On January 22, 2019, the domestic medical community suffered a serious loss - Abrosimov Vladimir Nikolaevich, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the FDPO with a course of medical and social examination of the Federal State Budget Healthcare Institution of Ryazan State Medical University of the Russian Ministry of Health, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, member correspondent of the Euro-Asian Academy of Medical Sciences, chief freelance pulmonologist of the Ministry of Health of the Ryazan Region.

I. Turner" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, associate Professor of the Department of Pediatric Traumatology and Orthopedics of the I. I. Mechnikov Northwestern State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia Andrey Ivanovich Krasnov passed away.

Vladimir Dmitrievich Fedorov was born on 21 March 1933 in Moscow. After finishing school he entered in the 2nd Moscow medical Institute named after N. And. Pirogov (1950-1956), where he performed the duties of Secretary of the Bureau of the Komsomol of the course and the member of the Komsomol Committee of the Institute; engaged in experimental work on the defibrillation of the heart. Studied in residency (1956-1958), graduate school (1958-1960), worked as a teaching assistant (1960-1966) and then associate Professor (1966-1971) chair of hospital surgery of the 2nd Moscow state medical Institute. In 1963 he defended his Ph. D. in 1971 doctoral dissertation. In 1972, Vladimir Dmitrievich Fedorov was appointed Director of research laboratory surgery clinic of the Ministry of health of the RSFSR. In 1976, on the initiative of V. D. Fedorov was the first in the USSR Department of Coloproctology of the Central doctors improvement Institute, which he headed for 13 years. In 1982 he was elected a corresponding member, and in 1986, academician of the Academy of medical Sciences (AMS) of the USSR. Since 1988, Vladimir Fyodorov, Director of the Institute of surgery named after AV Vishnevsky Academy of medical Sciences of the USSR. In 1990, V. D. Fedorov elected to the chair of surgery, faculty of postgraduate professional education of Moscow medical Academy named after I. M. Sechenov. Since 1974 he worked as a Deputy chief surgeon of the Medical center of President's Affairs Administration of the Russian Federation. D. Fedorov is the author of over 500 scientific works, including 13 copyright certificates and patents, and 20 monographs. Under his leadership, and counseling are protected by 32 doctoral and 47 master's theses. V. D. Fedorov was an honorary member of the Russian Association of endoscopic surgery and the Association hepatobiliary surgery, Moscow surgical society, surgical scientific societies of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and the Saratov region, Chairman of the surgical section and member of the Presidium of scientific medical Council of Ministry of health of the Russian Federation, a member of the Interdepartmental health Council, Deputy chief editor of the journal "Surgery", member of the editorial Board of the journal "Surgical Laparoscopy and Endoscopy" and one of the oldest journals "British Journal of Surgery". For two years he headed the Association of surgeons named after N. And. Pirogov (1992-1994). More than 10 years he was a member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of medical Sciences and performed the duties of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the institutes of the Russian Academy of medical Sciences. Vladimir Dmitrievich, a foreign member of the Belarusian Academy of medical Sciences (2000) and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (2003), honorary Professor of the Petrovsky national research center of the Russian Academy of medical Sciences and the Bashkir medical College. Academician V. D. Fedorov is the main national representative in the International society of surgeons (1990) national representative in the International society of University surgeons Coloproctology. Mr Kuznetsov – laureate of the State prize of the USSR (1985) and the RSFSR (1991), RF Government prize (2002), Honored scientist of Russia (1997), awarded the order of red banner of Labor (1976, 1978), Lenin (1983), "For merits before Fatherland" III degree, Friendship of peoples (1993).

