ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia memberikan dampak langsung terhadap industri pariwisata, khususnya industri perhotelan yang terpaksa tutup di Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pelayanan penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh staf Housekeeping dan Front Office dalam mengurangi risiko terpaparnya karyawan oleh tamu. Berdasarkan data PHRI Sumatera Barat sudah 50% hotel tutup, 30% melakukan kegiatan (50% dengan cara merumahkan karyawan dengan sistem unpaid dan 50% digaji), 20% lagi masih beroperasi dengan melakukan kegiatan katering dan menjual makanan siap saji, dan ada juga dengan cara menyewakan kamar untuk isolasi mandiri. Pandemi ini merupakan masalah yang serius, maka dari itu hotel wajib memiliki sumber daya manusia yang memiliki pemahaman baik mengenai ilmu Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) khususnya dalam Standar Operasional Prosedur penanganan tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi kepada seluruh karyawan hotel Whiz Prime Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelayanan penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh staf Housekeeping dan Front Office sudah baik namun masih ada yang perlu diperbaiki, dan luaran penelitian ini berupa pengembangan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Kata Kunci :  Covid-19, Hotel Whiz Prime Padang, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Manajemen Risiko OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK MANAGEMENT AT WHIZ PRIME HOTEL IN PARTICIPATION TO PREVENT COVID-19 ABSTRACTCovid-19 in Indonesia gives a direct impact on the Indonesian tourism industry, particularly the hotel industry, which was forced to close in West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to identify the implementation of health protocol services by housekeeping and front office staff in reducing the risk of employee exposure to guests. Based on West Sumatra PHRI data, 50% hotels have closed, 30% are carrying out activities (50% by laying off employees with an unpaid system and 50% are paid), 20% are still operating by catering and selling ready-to-eat food, and how to rent out a room for self-isolation. This pandemic is a serious problem, therefore the hotel needs to have human resources who have a good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), especially in the Standard Operating Procedure for guest handling to avoid local transmissions. In this study, the method used is descriptive analysis to all employees of the Whiz Prime Padang hotel. The data collection technique uses a saturated sample technique with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire to identify risks. The results showed that the service activities of implementing health protocols by the Housekeeping and Front Office staff were good, but there were still things that needed to be improved, and the outcome of this study was the development of standard operating procedures.Keywords:  Covid-19, Hotels, K3, Risk Management

This study aims to develop English language materials of front office for second semester students of the eleventh grade at SMK N 2 Singaraja. This study adopts the Design and Development (D&D) which is guided by data collection through six instruments, namely questionnaires for teacher and front office staff, Google form for teachers and students, checklist for students, and checklist for expert judges. There are three stages that the researcher takes to complete this study, namely designing, developing, and evaluating the quality of the teaching materials (product) so that it can be categorized as a good material. The result is that there are four topics developed by the researcher, namely (1) Renewal of reservations, (2) Cancellation of reservations, (3) Handling of group reservations orally and in writing, and (4) Handling of individual reservations orally and in writing.

This study aims to design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for shipping companies in PT Bintan Samudra Pacific. The administration is an instruction that becomes an important factor in the success of a shipping company to control transportation operations. PT BSP which requires a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) flow which is expected to be a reference and guide in conducting administrative activities that can facilitate the management of data related to the division of marketing administration, personnel administration, and financial administration. The method used in the design of SOPs is made by summarizing and analyzing several data obtained from data collection and evaluating business processes that have been carried out. From this research, SOP administration in shipping, marketing, personnel, and financial administration can be used as a guide in data management integrated.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is an instrument that contains the processes and procedures of an activity based on a standard that has been standardized. This study determined the effect of the application of standard operating procedures on the effectiveness of financial services, especially at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This research used a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted to test the effect of the tested variables, namely the application of SOP (X) to IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo financial services (Y). The results showed that the application of SOP conducted at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo influenced financial services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. In its implementation, the SOP implemented at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has made financial services easier and more directed.

