Being established in the requirement of teaching and practice, and connecting to the development of process equipment and control engineering specialty, a suit of experiment teaching instrument is designed, which relates to process control, automation, survey and control and correlative specialties. By the instrument, students can taste the actualizing of process equipment control and the application of advanced technology when learning engineering theory. This stimulates their enthusiasm in specialty courses study and enhances their practice capability and creative thinking

Currently, the education of engineering college faces the pivotal problem of how to improve students' engineering practice ability. Combining the practice teaching system of engineering practice ability cultivation for the major of process equipment and control engineering in our college, four-year continuous persistent cultivation of engineering drawing ability can improve the students' engineering practice ability effectively and practically.

Engineering talent training quality is important for the development of engineering education in China, and the excellence engineer program is an important measure for talent training, and the reform of engineering specialty can be also carried out depending on it; therefore, the construction and evaluation of talent training mode of engineering specialty based on excellent engineer program are studied in this research. First, relevant studies in engineering education are analyzed. Second, the engineering education status in China is discussed. Third, the main problems of engineering education in China are analyzed according to the questionnaire interview data. And the reform measures of the engineering talent training mode for a process equipment and control engineering specialty in a university are analyzed. And then the talent training reform evaluation of this process equipment and control engineering specialty is carried out based on a novel hierarchical analysis method, the evaluation index system is established by questionnaire survey, and optimal membership degree is obtained, which shows the superiority of the excellent engineer program. Finally, several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the smooth implementation of excellent engineer program.

In this paper, the cultivation mode of scientific research quality of undergraduates majoring in materials forming and control engineering was introduced. The goal of the major is cultivate applied talents of high quality. The authors had designed a training program_SEE Plan to cultivate the scientific research innovation consciousness and capability of undergraduates. Moreover, the authors had made full use of Beijing's academic resources such as various academic meeting of the professional to train the ability of communication of the undergraduates. Through several years cultivation, the undergraduates majoring in materials forming and control engineering had achieved considerable academic achievements, including academic papers, patents application and samples. The work is helpful of cultivating the undergraduates with strong science and technology innovation consciousness and has important theoretical meaning and practical application value in undergraduates cultivation.
