Managing records requires high skills and therefore requires the competence of record manager. The skill level can be proven through professional certification test. Professional certification is issued by LSP as an extension of BNSP (National Agency for Professional Certification). P1 certification can be held by educational institutions including the University by conducting a series of certification tests. This research objectives is to find out the benefits of professional P1 certification held by LSP UI for MID Study Program graduates. This study uses a quantitative method by conducting an online survey involving graduates from the 2014 and 2015 MID study programs who have graduated from the study program and have professional certification. Limitation of Research This study covers only MID students class of 2014 and 2015 so it couldn’t describe other courses. Research Findings The results of this study will show the benefits of professional certification. Another result is the possibility of the respondent continuing the certification test after the certificate expires (3 years) and must be updated.Mengelola arsip memerlukan keterampilan tinggi sehingga membutuhkan kompetensi pengelola arsip.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of various teaching methods used in higher education and the perception of the students regarding these methods. In order to determine the possible ways to obtain strategic advantages and benefit from the strengths, the university has to know what drives foreign students in choosing a certain study program, even if it is outside their country of origin. At the same time, knowing the disadvantages that prevent them from doing so, helps the university include ways to correct the weaknesses or to offer solutions to them. The students, participating in this research, are enrolled at the European University in Madrid, from different study programs and degrees (license, master and doctoral programs) and were asked to answer a questionnaire about the use of teaching methods, about their perceptions upon effective teaching and the reasons that have determined them to choose to follow a study program. The results were in favor of a higher use of projects, group activities and case studies during classes and seminars at the European University of Madrid and of using new technologies in the educational system (e-learning, simulations, use of intranet, and activities in laboratories). As a primer characteristic searched for when choosing a study program, the students mentioned practice, mainly for developing abilities useful for applying for a job as soon as possible. It is, therefore, important to analyze the teaching methods and this research helps us understand how students see the teaching process and which are the methods that help them to better understand and to be more active during classes. Key words: creativity development, innovative teaching, practical activities, teaching methods.

Abstract: The increasing number of students who graduated each year causes a lot of student data that need to be processed, causing difficulties in grouping the data. In this research apply Data Mining by using Clustering method to classify the quality of graduate students of Faculty of Computer Science Dehasen University of Bengkulu based on GPA and Study Program. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where the data are grouped based on the same characteristics will be entered into the same group and the data set entered into the group does not overlap. Information displayed in the form of group ?? a group of graduate students who dominate the Study Program, so it is known to the group that has the best graduate quality. The results of this study will assist the University in analyzing the quality of graduated students and the most potential study programs. Software used to help this grouping is Rapid Miner.
The quantity of students for a college is of particular concern, this is because the quantity of students indirectly affects public confidence in educational institutions. In addition, the quantity of students will also affect the assessment process of the institution by the competent body or institution. So that the quantity of students is always strived to increase every year both by universities and study programs as a unit of education in it. The selection of a study program is not a question that can be decided simply. There are many determinants that prospective students should consider. From various searches of literary sources, it was found that the factor that determines the basis for choosing is attraction or attractiveness. In addition, a person's decision to make a choice often occurs very quickly sometimes less than half a minute and is influenced by the likes and beliefs. The study program in attracting prospective students must conduct study and analysis as a first step.Looking at what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges that may arise today, this of course becomes important because the results of this study can affect in the process of achieving organizational goals, especially in an effort to increase the number of students.
