This study aimed to describe and explain the types of onomatopoeia found in Raditya Dika’s novel Manusia Setengah Salmon. Onomatopoeia refers to a word whose phonetic structure mimics a natural sound to represent the sound or action of the object that produces it. Onomatopoeia behaves differently in comparison to other processes of word formation. Its meaning lies outside the language itself due to its nature which is adopted from the natural sound. The data analysis technique was used in this research with descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe and explain the data according to the theory proposed by Thomas (2004) who divides onomatopoeia into four groups based on the source of the sound: calls of animals, sounds of nature, sounds made by human, and sounds of other objects. Based on the result, the four types of onomatopoeia were found in the novel under research: human onomatopoeia, animal onomatopoeia, object onomatopoeia, and daily life onomatopoeia. From the word class, onomatopoeic words used in the novel consists of adverb, adjective, noun, and verb.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020, (2) hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur, dan (3) cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020 yaitu tahun 2017 (85.62%), 2018 (87.32%), 2019 (75.99%), dan 2020 (68.76%). (2) Hambatan yang dialami dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran wajib pajak, dan tingkat pendapatan wajib pajak. (3) Cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan adalah dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak, dan dengan memeriksa tarif pajak. Kata Kunci: kepatuhan wajib PBB, hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB, dan cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB ANALYSIS OF COMPLIANCE WITH EARTH AND BUILDING TAXPAYERSRURAL AND URBAN (PBB P2) In TUTUR DISTRICT ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, (2) obstacles in realizing land and building taxpayer compliance in Tutur District, and (3) how to overcome obstacles in realizing taxpayer compliance. land and buildings in Tutur District. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data were collected by means of documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) Compliance with land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, namely 2017 (58.44%), 2018 (54.23%), 2019 (49.22%), and 2020 (32.04%). (2) The obstacles experienced in realizing the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District are the lack of understanding and awareness of taxpayers and the level of income of taxpayers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe aqidah, (2) describe worship, and (3) describe morals in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. This study aims to describe the image of Adonara women and the types of gender injustice experienced by female characters in the novel "Ikhtiar Cinta dari Adonara" by J. S. Maulana. This study uses a literary approach based on literary studies of feminism and gender. The object of research is the description of Adonara women and gender injustice found in the novel "Ikhtiar Cinta dari Adonara" by J. S. Maulana. The source of data in this study is the novel “Ikhtiar Cinta Adonara’ by J. S Maulana. The novel written by J. S. Maulana consists of 320 pages. Published by Kaysa Media (Puspa Swara Group) in 2014. The data analysis technique was done by reducing data, presenting data analysis and interpreting the data and summarizing the results of research in order to obtain a picture of the image of women in the novel "Ikhtiar Cinta dari Adonara" by J. S. Maulana. In this study, researchers analyzed two female figures to describe the image of women in the novel. The results obtained are (a) The image of a woman, namely the figure of Syarifah, is a Muslim who is devout in worship and always submits to God, a woman who is educated, tough, has positive thoughts, is courageous and principled, is humble, and a woman who loves sincerely. (b) Fatimah's self-image, namely women who are willing to sacrifice, are brave and have principles, (c) gender injustice is found, namely marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, and workload.

<p><em>Language style is operated to convey ideas and thoughts as well as to express intentions and to show who the speakers themselves. In the era of glory for You-tube, this research focuses on categorizing the language style used by the Indonesian Minister of Education in Najwa program uploaded in Najwa You-tube channel. The researcher used qualitative research to analyze and describe language style used in the transcript of video interview and document analysis. The data of this research is in the form of utterances. The data analysis technique was obtained through qualitative analysis by doing three steps; organizing and familiarizing, coding and reducing, and interpreting and representing. Researchers only found 3 styles, namely: casual style, intimate style and consultative. This research gives contribution in learning the character leadership shown by the Indonesian Minister of Education.</em></p>

This study aims to see the abundance of macrobenthos and those that dominate macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan village, Bua sub-district, Luwu district and also to see its diversity index. This research was conducted in September 2020 on the coast of Karang-Karangan, Bua District, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research that describes the existence of macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data. The results of the research on the diversity of macrobenthos showed a low level of diversity, namely station I 0.57, station II 0.22 and station III 0.43.

AbstrakSalah satu manfaat pariwisata adalah untuk memperkuat preservasi warisanbudaya dan tradisi. Dalam konteks itu, penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahamicara masyarakat Kampung Naga mewariskan nilai-nilai budayanya melalui kegiatanpariwisata pendidikan. Teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kepustakaandigunakan untuk mengumpulkan datanya. Metode analisis datanya menggunakananalisis kualitatif interpretatif, sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan modelinteraktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pariwisata dimanfaatkanoleh masyarakat Kampung Naga untuk mewariskan nilai-nilai budayanya kepadapelajar dan mahasiswa melalui pariwisata pendidikan. Nilai-nilai budaya masyarakatKampung Naga yang dapat dinikmati wisatawan melalui atraksi wisata budaya tangibledan intangible diwariskan pada pelajar dan mahasiswa dengan cara tinggal dan terlibatdalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Dengan cara itu, pelajar dan mahasiswa dapat secaraintensif mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya masyarakat Kampung Naga karena terbanguninteraksi sosial yang intim antara pelajar/mahasiswa dengan masyarakat KampungNaga. Kesempatan itu hanya diberikan pada pelajar dan mahasiswa, tidak pada seluruhwisatawan, apalagi wisatawan mancanegara.Kata kunci: pariwisata pendidikan, pewarisan budaya, manfaat pariwisataAbstractOne of the benefits of tourism is to reinforce the preservation of cultural heritage andtraditions. In that context, the writing of this article aims to understand the way Kampung Nagacommunity bequeaths its cultural values through educational tourism activities. Observationtechniques, in-depth interviews, and literature studies were used to collect data. The method of dataanalysis used interpretative qualitative analysis, while the data analysis technique used interactivemodel. The results shows that the tourism activities are utilized by Kampung Naga community tobequeath on cultural values to students through educational tourism. Cultural values of KampungNaga community that can be enjoyed by tourists through tangible and intangible culturalattractions are bequeathed on to the students by staying and engaging in their daily life. That way,the students can intensively learn about the cultural values of Kampung Naga community becauseof the intimate social interaction between the students and the Kampung Naga community. Thatopportunity is only given to the students, not to all tourists, moreover foreign tourists.Keywords: educational tourism, cultural heritage, tourism benefits