Aim. Is to evaluate the dental status of students studying at the Dental Faculty of FSBEI HE PRMU MOH of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and to identify its effect on the psycho-emotional state.Materials and metods. The study involved 500 students of the Faculty of Dentistry FSBEI HE PRMU of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. All subjects, in accordance with the index of the OHI-S index, were divided into three groups depending on the index of cavity hygiene: the first group, the OHI-S index was less than 0.7 points (good level of oral hygiene) – group 1A-in it included 125 Russian students (50%), group 1B-95 of foreign students (38%); The 2nd group, the OHI-S indicator is from 0.8 to 1.6 points (a satisfactory level of oral hygiene) – group 2A – it includes 80 Russian students (32%), group 2B – it includes 65 foreign students (26%); Group 3: the OHI-S indicator is more than 1.7 points (unsatisfactory index of oral hygiene) – group 3A – it included 45 Russian students (18%), group 3B – it included 90 foreign students (36%). The prevalence and intensity of the carious process was evaluated using the DMF index, the oral hygiene was assessed using the OHI-S index according to J. Green, J. Vermillion, the periodontal tissue condition was assessed using the CPI index (complex periodontal index), and Kechka bleeding index. The following tests were used to assess the psychoemotional status: Spilberger-Hanin anxiety test, HAM test, suggestibility and stress tolerance test. To assess the results and conduct comparative characteristics, we used the analysis of variance, the Biostat program, and also the Microsoft Excel software product using the Student criterion.Results. The prevalence of dental caries is 98%. The average rate of tooth decay in Russian students was 5.8 ± 0.23, and in foreign students 7.6 ± 0.3. A study of the CPI index revealed with a satisfactory level of hygiene: mild periodontal tissue lesions in 28% of Russian students, 4% have a medium periodontal lesion, 18% of foreign students have a mild periodontal tissue lesion, 6% have an average periodontal lesion; with an unsatisfactory level of hygiene, 16% of Russian students have an average degree of periodontal damage and 2% have a severe periodontal disease, 32% of foreign students have an average periodontal disease and 4% have a severe periodontal disease. Analysis of the HAM test showed a decrease in the number of foreign students by the 5th year of study with a high level of well-being, for Russian students by the 5th year of study, the average level of well-being, activity and mood was characteristic. A low level was characteristic of 2nd year students of the Russian and foreign departments.Conclusions. A study of the psychoemotional state of students at a medical university revealed a high level of activity, well-being and mood among students of the Russian department and average rates among students of a foreign department, which is explained by low oral hygiene and high caries intensity, a change in climatic conditions and place of residence, a change in diet, emotional and physical overload.

Influenza and ARVI - the main nosological form in structure of all infectious diseases. Influenza is especially dangerous to pregnant women. Purpose: to estimate commitment of pregnant women and health workers to vaccination against influenza. Materials and methods: form No. 5, form of the statistical account No. 1 - influenza the section 1, information from the official site of Federal State Budgetary Institution Scientific Research Institute of influenza of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation; materials of various conferences and the congresses on a influenza problem, information and analytical reference of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. There were asked 1126 pregnant women on various durations of gestation and 447 health workers in various territories of the Russian Federation. Statistical processing was carried out with use of the Microsoft Excel 2010 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 programs. Results and discussion: Among the interviewed pregnant women planned or were already vaccinated against influenza only 8% of women. The most frequent causes of failure from vaccination against influenza during pregnancy: doubt in safety (41.8%), ignorance about possibilities of vaccination (21,1%), lack of need for vaccination (18,7%). Only 25% of respondents knew about entering vaccination against influenza during pregnancy into a national calendar. At the same time only in 15% of health workers suggested pregnant women to be vaccinated from influenza. 73% of the interviewed health workers didn't recommend vaccination against influenza to pregnant women because they consider undesirable an intervention in immunity of the pregnant woman, 33% doubt in safety of vaccination, 13% don't know about a possibility of vaccination of pregnant women at all, 6% have personal negative experience of vaccination, and 4% don't see need for vaccination from influenza. Conclusion: the received materials showed need of development of knowledge at health workers of a vaccinal prevention of infectious diseases, including also vaccination against influenza during pregnancy, and also to carry out broad and active information work with the population, attracting mass media.

At a meeting of the Council D 203.012.02 for the defense of dissertations for the degree of candidate of sciences, for the degree of doctor of sciences created on the basis of the Federal State Budget Institution for Higher Education “Saint-Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation”, on February 14, 2020, Dvorzhitskaya Marina Andreyevna defended her dissertation for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic "Responsibility for implication to crime in criminal law" in the specialty 12.00.08-criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law. The Dissertation Council, chaired by the chairman of the Dissertation Council D 203.012.02, Doctor of Law, Professor S. A. Denisov, decided that the dissertation of M. A. Dvorzhitskaya is a scientific qualification work, that is essential for the science of criminal law and complies with the requirements established by the Regulation on the awarding of scientific degrees. The Council decided to award M.A. Dvorzhitskaya the degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.08. The article is a review of the dissertation of the official opponent, in which the structure and content of M. A. Dvorzhitskaya's dissertation are analyzed.

Around the world, the direction of the rehabilitation of such people is being developed in order to prevent disadaptation. Psychological rehabilitation is an essential component of rehabilitation. Psychological rehabilitation of people in a situation of cancer has its own characteristics.
