The objective of this study is to descript the individual students differences in the Introduction to Accounting 1 course and how is the implications in learning process. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all of students of the Department of Economics, who took Accounting Introduction 1 course, during   The period from July to December 2018, and the sample are 32 students. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Research results showed that students had different educational backgrounds who came from Senior High School majoring in Science, Senior High School majoring in Social Sciences, Vocational High School majoring in Accounting and Vocational High School not majoring in Accounting, From research data, it is also known that there are differences in the ability of students to take part in Accounting learning and only 33.33 % of students who are interested will choose accounting as their choice of expertise. From the results of the study it was suggested to the lecturers who supervise the Accounting Introduction 1 to use multi instructional methods so that individual student differences can be minimized.

The policy to increase ratio of the number of students between vocational high school (SMK) and senior high school (SMA) being 70:30 in 2014, needs to be supported by policy to improve both quality and quantity of teachers, infrastructures, diversification of skills, and absorption of graduates in job market. Using quantitative descriptive approach, this research reveals that availability of infrastructures in all vocational high schools in Bandung city at present, and how the projection in the future. The result of this research shows that at present situation, when the comparison of the number of students SMK:SMA is 50:50, it proves that generally SMK with state status just fulfill exactly about 75% equipment and quality in accordance with infrastructure national standards.

This article aims to describe content aspects, user aspects and social aspects of the use of mobile technology in vocational schools in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This research was quantitative descriptive in nature. The populations in this study were teachers and students at a vocational high school in Makassar. The research samples were 54 teachers and 150 students, selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data were then analysed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the content aspects were based on learning objectives, and content-based images, media and text are in the very high category. User aspects indicate that the use of mobile technology to access interactive information related to the learning and vocational training are in the very high category. Social aspects show that ethics and interaction through mobile technology to facilitate the need for information skills are also in the very high category

The study aims to explain the need for developing web-based learning media on chemical bonding concepts. This research is descriptive research with a survey method. The sample of this research is the teacher of chemistry subject who teaches chemical bonding concepts at Senior High School in Langsa city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data collected is data on needs on aspects of teacher readiness, student needs, and support. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that teachers of chemistry subjects at Senior High School in Langsa City had the readiness to use web-based learning media that would be developed. Based on the teacher's response, the development of web-based learning media on chemical bonding material is strongly needed by teachers and students. The support of facilities and human resources at Senior High School in Langsa City on web-based learning media apply is adequate. These results concluded that the development of web-based learning media on chemical bonding material is strongly needed in chemistry lessons at senior high school in Langsa city.

ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate the completeness level of equipments standard of engineering elevtrical power’s installation in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School, which was ruled in the Ministry of Education’s rules No. 1 2019 and The National Standardization Agency of Indonesia No. 1103-P2-18/19 about the Verification Instruments of Vocational High School, The Organizer of Vocational Practice Exam 2018/2019.This is an evaluative research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluative model used was a discrepancy evaluation model, which was developed by M. Provus. The variable in this research is the equipment of electricity power’s installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi. The methods of collecting the data were three types: observation method, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used was collecting the data using observation paper and list of matched documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is rating scale.The result shows that the reaching of equipment of  elecrical power installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi in academic year of 2018/2019  was categorized as complete with the 89,36%. percentages. The completeness was reviewed from the equipments in practice room as complete (88.5%), the equipments of learning media room is complete (100%), the main equipment of practice is complete (93%), and for the main substance of practice room is complete (88.2%),also for the equipment support is compelete (77.1%). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kelengkapan standar peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi yang diatur dalam Permendiknas No. 1 tahun 2019 dan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan No. 1103-P2-18/19 mengenai Instrumen Verifikasi SMK Tentang Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan Tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evaluation model) yang dikembangkan oleh M. Provus. Variabel penelitian ini adalah peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga macam, yaitu metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan daftar cocok dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rating scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian kelengkapan peralatan praktik teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dikategorikan sangat lengkap dengan persentase 89,36%. Kelengkapan di tinjau dari perabotan ruang praktik  yaitu 88.5% (sangat lengkap), media pembelajaran ruang praktik 100% (sangat lengkap), peralatan utama praktik 93% (sangat lengkap), bahan utama ruang praktik 88.2% (sangat lengkap) dan peralatan pendukung ruang praktik 77.1% (lengkap).

