In this study it comes under the observation that there is a big effect on employees through Leadership skills. These effective practices make stronger to organization and another aspect with this observation is to clearly justify the effect of styles in a different way like Democratic, autocratic, and participative style on employees for enhancing their performance. The main objective with great Guidance it was analyzed that obviously autocratic style has much effect on employee performance inside the organization. On other side the way of participative is quietly good for further efficiency raising up. This study is based on qualitative approach, whereas Secondary research is on prior behalf. The reason behind this study is to have further discussion widely on employees’ performance as the readers can get bunch of knowledge about it. In secondary research it will be added to putt data via reports general information magazines and general Journal. Making widely valuable to this article it came to know that there is greater impact of Leadership style on employees acts the roe of behavior and its performance. Democratic style is highly useful beneficial for employees at all times while the participation style is also beneficial for employee’s performance on a long-term duration Few further recommendations are under the discussion in this thesis.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sampling obtained is as many as 80 employees from PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The t test shows that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a value of 0.000, the perceived organizational support variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( Y) with a value of 0.000, and the motivation variable (X3 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (y) with a value of 0.004. In the F test results employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000.  Keywords: Employee engagement, perceived organizational support, motivation, employee

Quality human resources are a determining factor in improving the performance of a business organization. The performance of a business organization is largely determined by the performance of its employees, and this is the main reason for this research. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research approach is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires in the field and secondary data obtained in finished form, has been collected and processed by other parties. The number of samples taken in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation are the determining variables in an effort to improve employee performance Keywords : Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the impact of three determinants of organizational identification (OID) on employee performance (EP) in the context of private business institutions. Design/methodology/approach A sample of 175 permanent faculty members from four top universities in Karachi, Pakistan, was interviewed using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data were inserted in SPSS 22 and SmartPLS v 3.2 for performing the analysis. Findings Results of the study showed a significant effect in perceived supervisor support on OID; OID; job satisfaction and EP; and mediating relationship. Conversely, an insignificant effect was observed in workplace incivility. Research limitations/implications It is highly recommended that organizations work on the areas that lead to enhancing their employees’ performance. Also, human resource should create a healthy culture that promotes initiatives, open-door policies and discourages power distance. Lastly, one of the key responsibilities of management is to strengthen their OID because employees are more likely to identify with their supervisors if they invest in the organizations they work for. Practical implications This study will help strengthen the relationship between supervisors and university employees. It will guide the supervisors to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of their subordinates and develop recreational policies and employee engagement activities. In addition, it will help develop a conducive environment and enhance the quality of education in the university and the society. Originality/value Understanding the determinants of OID on EP in the educational context is very important as it enhances the quality of EP and the overall quality of education of the institution.

The purpose of this research journal is to find out how much "The Influence of Good Corporate Governance, Work Life Balance, Talent Management and Person Organization Fit on Employee Performance at the Planning, Research and Development Agency (Bapelitbang) of Bukittinggi City. Methods of collecting data through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires with a sample of 34 respondents.The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of data analysis concluded, partially there is a positive and significant effect of Good Corporate Governance on Employee Performance. Partially there is a positive and significant effect of work life balance on employee performance. Partially there is a positive and significant influence of Talent Management on Employee Performance. Partially there is a positive and significant effect of Personorganization Fit on Employee Performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of Good Corporate Governance, Work Life balance, Talent Management, Personorganization Fit on Employee Performance. The contribution of Good Corporate Governance, Work Life balance, Talent Management, Personorganization Fit variables is 0.641 or 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is influenced by other variables

