The paper presents the system of predicting the indicators of accreditation of technical universities based on J. Forrester mechanism of system dynamics. According to analysis of cause-and-effect relationships between selected variables of the system (indicators of accreditation of the university) there was built the oriented graph. The complex of mathematical models developed to control the quality of training engineers in Russian higher educational institutions is based on this graph. The article presents an algorithm for constructing a model using one of the simulated variables as an example. The model is a system of non-linear differential equations, the modelling characteristics of the educational process being determined according to the solution of this system. The proposed algorithm for calculating these indicators is based on the system dynamics model and the regression model. The mathematical model is constructed on the basis of the model of system dynamics, which is further tested for compliance with real data using the regression model. The regression model is built on the available statistical data accumulated during the period of the university's work. The proposed approach is aimed at solving complex problems of managing the educational process in universities. The structure of the proposed model repeats the structure of cause-effect relationships in the system, and also provides the person responsible for managing quality control with the ability to quickly and adequately assess the performance of the system.

The system designed to accomplish the engraving process of a rotating band projectile is called the gun engraving system. To obtain higher performance, the optimal design of the size parameters of the gun engraving system was carried out. First, a fluid–solid coupling computational model of the gun engraving system was built and validated by the gun launch experiment. Subsequently, three mathematic variable values, like performance evaluation indexes, were obtained. Second, a sensitivity analysis was performed, and four high-influence size parameters were selected as design variables. Finally, an optimization model based on the affine arithmetic was set up and solved, and then the optimized intervals of performance evaluation indexes were obtained. After the optimal design, the percent decrease of the maximum engraving resistance force ranged from 6.34% to 18.24%; the percent decrease of the maximum propellant gas temperature ranged from 1.91% to 7.45%; the percent increase of minimum pressure wave of the propellant gas ranged from 0.12% to 0.36%.

This study aims to develop a web-based system that evaluates the teaching process based on the course learning outcomes. It includes the active involvement of both the course teacher and the enrolled students on the course. Usually, the teacher delivers the course contents by following the course specification and the course learning outcomes. Here, the teacher is a source of equipping students with all the necessary information about the course and the assessment policies. The students participate in the scheduled assessments, and the teacher evaluates students’ performances based on the course learning outcomes. Significantly, the presented study applies the ordinal scale method for evaluating the students’ performances in the conducted assessments. The students’ performances are measured, and the outcomes help the teacher understand the students' learned skills of the course. Further, the result of the measured outcomes uses for the program performance evaluation at the end of the academic cycle. The presented approach is easy to adapt for any academic course in higher education and enables an effective approach for performance evaluation.

The relevance of the research is due to the need to increase the competitiveness of joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation in the system of Russian-Chinese relations in the field of higher education. The student satisfaction indicator not only indicates the attractiveness/unattractiveness of the educational program, but also allows you to identify the most vulnerable places in the organization of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to improve the conditions for the implementation of Russian-Chinese joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation. Materials and methods. The study applied a descriptive method to conducting a survey of students studying under the bachelor's degree majors "Preschool Education", "Music Education", "Fine Arts" at the Moscow Institute of Arts of the Weinan Pedagogical University (Province Shanxi). 198 graduates participated in the questionnaire, accounting for 77% of the total number of graduates from the Moscow Institute of Arts. The study was conducted using the author's questionnaire, compiled taking into account the practice of assessing student satisfaction at Moscow Pedagogical State University and the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China on the evaluation of joint Chinese-foreign educational programs. Results. In the study, the assessment of students' satisfaction with learning was carried out in five directions: satisfaction with the quality and content of training, satisfaction with the organization of the educational process, satisfaction with the material and technical support of the educational process, satisfaction with the organization of research activities, satisfaction with the socio-psychological climate at the institute. The study found that students' satisfaction with the organization of the educational process (68.2%) and its material and technical support (66.92%) was the highest, compared with their publishing activities in research work (60.4%). Despite the impossibility of implementing programs under the "3+1" scheme, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the internal motivation of students during online training in the "4+0" mode did not decrease, which led to the preservation of the contingent of students throughout the entire period of program implementation. Discussion and conclusion. The research results have practical significance for managers, employees and teachers of pedagogical universities participating in the implementation of Chinese-foreign joint educational programs, as well as for representatives of the scientific community dealing with the problems of ensuring the quality of such programs. Further research of students' satisfaction with studying under Russian-Chinese joint educational programs for teacher training can be aimed at analyzing the quality of implementation of such programs at the level of academic degrees of students of pedagogical universities.

The education system is organized in the form of cycles, each feeding the one following it with learners. They will continue their studies in the destination cycle, and their future will certainly depend, at least in part, on the quality of the skills acquired in the previous cycle. Given the divergences and disparities existing between the different cycles mainly due to the fact that each responds to its own design logic and in the absence of coordination between them, there is a huge lack of quality to gain at the interface of the cycles . The referral system that plays the role of supply service needs to be updated to strengthen educational quality, but it is not the only one. It is also necessary to help the orienting staff to assess the quality of the learners at its true value, to set up partnership links between the cycles to help each other in favor of quality, and to set up reception control systems at the entry of each cycle, supported by corrective and preventive measures.

In this study, the Web-based Multi-Survey System was adopted, one or two choices available among five options, to set up questionnaire to get a nine-point scale with network programs. As an empirical research, which was conformed to the policy of Ministry of Education to promote technology abilities for teachers in Taichung County in 2009, the important and satisfied survey from Teachers’ Free Software Application workshops was analyzed by four approaches which were Importance-Performance Analysis, Simple Logistic regression model, Choquet integral regression model with respect to λ-measure, and Choquet integral regression model with respect to L-measure. By comparing MSE, Choquet integral regression model with L-measure obtained the best performance. Two crosshairs which were Hollenhorst’s overall mean and Choquet integral regression model with L-measure were positioned for I-P matrix. From results, the L-measure model had shown better sensitivity about quadrant distribution, and reflected participants’ real responses. At the same time, it was definitely known what to keep up the good work, concentrate here, or possible overkill through assessing Importance and Performance of teacher’s workshops.

An enterprise service-oriented architecture is typically done with a messaging infrastructure called an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). An ESB is a bus which delivers messages from service requesters to service providers. Since it sits between the service requesters and providers, it is not appropriate to use any of the existing capacity planning methodologies for servers, such as modeling, to estimate the capacity of an ESB. There are programs that run on an ESB called mediation modules. Their functionalities vary and depend on how people use the ESB. This creates difficulties for capacity planning and performance evaluation. This article proposes a capacity planning methodology and performance evaluation techniques for ESBs, to be used in the early stages of the system development life cycle. The authors actually run the ESB on a real machine while providing a pseudo-environment around it. In order to simplify setting up the environment we provide ultra-light service requestors and service providers for the ESB under test. They show that the proposed mock environment can be set up with practical hardware resources available at the time of hardware resource assessment. Our experimental results showed that the testing results with our mock environment correspond well with the results in the real environment.
