Today, the pre–school education system is undergoing major changes aimed at improving the quality of education. New approaches, methods, and programmes are being developed.  There is an increased need to introduce innovative technologies that are designed to gain new knowledge, accelerate the process of obtaining knowledge, improve the quality of education, and increase the motivation of children. The development of speech, which includes the ability to clearly pronounce sounds and distinguish them, to control the articulation apparatus, to correctly form a sentence, is one of the most urgent tasks that speech therapists at pre–school institutions should solve.

In this article we have focused on the types of innovative technologies used in biology, their importance and effectiveness. Due to the fact that the education system is continuously developing, without ceasing, the education system is moving from traditional to innovative. To become one of the 30 developed countries, it is important to educate a comprehensive generation, to educate a qualified educated specialist. The use of new innovative technologies in education is a requirement of modernity. Every teacher wants to diversify their lesson. After all, the use of modern innovative technologies is the key to improving the quality of education. Today, using innovative teaching methods, the main goal is to increase the student's abilities, instill interest in the subject, develop his curiosity, and form competencies. Today it is important that the student is not only educated, but also comprehensive, inquisitive, and the teacher is guided not only by knowledge, but also by skills.

The main problem of the low quality of education is that the person most responsible for education (parents) has given full trust to the teacher in the school so that the purpose of this study is how partnership between parents and teachers is intertwined in improving the quality of education in the school. Based on the theory that parents have a big role to play in the quality of school education and their participation can improve performance, especially in the foundation stage of the education system. This research method is to use qualitative research with sampling methods for parents and teachers in their expectations and forms of participation in improving the quality of education. The results of this study indicate that the expectation of parents and teachers is hight to build partnership and the form of their involvement is to constantly improve communication between them and ready to give fully what teachers need for their children's education.

This article describes the preferences of the teachers working in the No. 9 School at the High School Education System of the University of Guadalajara, with respect to the different ways of defining the quality of education. This research establishes a relationship between teachers’ adherence to the concepts of quality and their attitudes towards some central features of the Reform of High School Education (RIEMS). We use multiple linear regressions with some dummy variables and stepwise procedures. The conclusions suggest that the teacher´s adherence to certain concepts of quality favourably influences the attitudes of the teachers towards RIEMS and, therefore, facilitates the implementation of this reform.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

Необходимым условием совершенствования системы образования выступает создание новых, необходимых для цифровой экономики компетенций педагога. The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. A necessary condition for improving the education system is the creation of new teacher competencies necessary for the digital economy.

Islam dan Pluralisme Pendidikan Agama menjadikan agama sebagai konsep untuk menimbulkan rasa persatuan dalam ranah ukhuwah basyariyah dalam memajukan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan; Oleh karena itu, sistem pendidikanlah yang menjadikan agama sebagai nilai moral dan bukan lembaga formal yang terbentuk.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Therefore, the content of this article is aimed at revealing the importance of e-learning, at developing electronic materials, at characterizing the requirements for compiling electronic materials and the requirements for using electronic educational materials.

Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article discusses the main problems that arose during the transition to distance learning, the solution of which will raise the quality of education to a new level, including after the end of the new type of coronavirus pandemic. The authors highlight the organizational, technical and social problems in the process of organizing distance learning, the totality of which can be considered as a challenge to the education system.