The research aim is to observe the profile and description of thecharacter education in senior high school students. study was conducted in six Senior high schools of city consisting of: State Senior high school 1 of ; State Senior high school 2 of ; Muhammadiyah Senior high school of ; Mudmainah Senior high school of ; Catholic Senior high school St. of ; specifically class X of social science, with a sample of 300 students. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews, and then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the profile and description of the pluralism character education patterns quality in six senior high schools of city were very good category with intervals value of 80-100 %. The data shows that the quality of pluralism character education patterns is very good, with the pluralism character education pattern applied to senior high school students through exemplary teacher, religious approach, individual, and nationality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru Fisika SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Sleman dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan model-model yang ditentukan pada Kurikulum 2013, dan (2) mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru Fisika dalam menerapkan model-model pembelajaran yang ditentukan pada Kurikulum2013.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)  kemampuan guru merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran masuk kategori baik, dan (2) kendala yang dihadapi guru yaitu pada perubahan format RPP, alokasi waktu untuk melaksanakan model pembelajaran pada Kurikulum 2013, dan pelaksanaan penilaian kompetensi sikap. Senior High School Physics Teacher’s Ability to Apply The Learning Models of 2013 Curriculum and the Obstacles Faced AbstractThis study aimed to: (1) describe the senior high school Physics teacher’s ability in Sleman to plan and implement the learning models of the 2013 Curriculum, and (2) identify the obstacles faced by Physics teachers in applying learning models that have been specified in the 2013 curriculum. Abstract: This study aims to determine whether clinical supervision can improve the ability of BK teachers (school counselors) at senior high school in Buleleng Regency in implementing classical guidance services. This type of research is action research which is carried out in 2 (two) cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning the action, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 12 counselors at senior high school in Buleleng Regency, which was determined based on the results of re-cycle observations. The data was collected by observational techniques using classical guidance service assessment instruments, which were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study stated that the acquisition of the initial ability of teachers in implementing classical guidance services obtained an average of 59.52 (moderate category) to 77.68 (good category) in cycle I, and increased to 85.42 (good category). ) in cycle II. The conclusion obtained from this research is that clinical supervision can improve the ability of school counselors at senior high schools in Buleleng Regency in implementing classical guidance services.  Indonesian Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Buleleng dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru BK SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 12 orang, yang ditentukan berdasarkan hasil observasi pada pra siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi menggunakan instrumen penilaian layanan bimbingan klasikal, yang selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa perolehan nilai kemampuan awal guru dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal diperoleh rata-rata 59,52 (kategori sedang) menjadi 77,68 (kategori baik) di siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 85,42 (kategori baik) di siklus II. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Buleleng dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal.

As human social beings in everyday life always want to relate to other humans. He wants to know the surrounding environment, even wants to know what is happening in him. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with a population of 24 people. And the data is processed using the quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at the Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar  staff with indicators namely: openness with a percentage reaching 90.83 percent, empathy with a percentage reaching 90.56 percent, supportiveness with a percentage of 83.13 percent, positiveness with a percentage reaching 89.44 percent and equality with a percentage reaching 92.08 percent of all the indicators are in the very good category. This is demonstrated through overall data analysis which shows the percentage reached 89.08 percent, the value is in line with related observations made by researchers in the field.

PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF UNTUK RANAH PSIKOMOTORIK SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUANAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia yang layak dan memiliki kontribusi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan ranah psikomotorik. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peneltian Research and Development yang diadaptasi dari Borg and Gall. Strategi pembelajaran menggunakan model ASSURE. Penelitian ini menempuh proses validasi masing-masing dua ahli materi dan ahli media. Validasi ahli bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kelayakan dari multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, angket kelayakan multimedia oleh ahli media, angket kelayakan multimedia oleh ahli materi dan angket kelayakan multimedia oleh siswa. Skala penilaian menggunakan skala Likert dengan skala 1-5. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk multimedia pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan memiliki kontribusi pada ranah psikomotorik siswa. Hasil dari validasi ahli dan uji coba produk diperoleh hasil dengan rentang skor minimal memiliki kriteria “baik”, sehingga dikatakan produk yang dikembangkan “layak”.AbstractThis study aims to produce a viable multimedia that contributes in the learning process by paying attention to the psychomotor domain. The subject of research students of Grade XI Vocational High School. This research and development referred to the nine steps of Borg and Gall’s development model. This learning strategies using ASSURE model. This product was validated by two material experts and two media experts. Validating the material aimed to know the feasibility level of the multimedia. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The data were collected by using interview guidelines, observations sheet, and a multimedia feasibility questionnaire by a media expert, a multimedia feasibility questionnaire by a material expert and a multimedia feasibility questionnaire by students. Scale assessment using Likert scale with scale 1-5. The result of this research showed that the multimedia learning is feasible to use and contribute in student psychomotor field. The results of experts validation and product trial results obtained with a minimum score range having a "good" criterion, so that said the developed product is "feasible".Keywords: multimedia, psychomotor, Research and Development
