Patient safety is an important component in care and measures to improve the quality of service quality. The strategy of implementing patient safety has been carried out with various efforts in the hospital environment. The highest number of patient safety data by province in Banten is 125 reports, and Jakarta is 105 reports. This study aimed to determine factor-factors related to the behavior of the application of patient safetyto the nursein the Emergency Room Installation of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara in 2018.The study design was cross sectional in which the samples were taken by total sampling method. The study population was nurses in the emergency room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang numbered 37 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Univariate research results showed that of 37 respondents 30 respondents (81.1%) had a good level of knowledge, 21 respondents (56.8%) had positive attitudes, 30 respondents (81.1%) had years of service≥5 years, and 20 respondents (54.1%) have good behavior. Bivariate analysis results show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge(P value = 0.002), attitude (P value = 0.003) and work period ≥5 years (P value = 0.027) with the application of patient safety behavior to nurses. Researchers expect that the hospital able to refresh the application of patient safety to all nurses on a regular basis every six months.

Implementation of IMD in hospitals has decreased from the previous year and has not reached the target set by the government. Some IMD implementation processes have not been carried out according to applicable standards. So that babies do not get an IMD in accordance with existing SOPs. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the implementation of the IMD by midwives in the Midwifery and Maternity Room Emergency Room (IGD) at the Anutapura General Hospital in Palu. This research method is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was that all midwives in the obstetrics emergency room and maternity room at Anutapura Palu Hospital were 37 respondents. The sample in this study is total sampling. The analysis used was univariate, and bivariate analysis using the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of statistical tests on variable knowledge of midwives with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.018 (p value <0.05). APN training with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.697 (p value> 0.05). length of work with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.029 (p value <0.05). and peer support with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.007 (p value <0.05). Conclusions there is a relationship between knowledge, length of work, peer support with the implementation of the IMD, and training factors that have nothing to do with IMD implementation. The strongest factor in the relationship is peer support. It is recommended that the Anutarapura Palu Hospital be able to motivate midwives so that they can further enhance their role in the implementation and provide support to their colleagues so that the implementation of the IMD can be carried out in accordance with applicable standards. Keywords: Knowledge, APN Training, Duration of work, Implementation of IMD

The safety of hospital patients is the hospital system to make patient care safer. Safe from the possibility of the risk of Patient Safety Incidents (IKP). One that can override the Model COPA patient safety is requesting more competent, safe practices, verified by examination performance. This study used a descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The goal is to obtain COPA analysis model approach and the determinant factors of nurses with patient safety. The population is all nurses in inpatient hospital Abdul Manap city of Jambi. The number of samples in this study were 50 nurses using total sampling technique. In the bivariate analysis, obtained variables skills assessment and intervention, communication, critical thinking, human caring and relations of social, management, leadership, teaching and integration of science, gender, type of education, length of work, married status, employment status, accreditation campus, GPA, there is a significant association with patient safety with p-value <0.005. Meanwhile, to test each dependent variable and independent variables used chi square test. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression. For that to hospitals in hiring the necessary consideration in terms of the skill factor, for workforce training nurses for patient safety and hospital complements the SPO and equipment less.

Triage was important to allow quick and precise identification with every patient arriving at the emergency room, in order to avoid exacerbating the patient's condition on emergency care. So that patients with critical conditions will be given priority compared to patients with stable condition. Triage nurse is the first to receive patients in the emergency room, this interaction affects all patients in the ER and be very important on the condition number of patient visits that much. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors associated with the implementation of triage by nurses in ER Hospital Type C Malang. This study uses comparative analytic design with cross sectional approach. Using total sampling against the 35 sample period  May 2, 2016 -  May 26, 2016. The results of the bivariate analysis of unknown factors related to the implementation of the triage nurse is the factor of emergency training (p value = 0.021). Improve skills of emergency nurses  through education and training and training in emergency triage standardized. Keywords: Training, implementation triage

The response time or emergency response time is a combination of the response time when the patient arrives at the hospital door until he gets a response from the Emergency Room staff with the service time needed to finish the 5 minute emergency handling process, this study aims to determine the factors Related to the Response Time of Nurses in Suspected Covid 19 Patients in the Emergency Room at the Hermina Jatinegara Hospital. This study used a descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses who served in the emergency room of Hermina Jatinegara Hospital, amounting to 30 people, the sample was taken using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis in the form of chi-square test. Obtained univariate analysis showed that the level of emergency patients in the Emergency Room was more dominated by yellow category emergency patients, namely as many as 13 patients (43.3%), most of the emergency room nurses had the skills of skilled category nurses, namely 19 nurses (63.3%), Generally, the workload of IGD nurses in the light category was 20 nurses (66.7%), and the emergency response time was dominated by nurses whose response time category was good for patients with suspected Covid 19, namely 21 nurses (70.0%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the skills of nurses and the response time of nurses in suspected Covid 19 patients (p value = 0.042), there was a relationship between workload and nurse response time in patients with suspected Covid 19 (p value = 0.030), and there was a relationship between level of emergency with nurse response time in patients with suspected Covid 19 (p value = 0.028). It is hoped that students before carrying out their practice in the emergency room of the hospital can first take part in the BTCLS training so that they can be more skilled in performing emergency care so that the response time of nurses can be better

Sample of 58 people used a purposive sampling technique. Instruments used are communication and patient safety incidents risk questionnaires validity test already do. Data analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. Result: From tests are obtained score p = 0,004 result of p value < score α = 0,05 therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. OR Score as big 5,455 nurse communication not good with patient have risk 5,455 more big to safety incidents risk. Conclusion: There is a efect of nurse communication with patient satisfacation patient safety incidents risk.