<span>This research aimed to develop instructional media for occupational safety and health android-based for vocational schools. The second aim is to determine the feasibility of instructional media and student responses. The type of research is research and development (R&amp;D) with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) method, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with fourth scales. Data collection used an assessment questionnaire for two experts and 103 users. Research data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive analysis. This study's results have produced products in the form of android-based instructional media for Occupational Safety and Health. In this study, we designed and developed an application called Zerosicks for mobile devices to help students learn occupational safety and health principles. The results of testing for all features and navigation work well and under their <span>functions. The assessment results by content experts, media experts, and students as users indicate that this media has a very decent level of eligibility. Suggestions for product development are to</span> add videos to the media, provide selected music, and add discussion forums for users.</span>

One of Ibn Taymiyah's thoughts (d. 728 H / 1328 AD) that economic transactions are aimed at justice that can only be realized if all the contracts are based on the willingness to agree from all parties, is very interesting to research the practice of financing agreements in Islamic financial institutions (LKS) which in this case Baitul Mal Wat-Tamwil (BMT). The purpose of this study is to find out how much the principle of justice is the basis for the implementation of the financing contract for the parties to the contract. The study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The research was conducted at BMT Tumang, one of the national-scale BMTs that has contributed to the growth of the sharia microeconomic system. The results showed that Ibn Taymiyah's thoughts regarding the foundation of morality and justice had been applied in the financing agreement at BMT Tumang, it was stated in the Operational Management Standards (SOM) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of BMT Tumang. Purpose - It is pertinent for the government and tourism marketers of particular destinations to have a better understanding of tourists’ motivations to choose a destination. Since there is little academic knowledge in the tourism industry in Indonesia, this study explores the factors which motivate international tourists to select Indonesia as a vacation destination.  Design – Besides the theoretical implication of this research regarding tourism industry in Indonesia, this study also gives practical application into the matter of tourism industry in Indonesia. Methodology - Self-administrated questionnaires consisting of three sections were distributed randomly to 400 international tourists at the Jakarta International Airport (Soekarno-Hatta) and some popular tourist areas around Jakarta. Data collection was conducted from June to September 2016. Related analyses such as a multivariate analysis and a descriptive analysis were used to answer the objectives of this research. Findings - The findings show the motivations underlying choosing Indonesia for a vacation spot and why these factors should be considered by the Indonesian government and tourism marketers in developing marketing strategies. Originality - This article is one of the limited researches regarding tourism industry in Indonesia and definitely one of the few which discussing about the motivations of international tourists to that destination.

<p>This research was conducted to find out how the responsibility of the Hospital front office staff in serving prospective patients. The study was conducted descriptively by direct observation and a brief interview with the front office supervisor. The writing of this report is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of various information relating to the provision of services to hospital customers. Methods of data collection using documentation studies, field studies and literature studies. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented descriptively. The conclusion can be drawn that the Mekarsari Hospital's Front Office has not been able to provide the best services for patients and their families, and in the Duties and Responsibilities of Front Office Staff must be able to create services that are Quick Response to problems, effective, efficient and prioritize patient safety.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Front Office, Hospital, Customers</p>

Morotai tourism destination is located in North Molucas Province and directly bordering with Philippines. Morotai tourism destination is one of the ten national priority tourism destination of the Republic Indonesia. Kabupaten Pulau Morotai also has one area that is used as a Special Economic Zone based on the development of tourism industry. Tourism development in this region involves many institutions, both from the government sector and from the private sector. This research was proposed to nd out about: (1) Fnding out about the role of public and private sector in the development of Morotai tourism destination, (2) Finding out the impact of all programs which run by all sector for the Morotai tourism destination area. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data collection using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and institutional surveys to be able to explore the phenomena that occur at the research location. Interview respondents were determined based on purposive sampling with the selection of respondents based on their respective capacities in the development of tourism destination in Kabupaten Pulau Morotai and supported by secondary data that was deemed appropriate to the research context. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques to see sharper phenomena. This study produces the following ndings: (1) At present Central Government still dominates the course of destination development programs in Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, 2) One of the main impacts that occur is the improvement of infrastructure that supports tourism activities in Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. This condition shows that the Morotai Tourism Destinations have potential chance to become the core of tourism industry in North Moluccas Province.

The method used is descriptive qualitative, method of data collection in the form of observation, the study of the literature and interviews. The results of this research is the SOP or Standard Operating Procedure reception at State Polytechnic Bengkalis which can be used by default.  SOP type created is formats technical an form of format combinations.
