This research focused on the development of multimedia and interactive system, through network for learning in the opportunities school. This system was used as a channel for students to learn outside the classroom and as a teaching management tool for teachers. Tools for system development were Microsoft Visual Studio program while the database management system was MySQL. PHP and Java scripts were for writing commands. To evaluate the efficiency of the developed system, sample group and questionnaires were processed. The population of this research was a group of teachers and students of the Bankamwa school (Weboonratsamakee) in total of 97 people. The result of experiment shows that group recognizes the performance of system in the higher level and the system is efficient for its purposes.

In making the information system of diploma companion certificate (SKPI) BAAK Campus X there was a pile up of files to overcome these problems, so a certificate of companion certificate information system (SKPI) was made on Campus X based on website.. The System Development Method used in this thesis is the Prototype Method while the tool used in the development of the thesis system is Flowchart, FOD, CD, DFD, Relationship Tables and table structure as well as Making a system using the PHP Programming language and MySQL database management system Beta test results show that 67% of respondents said that this system fulfills 9 criteria for a good website. 100% of respondents (BAAK administrators) said that this system helped BAAK work. (FZ).

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) Pekanbaru merupakan Kantor pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan khususnya mengenai lingkungan. Dalam kegiatan dinas luar seperti surveilans kesehatan kapal, surveilans kesehatan masyarakat, bimbingan teknis, pengawasan dokumen kesehatan, surveilans faktor penyakit tidak menular pada kantor cabang kesehatan pelabuhan di provinsi riau seperti Kantor Selat Panjang, Kantor Tanjung Buton, Kantor Siak Sri Indrapura, Kantor Buatan, Kantor Sei. Duku, Kantor Kampung Dalam, kantor KKP Bangkinang dan Kantor Kuantan Singingi. Adapun pengolahan data masih belum teritegrasi dengan baik sehingga susah dalam melakukan pendataan dokumen dan informasi dari hasil kegiatan dinas luar, sementara pengadaan komputer dan sumber daya ada. Dan kegiatan ini selalu dilakukan tiap kegiatan sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengontrol data-data kegiatan dan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi ketertarikan penulis untuk membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi karyawan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru supaya lebih efisien dalam menjalankan kegiatan. Relational Database management System (RDBMS) adalah kumpulan data yang disimpan secara sistematis di dalam komputer yang dapat diolah atau dimanipulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak (program aplikasi) untuk menghasilkan informasi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi RDBMS sehingga aplikasi berbasis online dapat diakses kapan dan dimana saja dari tempat karyawan melakukan kegiatan dinas luar dapat langsung meng-input dan pengolahan data untuk penyajian informasi yang lebih cepat ke kantor pusat pelabuhan pekanbaru dan dengan pendekatan metode System development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam penyelesaian masalah kegiatan dinas luar, sehingga diharapkan pengolahan data dapat terintegrasi dan lebih efisien dalam pendataan informasi, dengan demikian diharapkan dapat membantu pihak kantor dalam pengolahan data yang lebih efisien dan lebih aman khususnya dalam pengolahan data dinas luar pada kantor kesehatan pelabuhan pekanbaru

AbstractAn object-oriented medical database management system is presented for a typical cardiologic center, facilitating epidemiological trials. Object-oriented analysis and design were used for the system design, offering advantages for the integrity and extendibility of medical information systems. The system was developed using object-oriented design and programming methodology, the C++ language and the Borland Paradox Relational Data Base Management System on an MS-Windows NT environment. Particular attention was paid to system compatibility, portability, the ease of use, and the suitable design of the patient record so as to support the decisions of medical personnel in cardiovascular centers. The system was designed to accept complex, heterogeneous, distributed data in various formats and from different kinds of examinations such as Holter, Doppler and electrocardiography.