In fact, the work performance of employees does not match the expectations of an agency, and they still encounter low employee performance. As a result of low employee performance, the impact on agency productivity decreases and cannot meet the targets set by the agency, so that the agency suffers losses and experiences obstacles in its development. Meanwhile, for employees who have low work performance, it will hinder the career development and income of the employee.Descriptive analysis is a research method that provides an overview regarding situations and events so that this method intends to Base data accumulation applies.From the results of the analysis with the number of respondents as many as 63 people, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office. 2) Leaders are expected to improve the promotion appraisal system based on performance and work results. 3) Maintaining the current good condition of employees, who are able to work hard to get awards, a well-developed family atmosphere and an interesting and challenging work atmosphere has been created.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of work environment, motivastion and compensation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, This study used porposive sampling technique where the selected sample was 50 respondents who were employees of  PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, a financial services provider company, the date were analyzed throught Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), method and SMARTPLS 3 dfe to the small number of targeted respondent from result of the study, it was found that the environment, motivation, and compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, beside job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance moreover the intervening varable namely job satisfaction could partially moderate exogenous variable Keyword: work environment, work motivation, compensation, performance, job satisfaction

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas mengenai audit operasional pada PT. M 10 yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Alang-alang Lebar Tanjung Siapi-api Palembang. Fokus penelitian ini pada bagian customer service terkait dengan sistem akuntansi return/refund yang pada dasarnya aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut sering kali terjadi pada perusahaan-perusahaan retail seperti halnya PT. M 10. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana audit operasional atas sistem akuntansi refund/return penjualan serta peranannya terhadap omset. Penelitian ini dilakukan tidak hanya untuk mengetahui apakah audit operasional atas sistem akuntansi return/refund penjualan memiliki peran terhadap omset tetapi juga untuk memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Perusahaan harus memberikan kenyamanan akan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi , wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik yang disarankan oleh Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi, display, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dari pihak customer internal maupun customer eksternal sama-sama menyatakan setuju jika audit operasional atas sistem akuntansi return/refund pada PT. M 10 Tanjung Siapi-api Palembang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan omset perusahaan terlihat dari kinerja karyawan yang membaik dengan adanya kunjungan audit store dan kepuasan pelanggan yang didapati customer yang membuat kunjungan di store semakin ramai dan banyak yang melakukan transaksi. Abstract This study discusses the operational audit at PT. M 10 which is located in Alang-alang Lebar District, Tanjung Siapi-api, Palembang. The focus of this research is on the customer service department related to the return/refund accounting system which basically these activities often occur in retail companies such as PT. M 10. The purpose of this study is to find out how the operational audit of the sales refund/return accounting system and its role in turnover. This research was conducted not only to determine whether the operational audit of the sales return/refund accounting system has a role in turnover but also to provide input to the company in achieving company goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Companies must provide convenience for service to customers. This research is qualitative research. The data were obtained by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed using the technique suggested by Miles and Huberman, namely reduction, display, and conclusion. The results of the study show that both internal and external customers both agree that the operational audit of the return/refund accounting system at PT. M 10 Tanjung Siapi-api Palembang affects the development of company turnover, as can be seen from the improved employee performance with store audit visits and customer satisfaction found by customers, which makes store visits more crowded and many make transactions.

Refratech Mandala Perkasa (RMP) is a refractory cement manufacturing company. The company also operates in the manufacture of refractory cement made for repair of hot coatings, boilers, rotary kilns, incinerators, ovens and chemicals for steel metals, as well as ferrous & non ferrous foundries. In this company there are contract employees and permanent employees, contract employees are employees or workers whose working period is limited by a certain time according to the agreement within the company. While permanent employees are workers whose working period is approximately until they receive certain benefits according to the work agreement. This research was conducted to assist companies in decision support using the Topsis method in determining the appointment of contract employees to permanent employees based on predetermined criteria, namely Knowledge and Skills at work, Quantity and Quality of Work, Job Responsibilities, Initiatives in Work, and Compliance. on rules or discipline. The results of this study indicate that the determination of the ranking of prospective permanent employees can be obtained from the calculation results of the TOPSIS method, where the results of prospective employees are based on predetermined administrative criteria. Prospective permanent employees who have the highest rank have the right to be selected first. The accuracy of the implementation of the TOPSIS method on the system plays a major role in the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's services to consumers compared to before the system was implemented. With the implementation of this DSS system, it can help companies to make it easier to make decisions to survey prospective permanent employees and optimize employee performance.
