The main research purpose focused on the effects of conducting the instructional model based on the principles of creative problem solving with social media to promote the creation of educational innovation for pre-service teachers. The participants consisted of twelve pre-service teachers. Research instruments were 1) the instructional model based on the principles of creative problem solving with social media, 2) the test of knowledge and creation of educational innovation, 3) the creation of educational innovation’s evaluation form, and 4) the questionnaires’ conducting this instructional model. Collected data were analyzed with statistics and categorized into key issues based on literature. The results were presented through the form of Shapiro-Wilk, Wilcoxon signed-ranks test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and descriptive analysis. The research findings were presented as follows: 1) the effects of conducting the instructional model that was conducted sixteen weeks on the course 0537211 Innovation in Educational Technology and Communications in the first semester of 2020. The research hypothesizes were followed the established as follows; 1.1) the pre-service teachers had post-test scores’ the knowledge and creation of educational innovation higher than pre-test with statistical significance at the .01 level. 1.2) they had post-learning scores for creating educational innovations’ processes at the overall excellent level (M = 92.83, S.D. = 11.78), and their educational innovations were be post-learning at the overall good level (M = 48.33, S.D. = 7.45) 2) the opinions’ pre-service teachers toward conducting this instructional model that they have positive opinions to this conduct at the overall excellent level (M = 4.92, S.D. = 0.25).

An Integration of “Online Interactive Apps” for learning can be a disruptive learning innovation in higher education. The material of the application of graph theory course has application topics in the real world. How students use the application can be used as a measure of creative problem solving. Mixed method was used in the study. The first phase of the study used one group non-randomized design pre-test and post-test. Participants were students who took courses in the application of graph theory. The second phase of the study involved an exploration of creative problem solving performance through qualitative interviews. Analysis of problem solving skills with creative problem solving instruments adapted from the CPS version 6. The average performance of students is very good in exploring data and building acceptance, performance is good in generating ideas and designing processes. Finding from this research is a significant improvement of students' Creative Problem-Solving by integrating learning the application of graph theory with “Online Interactive Apps”. The results obtained that 69% of student opinions  strongly agree on learning activity can improve creative problem solving. The implementation of “Online Interactive Apps” can be used as an alternative to disruptive learning innovation in mathematics teaching-learning.

The approach in the debate deals with the link between creative thinking and creative problem solving alongside the importance of stimulating primary school children's creativity. A great experience for primary school education development includes creative thinking and creative problem solving. Creativity involves the process of divergent thinking that includes the beginning of wonderful ideas, creating new connections, expanding the limits of knowledge and split of ideas, which are old. When the children's divergent thinking is boosted, it enormously helps to maintain children's motivation for extended learning.. In the same way, encouraging primary school children to keep on generating original and new ideas fosters their creative-thinking abilities. Personal characteristics of a child can influence a certain grade in stimulating the creativity. Children develop quite complex skills when they begin to be familiar with problem solving skills and develop creative thinking. Therefore, their creative characteristics should be developed and in the same way, provide creative learning opportunities and inspiring, original lessons. A variety of studies that contained creativity included stimulating primary school children’s creativity. This aspect represents global educational progress to society and the current study provides a better view of creativity.
