ABSTRACT Here, we report the genome sequence of Tenacibaculum mesophilum strain ECR, which was isolated from the river/ocean interface at Trunk River in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The isolation and sequencing were performed as part of the 2016 and 2018 Microbial Diversity courses at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

We report here the draft genome sequence of a strain of Tenacibaculum discolor (Bacteroidetes) that was isolated from the river-ocean interface at Trunk River in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The isolation and genomic sequencing were performed during the 2016 and 2018 Microbial Diversity summer programs at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

Rhizobium tropici SARCC-755 is a free-living soil bacterium that formed nodules on pigeonpea roots in the present study. However, the draft genome sequence reveals that this Rhizobium species contains the nolR gene but lacks the common nodulation (nodABC) genes and probably uses other pathways to induce nodules on the legume plant.

Vibrio species of the Harveyi clade are commonly found in free-living and host-associated marine habitats. Here, we report the draft genome sequence for a Harveyi clade bacterium, Vibrio sp. strain LB10LO1, which was isolated from the Atlantic brief squid Lolliguncula brevis.

ABSTRACTWe report the 4.0-Mb genome sequence ofBacillus isronensisstrain B3W22 isolated from air collected at an altitude ranging from 27 to 30 km above the city of Hyderabad, in India. This genome sequence will contribute to the objective of determining the microbial diversity of the upper atmosphere.

Erwinia dacicola is a dominant endosymbiont of the pestiferous olive fly. Its genome is similar in size and GC content to those of free-living Erwinia species, including the plant pathogen Erwinia amylovora.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.

ABSTRACT Vibrio harveyi is a Gram-negative bacterium associated with vibriosis in penaeid shrimp. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of a V. harveyi strain isolated from Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) during a vibriosis outbreak. The availability of this genome will aid future studies of vibriosis in shrimp aquaculture.

ABSTRACT Some species of the genus Cellulophaga have been reported as having biotechnological interests and noteworthy physiological properties. We report here the draft genome sequence of Cellulophaga lytica CECT 8139, a bacterium that produces an intensely iridescent colony biofilm on agar surfaces.
