At present, there is a lack of regional comprehensive energy multi-dimensional evaluation system and calculation of different quality energy in the energy efficiency evaluation of regional integrated energy system. Based on this, this article carries out research on multi-dimensional energy efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation methods. First, this article form quantifiable evaluation indicators from the aspects of energy supply subsystem energy efficiency, energy conversion subsystem energy efficiency, grid energy efficiency, economic benefits and social benefits, and clarify the calculation methods of each evaluation indicator. Then this article calculate the indicator combination weight. Finally, a multi-dimensional energy efficiency assessment method for a regional integrated energy system is proposed, and an example is used to prove the effectiveness of the method.

To improve algorithm accuracy of social entrepreneurship decision evaluation, a kind of social entrepreneurship decision evaluation method based on strategy proof game equilibrium algorithm is proposed. Firstly, social entrepreneurship decision problem is analyzed, social entrepreneurship decision evaluation system is given, and normalization and factor analysis method are adopted to preprocess model indicator; then, aimed at social entrepreneurship decision equilibrium distribution problem, social entrepreneurship decision optimal distribution algorithm based on ideas from game theory is proposed, and respective characteristics of Nash equilibrium method and strategy proofriess method and its application in different aspects of social entrepreneurship decision management are analyzed, to maximize the benefits of each user in social entrepreneurship decision finally; finally, effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through empirical analysis.

Abstract In this paper 12 economic indices of the software industry in 30 cities/provinces in China are used to set up an evaluation system for the competitiveness of the regional software industry. By using the statistical analysis method of factor analysis, an evaluation model of the comprehensive competitiveness of the software industry for each city/province is built. Taking Beijing and Shanghai as examples, the comprehensive competitiveness and problems of the software industry in Jilin province are compared and analyzed.

By using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, the weight coefficient of evaluation system for low-carbon industrial park has been analyzed. The structure model and model matrix have been established. Combined with specialist suggestions, using calculation equations, the scores of the weight coefficient of evaluation system have been analyzed and determined. Finally a set of allocation scheme is developed reasonably and an evaluation standard for low-carbon industrial park is finished. Energy utilization and GHG management, recycle economic and environmental protection, financial security mechanism and application of planning are chosen as the criterion layer. The standard can be used as a guide to promote the supervision of low-carbon development for industrial parks in China.
