposal to treat rightness as ‘justification-immanent’ rather than as ‘justification-transcendent’, as in the case of truth. The imputation of asymmetrical validity bases to rightness and truth is probed in terms of the distinction between achievement and validity concepts which is informed by the mathematical–philosophical conceptual pair of finite and infinite ideal limit concepts. The thrust of the argument is spearheaded by the question whether the process of the discursive construction and justification of rightness is not of necessity required, as in the case of truth, to have recourse to a transcendent – albeit immanently rooted – cognitive property beyond formal-pragmatically backed procedural presuppositions to secure its validity. A final brief coda collates suggestions made in the course of the argumentation towards a cognitive–sociological approach that links up with Habermas’s central concepts and could complement his inspiring vision of the ‘cultural embodiment of reason’.

The main focus of this study is to investigate the clip-angle connections are described the section based on ideal limit states. The connection components are designed in accordance with the 2001 AISC-LRFD Specifications and the 2005 AISC Seismic Provisions. In the suggested clip-angle connection, the structural beam can be connected to the column using six high-strength bolts. The slippage on the shear faying surface contributes to increasing energy dissipated capacity in the connection behavior. The design of the clip-angle connection should include these mechanical characteristics. Therefore, this study presents new design methodology that can be applied to bolted clip-angle connections. Besides, step-by-step procedures for design will be treated herein.

A Praia de Águas Belas localizada no município de Cascavel-CE tem atraído um número considerado de visitantes, assim este trabalho propôs identificar a capacidade de carga durante o final de semana no período de alta estação. A praia foi dividida em dois setores de 100m considerados como de maior uso onde a capacidade de carga foi medida através da área usada por pessoa. Na abordagem metodológica utilizou-se marcadores, contagem de usuários e equipamento fotográfico. Os resultados indicaram como picos de maior frequência o período de 10:00h às 13:00h. A chegada dos usuários à praia se deu entre 9:00h e 10:00h enquanto que a saída, ocorreu entre 15:00h e 16:00h.  Durante os experimentos a área não apresentou pressão exacerbada entre os trechos estudados de modo a está dentro do limite ideal de conforto para os usuários.Palavras-chave: Capacidade de Carga. Litoral. ABSTRACT The Águas Belas beach, located in the municipality of Cascavel-CE has attracted a considerable number of visitors, so this work proposed to identify the carrying capacity during the weekend in the period of high season. The beach was divided into two sectors of 100m considered to be the most used where carrying capacity was measured through the area used per person. In the methodological approach were usedmarkers, counts and photographic equipment. The results indicated as peaks of higher frequency the period from 10:00 am to 1:00pm.The arrival of the users to the beach was between 9:00 am and 10:00 am while the departure, took place between 3:00 pm and 4:00pm.During the experiments the area did not present exacerbated pressure between the stretches studied so as to be within the ideal limit of comfort for the users.Keywords: Carrying Capacity. La playa se dividió en dos sectores de 100 m considerados como los más utilizados, donde la capacidad de carga se midió por el área utilizada por persona. En el enfoque metodológico utilizamos marcadores, recuento de usuarios y equipos fotográficos. Los resultados indicaron como frecuencia pico el período de 10: 00h a 13: 00h. Los usuarios llegaron a la playa entre las 9:00 y las 10:00, mientras que la salida tuvo lugar entre las 15:00 y las 16:00. Durante los experimentos, el área no presentó una presión exacerbada entre los tramos estudiados para estar dentro del límite ideal de comodidad para los usuarios.Palabras clave: Capacidad de carga.
