This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) methods. From the result of research using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) produced 27 KPI where for plan perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of reliability 2 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI. For a source perspective there are 8 KPI consisting of reliability 4 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, Flexibility 2 KPI. Make perspective there are 7 KPI consisting of reliability 3 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, flexibility 2 KPI. For a delivery perspective there are 5 KPIs that consist of 3 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then for the return perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of 2 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method produced a delivery perspective is the perspective with the highest level of importance on the supply chain performance of PT. MSM. With the results of this performance measurement can be used as a benchmark for the company to get optimal performance.

PT. X (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa logistik dalam sektor energi. Salah satu pelayanan jasa logistik PT. X (Persero) adalah penyediaan penyewaan jasa fasilitas midstream supply chain untuk produk Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Guna menciptakan supply chain logistik energi yang efisien, pengukuran produktivitas Supply Chain Management (SCM) tentu menjadi komponen yang sangat fundamental. Dalam rangka mendukung proses tersebut, dilakukan scoring system dengan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan pembobotan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Parameter pengukuran produktivitas SCM yang digunakan adalah empat proses inti dalam Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), yakni plan, source, make, dan deliver, serta 16 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks produktivitas untuk proses inti plan dan deliver pada tahun 2019 telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan dengan angka pencapaian 1000%. Sementara untuk proses inti source dan make, terjadi fluktuasi indeks produktivitas yang signifikan karena adanya beberapa pencapaian KPI yang menyimpang. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan penelusuran sebab akibat terjadinya permasalahan, serta pemberian rekomendasi terkait upaya peningkatan dengan penyusunan fishbone diagram berdasarkan pendekatan manpower, machine, mother nature, material, method, dan measurement. Abstract-Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The problems that will be discussed in this study are: (1) how is the order of priority criteria and sub-criteria in the selection of suppliers at PT Garuda Hidrotive International? (2) which supplier / supplier should PT Garuda Hidrotive International choose based on the AHP method? The sampling technique uses judgment sampling because the AHP method requires dependence on a group of experts according to the types of specialists involved in decision making. Based on the results of the analysis, the advice that can be given is, if the company will develop a partnership with suppliers, the company is preferred to choose supplier X as a supplier food chemical for the company because supplier X is the best supplier that has the highest overall value. With this partnership, the supply chain performance between suppliers and companies will be better and can facilitate the overall production activities.

<p><em>Abstrak<strong> - </strong></em><strong>Tantangan yang dihadapi dunia<em> </em>manufaktur, seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman selalu berubah dan semakin berat dari masa ke masa. Keunggulan bersaing pada era ini tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan suatu industri dalam menciptakan banyak output persatuan waktu. Produktifitas memang penting, tetapi tidak cukup sebagai bekal untuk bersaing dipasar. Pelanggan mulai bisa membedakan produk berdasarkan kualitasnya. Kualitas produk pun sangat bergantung pada proses, manusia, dan sistem secara keseluruhan. Pengendalian kualitas tidak lagi cukup hanya dilakukan dengan model inspeksi produk, tetapi lebih fundamental dengan melihat proses. PT. Louserindo Megah Permai (LMP) merupakan perusahaan yang menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok pada setiap proses produksinya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran kinerja terhadap manajemen rantai pasok pada proses elemen stage finished product dan release finished product to deliver pada LMP. Metode yang dipakai dalam mengukur kinerja tersebut adalah metode SCOR yang dibantu dengan metode FAHP (<em>Fuzzy</em> <em>Analytical Hierarchy Process</em>) dalam proses<em> </em>menentukan bobot pada setiap metrics. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut maka akan diketahui indikator kinerja perusahaan yang tergolong rendah sehingga bisa diberikan usulan perbaikan serta diketahui metrics apa saja yang sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja pada LMP. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada penurunan selama 4 tahun terakhir (2010-2014) di LMP pada tingkat penjualan lift dan hanya mengalami kenaikan sebesar rata-rata hanya 10%. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran kinerja <em>supply chain</em> untuk mengetahui sejauh mana performansi <em>supply chain</em> perusahaan telah tercapai. 2. Dari hasil</strong> <strong>pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok LMP untuk periode tahun 2015, didapatkan nilai kinerja sebesar 73.82%, yang termasuk dalam kategori Good menurut Hvolby (2000). Competitive advantage in this era not only determined by the ability of industry in creating a lot of unity output time. Productivity is important but enough as a provision to complete in the market. Customer can be begin to differentiate products based on their quality. Product quality is highly dependent on process, human, and system as a whole. Quality control is not only done with the product inspection model, but more fundamentally by looking at the process.  PT. Louserindo Megah Permai is company that implemented supply chain management in each production process. In this research, performance measurement of supply chain management on stage finish product element process and finished product to deliver on LMP. The method used in measuring the performance is SCOR method wich is assisted by FAHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in the process determining the weight of each metrics. From the results of these calculations it will be known indicators of company performance are low so that it can be given suggestions for improvement and known metrics what are affecting the performance of workers in LMP. This study is based on decline over the last 4 year (2010-2014) in LMP at the level of elevator sales and only increased by on average of only 10%. Therefore, companies need to measure supply chain performance to know the extent to which the company's supply chain performance has been achieved. 2. From the results of LMP supply chain performance measurement for the period of 2015, obtained a performance value of 73.82%, which is included in the category of Good according to Hvolby (2000). Therefore before it reaches the consumers a well-designed and well-prepared supply management system is required The objectives of the research are to analyze the product, financial and information flows of tuna fish chain of supply in Banda Aceh through analyzing the performance efficiency of tuna fish supply chain performance at CV Tuah Bahari and PT Nagata Prima Tuna in Banda Aceh. Descriptive analysis is the method used to analyze the product, financial and information flows. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR).  Is the method used to measure the supply chain performance efficiency. SCOR preceded with hierarchy preparation based on the SCOR process, i.e. plan, source, make, delivery and return with common dimensions i.e. reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and asset.  The supply chain performance efficiency measurement in this research is also supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process  (AHP) and  Objective Matrix (OMAX) methods  The result of the research pointed out that the tuna fish product and information flow at CV Tuah Bahari and PT Nagata Prima Tuna is not optimal yet, while the financial flow is optimal. In the outcome of CV Tuah Bahari performance efficiency, 4 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is at Poor category, while at PT Nagata Prima 9 KPI are categorized as Poor. Oleh karena itu, untuk sampai ke konsumen diperlukan suatu sistem manajemen rantai pasok yang baik dan memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aliran produk, aliran keuangan dan aliran  informasi pada rantai  pasok ikan tuna di Banda Aceh, dengan menganalisis efisiensi kinerja rantai  pasok ikan tuna pada CV. Tuah Bahari dan PT Nagata Prima Tuna di Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis aliran produk, aliran keuangan, dan aliran informasi adalah analisis deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok adalah <em>Supply</em> <em>Chain</em> <em>Operation</em> <em>Reference</em> (SCOR). SCOR diawali dengan pembuatan hierarki awal yang didasarkan pada proses dalam SCOR, yaitu <em>plan, source, make, delivery,</em> dan <em>return</em> dengan dimensi umum, yaitu <em>reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, </em>dan<em> asset</em>. Pengukuran efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok dalam penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode<em> Analytical Hierarchy Process  </em>(AHP)<em> </em>dan<em> Objective Matrix</em> (OMAX)<em>. </em>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aliran produk dan aliran informasi rantai pasok ikan tuna di CV. Tuah Bahari dan PT. Nagata Prima Tuna belum optimal, sedangkan aliran keuangan sudah optimal. Hasil pengukuran efisiensi kinerja CV. Tuah Bahari, 4 KPI (<em>Key Performance Indicator</em>)<em> </em>berada pada kategori <em>Poor,</em> sementara pada PT Nagata Prima Tuna terdapat 9 KPI berada pada kategori <em>Poor</em>. Total nilai performansi kedua perusahaan berada pada katagori<em> Average</em>, dengan nilai Index Total CV. Tuah Bahari 62.9 dan PT.
