With the extension of information technology, human resource management has experienced fundamental changes. One of the most important issues in human resource management is performance evaluation. Unlike number of studies in employee performance evaluation, there is a lack for systematic and quantitative approaches. Issues such as incomplete information, subjective and qualitative metrics, and also the difficulty of evaluating the performance are the main problems of this field. Hence, the current study exploits the capabilities of information systems and presents an approach for quantitative and automatic evaluation of employee performance in office automation systems. The results reveal the automatic employee performance evaluation system is a discrete dimension for employee performance evaluation systems.

With the development of human resource management, the function of human resource becomes more prominent in performance management in enterprises. By using strategic and coherent approach, we can measure the performance of employees which individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. Because human resource management (HRM) is a multiple dimensional system, the HRM performance evaluation should be taken peer variables into account. So, we proposed a peer appraisal method, denoted as TOPSIS, to evaluate the performance of human resource in enterprises. Before we applied TOPSIS methodology, the indexes for measuring the HR performance should be identified firstly. Based on the basic traits of HRM, the indexes are identified by grey correlation analysis. A peer performance evaluation frame based on grey theory and TOPSIS methodology is proposed in this paper. Using the HRM performance evaluation frame, we applied in 45 scientific material enterprises in Jilin province and drew corresponding constructive conclusions.

Performance evaluation is one of the human resource management activities that is important for achieving the goals of the construction industry company. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of BUMN industry companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. An evaluation of financial performance was carried out on PT WaskitaKarya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in the period of 2015-2018. The results showed that the profitability, solvency and liquidity tests stated that the four BUMN were able to produce large profits, with a gross profit margin that was far above the industry average. The gross profit margin value is in the range of 93.522%-101.436%, far above the industry average of 30%. However, the ability of the company to make a large gross profit is burdened by sales costs and a large interest rate, so that the net profit margin decreases, ranging from 2.848%-9.468%. The results of the evaluation of solvency and liquidity show that the four companies are inadequate in using their debts to finance all of their assets, as well as having a low ability to repay their debts.
