The paper considers the one of the most important factors that indirectly assesses the serviceability of rail fastening — a number of arising faults in geometry of rail track. On the initial stage the authors have studied sections of railway track with ARS-4, ZhBR-65Sh and Vossloh rail fastening. In result of the study, the authors have got dependencies and made conclusions that characterize the serviceability of railway track on sections with specified types of rail fastening.

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate 4 cases with bi-lateral ectopic mandibular canines and to demonstrate in each case which one of the two canines erupted to a normal position in the dental arch. The canines are observed from Orthopantomograms from 4 children (aged 8-13 years of age) in the mixed dentitions stages. Of these children 2 were males and 2 were females. From each child there was between 3-5 Orthopantomograms. These were observed over 3-4 years period. In each of the 4 cases with bi-lateral ectopia of the mandibular canines the one mandibular canine erupted into a normal position, while the other one declined into a horizontal position during the mixed dentition period. These 4 cases demonstrated that the inclination of the canines were important to observe and diagnose from the initial stage (first ortopantomogram). The cases presented, demonstrated that the unsuccessfully erupted canines ending in a horizontal position, were the canines which inclined slightly more that the contra lateral canine already from the initial stage.

The numerical simulation of the ice melting processes in internal melt-ice-on-tube which is applied widely in the ice storage system is carried out. The dynamic mathematical models about melting are established and solved by using enthalpy method. Natural convection of the melted water in the course of melting is studied, and natural convection influences on single tube in melting heat transfer process is analyzed under the related parameters. Several conclusions are obtained:1. Because of natural convection of the melted water, the curve of melting interface is no longer a circle, but a curve changing with angle. The melting radius reaches minimum at the bottom and maximum at the top.2. The one with natural convention is compared to the other not considered. At initial stage, the influence of natural convection is smaller in the course of melting. However, the influence of natural convention increases along with melting.

The article examines some of the issues of the formation and evolution of the genre of the story in Circassian literature. The relevance of the study is due, on the one hand, to the insufficient development of the stated topic, on the other hand, to the need to identify trends in the development of national prose, starting from the problems of its genesis. In the center of research attention is the ideological and thematic orientation of the Circassian story mainly of the initial stage of evolution, i.e. Soviet era. In particular, the author examines the stories of S. Temirov, I. Amirokov, M. Adamokov, H. Gashokov and others, who laid the foundations of the genre in Circassian literature. During the indicated period, the Circassian tale was the first attempt to comprehend the problems of collective farms, youth brigades, the Soviet attitude to work, the range of urgent problems of young people, their aspirations, the formation of the criteria of Soviet morality. It also reflects various aspects of the Great Patriotic War, mainly as a war for independence. The research uses the method of artistic analysis. The results obtained can be used in compiling special courses on Adyghe (Kabardino-Circassian) prose, writing the history of the literature of the peoples of the North Caucasus.

In contrast to the vast literature on verifying the importance of formal R&D activities measured as patent registrations, this paper explores the possibility of not patent but trademark-driven path of latecomer firms’ technological development. The study is motivated by the evidence from the Korean data showing the existence of two groups of sectors where firms in the one group tended to file more trademarks than patents. We find that in the first group of sectors, like food, apparel, and pharmaceuticals, trademarks have been the most applied form of the IPRs with a much large number of their registrations than patents from the initial stage of development until recently, whereas in the second group of sectors, like electronics and automobiles, the main IPR form has been patents. Regressions on the determinants about this bifurcation find that the trademark groups are those sectors involving more tacit knowledge and/or domestic market orientation associated with slow progress in technological capabilities. The results are important because it implies the existence of alternative path of economic development by the latecomer firms in different sectors, beside the patent-driven path which is already verified in Kim et al. ( 2012 ). Appropriate intellectual property protection and economic growth in countries at different levels of development. The article is dedicated to the research of identifying the changes of significant necessities, that are typical for thepersonality of combatants in the course of the rehabilitation period. In order to identify significant necessities, that are typical forthe personality of combatants the method of color selection has been used. It is referred to the necessities that are determinedby main colors: the necessity of satisfaction and affection, the necessity of self-empowerment, the necessity of achievement, obtainment, power; the necessity of social activity and emotional engagement. When interpreting the results, the orientationwas aimed at the first, second and seventh and eight positions, though we had the intention to receive the information concerning the main way of action and its purpose, the one that the researcher is planning to reach as well as his suppressednecessities. At the initial stage of research within the experimental group (EG) the main necessities and tendencies were focused onactivity, the emotional engagement, and simultaneously the necessity to lose the actual reality. At the final stage of researchprominent remains the necessity to stay active, and emotionally engaged there’s no longer a necessity to lose the actual real ity.Prior becomes the need to fortify ones’ position. The main necessities of the control group were: the need to sense intense affiliation, the tendency to achieve externalprotection and emotional comfort; the need to be emotionally engaged, active, the tendency to be passive. When comparing thefixed stages of the experiment we could obviously claim that the prior necessities of control groups under research havepractically not changed. However, at the final stages of research there turned out to be features of harmonizing the personality.

Abstract. The relevance of the topic of the study is due on the one hand to the wide spread of the disease among the female population of the second mature age period, and on the other, to the significant health effects of physical exercise on the human body. We proposed the structure and content of the adaptive physical recreation technique, justified the effectiveness of its effect. The purpose of the study was to develop the content of classes within the framework of adaptive motor recreation, which contribute to the improvement of the functional state of the body of women with pathologies of the cardiovascular system. The object of the study is the process of adaptive motor recreation of women of the second mature age period. The subject of the study is the content of the method of adaptive motor recreation for women of the second mature age period with cardiovascular diseases. The proposed method of training has stage structure with a certain orientation as well as structure in parts of a specific activities. We carried out the experimental part of the study on the basis of the fitness studio “Happy Dance” (Tambov), where we formed a group of women 35–55 years old with heart and vascular diseases in the initial stage. Recreational activities, including therapeutic gymnastics, have shown their effectiveness, expressed in the gradual improvement of indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate.
